Abstract

This study aims to know how the raw material inventory control zinc aluminum UD. Pribumi and to know the difference between the cost of inventory by UD. Pribumi and inventory costs of raw materials, according to calculations control analysis of raw materials. The data collection technique used was the study of literature and field research, whereas data analysis tools used determination of the Safety Stock, Order Quantity Calculation using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), TIC and Maximum Inventory. From the analysis and discussion, the total cost of inventory for raw material zinc aluminum company spent on is Rp 13,326,326.2, - greater than using EOQ calculation of only Rp 6,538,820.19, - thereby save on inventory costs if the company is using EOQ method.

Abstract

The research was done in Probolinggo aimed at to investigate the influence among variables green marketing, attribute tourism products, and e-wom on the variables of decision visit tourism objects in Probolinggo. The model of the research uses quantitative with a descriptive model. A values that is green marketing, attribute tourism products, and e-wom as the independent variable and decisions visit as dependent variable. A population that is used all visitors tourism objects in Probolinggo on October 2018 with samples from 80 people. The determination use random sample of sampling. The result of the research show significance value of green marketing is 0,003, attribute tourism products is 0,000, and e-wom is 0,690. So that variable green marketing, attribute tourism products significant its impacts to decision visit, while e-wom influential insignificant of the decision visit

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari harapan dan persepsi kualitas pelayanan ke pelanggan kepuasan pemberi layanan dalam kampus. Penduduk dari hasil penelitian tersebut adalah pelanggan yang pernah memanfaatkan jasa penyedia layanan dalam kampus. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel disengaja dengan sampel responden adalah 45 .Teknik analisis data telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa linier regresi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat harapan dan persepsi kualitas pelayanan telah positif dan pengaruh yang signifikan untuk kepuasan pelanggan .Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ketika harapan dan persepsi kualitas pelayanan pemberi layanan dalam kampus siapa saja yang memanfaatkan jasa menjadi lebih baik , itu akan menambah kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Quality Control is an activity (company management) to maintain and navigate to product quality (and) services companies can be maintained as planned. Quality Control used the company to minimize failed products using methods of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) so that the company can meet the quality products that have been specified businesses and consumers are satisfied in consuming the product. The purpose of that will be achieved in this research is to determine the method of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) with tekhnik control chart and diagram of cause and effect applied the company Bakery Barokah Bakery in quality control to minimize the product failed. Tekhnik data collection that is used is a library research and field research, while data analysis tool that is used control chart and diagram of cause and effect. The results of the analysis of control charts shows that the number of products that are examined as much as 27.710 units, the average of 0,099 product damage or 9.9%. Limitations: UCL supervision of 0,1161 or 11.61%, LCL of 0,0819 or 8,12%. Quality control on the Bakery Barokah Bakery is good because the number of failed products are still within the boundaries of fair is located between UCL and LCL. While the results from the diagram for result (fish bones), the main factor the causes of the failure of the products of bread in the Bakery Barokah Bakery namely human factors. Where people fail in the making of the bread products. So required training to minimize failed products that occurred caused by human factors.

Abstract

Salah satu pasar dengan persaingan ketat adalah pasar SIM Card dengan segmen pasar GSM. Masing-masing penyedia yang menggunakan segmen  ini  membangun  produk  dan fitur yang berbeda guna menciptakan kepuasan kepada pelanggan. Kualitas Pelayanan yaitu segala yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan baik itu positif maupun negatif. Sedangkan harga merupakan nilai suatu barang yang dinyatakan oleh uang sehingga merupakan satu-satunya unsur marketing mix yang menghasilkan penerimaan penjualan. Jika produsen tidak dapat Kualitas produk Perpindahan merek adalah ketidakpuasan konsumen pada sebuah produkhingga akhirnya berpaling pada produk pesaing.Metode penelitian ini disebut kuantitatif karena data yang digunakan berupa angka-angka dan analisis menggunakan statistic. Sampel dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa pengguna GSM di Universitas Panca Marga Probolinggo dengan jumlah (kuota) yang diinginkan yaitu 38 responden.Untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian maka digunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dan diolah dengan menggunakan prgram SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t didapatkan t hitung yang lebih kecil dari t tabel yaitu -1,280 untuk variabel kualitas produk (X1) dan 2,824  untuk harga (X2). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa bauran variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand switching (Y).

Abstract

Based on research to know the effectof perception the quality, brand image, brand awareness trhadap decision the purchase by consumers CV.Pia Manalagi Ketapang ProbolinggoCity.Population research every consumer CV.Pia Manalagi Ketapang ProbolinggoCity.Sample consist of 30 respondents to technique incidental sampling.The method of analysis data using the validity, reliability test, regression analysis linear multiple and analysisthe coefficients determination.Based on the results of the testing of hypotheses done can be concluded that variable perception the quality, image brands and brand awareness based partial having influence a positive and significant on the decision the purchase CV.Pia Manalagi Ketapang ProbolinggoCity.The coefficients analysis determination show 69,7 % decision buy effectby perception the quality, brand image, brand awareness. Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the effect of positioning brand, loyalty and the influence on customers’ Brand Trust at C’bezt fried Chicken in Paiton Probolinggo. This research used quantitative with 280 populations as respondents and 70 respondents as the sample. This research used a regression analysis linier of SPSS software. The results are, firstly there is effect among customers’ positioning of Brand Trust and C’Best Fried Chicken of Paiton Probolinggo although the result is not quite significant. It showed the significant 0.122 more than 5% of their reliance. Secondly, there is effect among brand trust on customers’ brand loyalty of C’Best Fried Chicken restaurant at Paiton Probolinggo, the result is 0,082 more than 5% of their reliance. Thirdly, there is directly effect from the positioning on brand loyalty to the customers’ C’Best Fried Chicken at Paiton Probolinggo which shows significant result. It shows that the level of significant is 0.001 smaller than 5% of reliance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Alon-Alon Mondays market against additional income Probolinggo City. This study used a qualitative approach with a sample of 50 respondents or 33% of all 150 merchants. The collection of data used in this study was to distribute questionnaires or questionnaires directly to the respondents. The results of these studies is how to show that the role of Alon-Alon Mondays market in Probolinggo City. The positive impact on the earnings of the hawkers, is very profitable for traders. It is shown from the respondents' answers as much as 24% to income above Rp. 400,000 every week, by 16% to 200,000 and 300,000 income and other income of less than 100,000 and 100,000. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect on purchases of brand image, brand trust to figure out the effect on the purchase and the additional brand to purchase. The population is the consumers’ of “Kacang Sembunyi Zaha Barokah” products which are 100 respondents. The study used linear regression analysis of multiple with condition test assumption classical by using SPSS 19 software. The linear regression analysis SPSS 19, with multiple software both simultaneously or simultaneously or by partial or each variable (good image trust, and extra brand) influential significantly to variable bound (purchases). Abstract

This study to determine effect quality of personnel administration services on employee performance in the Treasury and Regional Cash Fields of Probolinggo City, and determine effect of employee job satisfaction on employee performance in the Treasury and Regional Cash Fields of Probolinggo City. This type of research is causal research . The method of data collection by questionnaire, a sample of 47 employees of the Treasury and Regional Cash of the City of Probolinggo with a sampling method that is saturated sample. Data analysis method in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The results that employee job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance variables in the Treasury and Regional Cash Fields of Probolinggo City.
