Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture on turnover intention with green human resource management as an intervening variable. The population in this research consisted of Generation Z employees in Sleman Regency. The sampling method employed was purposive sampling, resulting in 100 respondents who met specific criteria, namely Generation Z employees in Sleman Regency aged 18-28 years. Primary data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis in this study revealed both direct and indirect effects. The data analysis methods used in this research were classical assumption tests, path analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the data analysis indicated that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on green human resource management, (2) Green human resource management has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, (3) Organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, (4) There is no mediating role of green human resource management in the relationship between organizational culture and turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green human resource management on green service behavior mediated by corporate social responsibility at PT X. The study uses green service behavior variable indicators, namely extra-role green service and intra-role green service. The method used in sampling is nonprobability sampling of 127 respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire method. This study uses validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, linearity, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, coefficient of determination test, path analysis, and path coefficient. The results of the study showed that: (1) Green human resource management has a significant positive effect on extra-role green service. (2) Green human resource management has a significant positive effect on intra-role green service. (3) Green human resource management has a significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility. (4) Corporate social responsibility does not have a significant positive effect on extra-role green service. (5) Corporate social responsibility has a significant positive effect on intra-role green service. (6) Green human resource management and corporate social responsibility have a simultaneous influence on extra-role green service. (7) Green human resource management and corporate social responsibility have a simultaneous influence on intra-role green service.

Abstract

Human resources have an important role as implementers of company policies and operations so that they become the most important asset for an organization or company. To achieve the vision and mission of an organization or company's goals, leadership style and organizational culture play an important role in its success. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. This literature study with secondary data is used as a research method. Data related to the research topic was obtained from national journal publications from 2017 to 2023. The results of the literature review analysis show that leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research implies that organizations can focus more on developing effective leadership styles, such as transformational or democratic, which have been shown to have a positive impact on employee performance. And building a supportive, inclusive, and motivating culture will be key in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Today's beauty business is starting to be looked at by many business people in Indonesia. We can see this from the many public figures who have decided to enter this business. Currently, many people labeled crazy rich are also pursuing this business, so it can be said that the beauty business is quite promising. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance in several beauty clinics in Indonesia. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) 6 (six). Journal articles with a slice of compensation variables and employee performance in beauty clinics were published between 2017 and 2023 (see attachment). From searching articles through Google Shoolar, research rabbit and publish or perish, only six articles were found that contained the desired variables with the object of research on employees in beauty clinics. Searches with the keywords compensation, employee performance, and beauty clinics produce many journal articles for research purposes other than beauty clinics. From this study, it is known that four out of 6 articles are studied that state that compensation affects performance in beauty clinics. This illustrates that, in general, compensation will positively affect employee performance in beauty clinics.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the dimensions of Islamic Job Satisfaction that will be useful to increase Islamic job satisfaction in socially nuanced economic institutions. Samples were taken from employees of Islamic Microfinance Institutions (IMFI, LKMS, KSSPS BMT) at convenience.     Data collection from 30 respondents using a questionnaire instrument was then analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. The results showed that Islamic Job Satisfaction achieved a very high score for employees of social economic institutions (KSPPS, BMT) was very high (4,088 or 81.76%). The spiritual dimension of Islamic Job Satisfaction received the highest rating (4,386 or 87.72%), while the economic dimension received the lowest rating (3,908 or 78.16%). Future research suggestions take respondents from other socially nuanced economic institutions (educational institutions, health institutions) or other institutions (economic, governmental, social)

Abstract

Kinerja rumah sakit dapat mempengaruhi daya saing bisnis dan kepuasan konsumen, oleh karena itu diperlukan strategi yang komprehensif untuk meningkatkan kinerja rumah sakit. Total Quality Management, suatu sistem manajemen dimana suatu perusahaan mencapai kemajuan organisasi melalui komitmen terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan, menjadi strategi alternatif dalam meningkatkan kinerja rumah sakit. Studi kajian pustaka ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh total quality management terhadap kinerja rumah sakit. Metode yang digunakan berupa sistematik literature review yang didapatkan dengan alat pencarian berupa google scholar, pubmed, sciecedirect. Ada 5 artikel ilmiah yang dianalisis. Hasil yang didapatkan total quality management berpengaruh terhadap kinerja rumah sakit. Terdapat beberapa indikator total quality management yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja antara lain leadership, customer focus, continous improvement, supplier quality management, quality policy, training, information and data, process management, dan employee involvement. Total Quality Management memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja rumah sakit. Literature review ini dapat dijadikan sebagai kajian teoritis dalam penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai Total Quality Management dalam peningkatan kinerja rumah sakit.

Abstract

In public policy, the decision-making process can be influenced by several factors, including groupthink and bounded rationality. However, decision making must still be done with a systematic approach, thinking, and choosing the alternative with the lowest risk from the existing alternatives. Decision making without careful consideration, especially regarding public policy, will be very vulnerable to public criticism because it has political content and is related to the interests of many people. Based on literature studies, the existence of groupthink and bounded rationality can have a positive or negative influence on the decisions taken. This research is to describe the influence of groupthink and bounded rationality on decision making, the results show that groupthink and bounded rationality can influence decision making. Groupthink can influence positively and negatively in the decision-making process. The positive influence can improve group performance and show better results, while the negative influence limits people's thinking, power hierarchies and leadership pressure. Bounded rationality can cause bias in decision making.

Abstract

In collective decision-making, a phenomenon known as "groupthink" can happen when individuals of the group have a tendency to agree with the majority view, even when that view is not supported by reason. The primary objective of this study is to examine how group cohesiveness and leadership affect groupthink and how it affects the standard of decision-making. The outcomes of earlier studies are analyzed in this study using a methodical literature review approach. According to study findings, group cohesiveness and dominant leadership can raise the possibility of groupthink. Two factors contribute to this: (1) Dominant leaders frequently dictate how decisions are made, which limits group members' ability to participate and conduct discussions; and (2) Cohesive groups typically have a high degree of mutual trust, which makes it comfortable for members to voice differing ideas. The effectiveness of the decision-making process might be negatively impacted by groupthink.

Abstract

Kinerja personel satuan reserse narkoba dapat terwujud secara maksimal bila faktor-faktornya terpenuhi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi dan komitmen individu terhadap kinerja personel satuan reserse narkoba Polda DIY. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2021 di Polda DIY dengan sampel 40 personel menggunakan alat analisis data dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan baik secara simultan (bersama-sama) maupun parsial (individu) variabel motivasi, kompetensi, komitmen individu berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja personel. Besarnya pengaruh sebesar 97,6% sedangkan sisanya 2,4% dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar penelitian. Faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kinerja personel adalah kompetensi. Kepala Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polda DIY disarankan meningkatkan kompetensi anggota personil satuan reserse narkoba dengan mengikutsertakan pendidikan pelatihan dan pengembangan tentang penanganan narkoba karena terbukti dapat meningkatkan kinerja personel.

Abstract

 Kinerja personel satuan reserse kriminal dapat tercipta secara optimalbila unsur-unsur the talent trifecta dapat terpenuhi secara optimal pula.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh the talent trifectayang terdiri kompetensi, komitmen dan kontribusi terhadap kinerjapersonel satuan reserse kriminal Polres Bantul. Penelitian dilakukanpada bulan Maret 2021 di Polres Bantul dengan sampel sebanyak 71personel menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan ketiga unsur the talent trifecta yaitukompetensi, komitmen dan kontribusi memiliki pengaruh yang nyataterhadap kinerja personel satuan reserse kriminal Polres Bantul baiksecara bersama-sama (simultan) maupun individu (parsial). Besarnyapengaruh sebesar 85,4% sedangkan sisanya 14,6% dipengaruhivariabel lain diluar penelitian. Secara parsial unsur the talent trifectayang punya pengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja personelSatreskrim Polres Bantul adalah variabel kontribusi. Kepala satuanreserse kriminal Polres Bantul disarankan meningkatkan kompetensianggota personil satuan reserse kriminal dengan mengikutsertakandiklat tentang penanganan tindak kriminal agar lebih berhati-hatidalam menyelesaikan tugas dan memberikan motivasi kepada anggotapersonel agar memberikan kontribusi yang maksimal untuk satuanreserse kriminal.
