Abstract

This study aims to know how the raw material inventory control zinc aluminum UD. Pribumi and to know the difference between the cost of inventory by UD. Pribumi and inventory costs of raw materials, according to calculations control analysis of raw materials. The data collection technique used was the study of literature and field research, whereas data analysis tools used determination of the Safety Stock, Order Quantity Calculation using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), TIC and Maximum Inventory. From the analysis and discussion, the total cost of inventory for raw material zinc aluminum company spent on is Rp 13,326,326.2, - greater than using EOQ calculation of only Rp 6,538,820.19, - thereby save on inventory costs if the company is using EOQ method.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan Desa Pikatan mengenai isu stunting dan pemenuhan gizi yang kurang baik sebagai salah satu faktor penyebab stunting. Pemenuhan gizi yang kurang baik pada anak menjadi poin penting dalam pengabdian ini, sehingga perbaikan mutu gizi dengan penerapan teknologi hidroponik tanaman sawi diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu solusi yang tepat dalam permasalahan stunting di Desa Pikatan. Metode kualitatif model studi kasus merupakan metode kegiatan yang sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian menggunakan sistem teknologi budidaya hidroponik tanaman sawi untuk mengoptimalkan gizi sehingga masyarakat mampu menerapkan sistem tersebut sebagai salah satu solusi dalam upaya pencegahan stunting. Kata kunci : stunting, hidroponik, tanaman sawi.

Abstract

Salah satu ciri perkotaan, khususnya kota metropolitan adalah kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi, sempitnya lahan, karena banyak lahan yang digunakan untuk pemukiman dan pembangunan infrastruktur, serta terbatasnya ruang terbuka hijau. Kebutuhan pangan di wilayah perkotaan meningkat seiring bertambahnya jumlah penduduk. Sedangkan hasil pertanian semakin rendah, karena lahan pertanian yang semakin sempit. Pemanfaatan lahan terbatas, terutama halaman rumah terus diupayakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan keluarga. Budidaya sistem akuaponik pada prinsipnya menghemat penggunaan lahan dan meningkatkan efisiensi pemanfaatan hara dari sisa pakan dan metabolisme ikan. Model akuaponik mini ini mengitegrasikan budidaya ikan dan sayuran sekaligus pada lahan yang terbatas. Hasil yang dirasakan oleh mitra pengabdian adalah panen ikan lele dan panen sayur kangkung setelah dua hingga tiga minggu perawatan. Kata Kunci : Budidaya, Lele, Kangkung, Pangan.

Abstract

Quality Control is an activity (company management) to maintain and navigate to product quality (and) services companies can be maintained as planned. Quality Control used the company to minimize failed products using methods of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) so that the company can meet the quality products that have been specified businesses and consumers are satisfied in consuming the product. The purpose of that will be achieved in this research is to determine the method of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) with tekhnik control chart and diagram of cause and effect applied the company Bakery Barokah Bakery in quality control to minimize the product failed. Tekhnik data collection that is used is a library research and field research, while data analysis tool that is used control chart and diagram of cause and effect. The results of the analysis of control charts shows that the number of products that are examined as much as 27.710 units, the average of 0,099 product damage or 9.9%. Limitations: UCL supervision of 0,1161 or 11.61%, LCL of 0,0819 or 8,12%. Quality control on the Bakery Barokah Bakery is good because the number of failed products are still within the boundaries of fair is located between UCL and LCL. While the results from the diagram for result (fish bones), the main factor the causes of the failure of the products of bread in the Bakery Barokah Bakery namely human factors. Where people fail in the making of the bread products. So required training to minimize failed products that occurred caused by human factors.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari harapan dan persepsi kualitas pelayanan ke pelanggan kepuasan pemberi layanan dalam kampus. Penduduk dari hasil penelitian tersebut adalah pelanggan yang pernah memanfaatkan jasa penyedia layanan dalam kampus. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel disengaja dengan sampel responden adalah 45 .Teknik analisis data telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa linier regresi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat harapan dan persepsi kualitas pelayanan telah positif dan pengaruh yang signifikan untuk kepuasan pelanggan .Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ketika harapan dan persepsi kualitas pelayanan pemberi layanan dalam kampus siapa saja yang memanfaatkan jasa menjadi lebih baik , itu akan menambah kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price variables on the decision to repurchase UD.Jaya Abadi uniforms partially. The method in this study is quantitative, for a sample of 100 respondents who re-purchase UD. Jaya Abadi uniforms with the help of incidental sampling techniques. The method of collecting analytical data in this study comes from primary data based on the results of questionnaires. Then to process the data assisted with SPSS computer software. The results of the validity test and reliability test show that r count > r table, and from the total number of Cronbach Alpha values> 0.60 which indicates reliable. Based on the T test, the results of t count -0.511 < t table 1.985, and from the sig value obtained 0.611 > 0.05, it means that there is no influence of product quality on the decision to repurchase UD.Jaya Abadi uniforms and t count 23.821 > t table 1.985, and sig value 0.000 <0.05 it means that there is an influence of price on the decision to repurchase UD. Jaya Abadi uniforms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether or not the effect of experience and green marketing on customer loyalty. The sample of this research is 240 users of MS Glow Men product using a questionnaire distributed using purposive sampling technique. This research uses multiple linear regression method. The results of the analysis show that green marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, where the significance value of the t-test is 0.020 (<0.05) and the regression coefficient is positive at 0.188. Experience has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, where the significance value of the t-test is 0.005 (<0.05) and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.255. Experience and green marketing together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, it is acceptable.Keywords: Experience, Green Marketing, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a partial and simultaneous significant effect between service quality, price, and brand image on consumer loyalty at Yamaha Motor Workshops in Bekasi. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach, the data collection used in this study are the google form questionnaires that distributed to their consumers, data analysis techniques using classical assumption techniques, multiple linear regression, T-test and F-test to test and prove the hypothesis of this study using the SPSS application, using incidental sampling technique methods with a sample of 150 respondents. This study found that the variables of service quality, price, and brand image together have a significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian berlangsung di Pantai Bahak Indah Tongas Kabupaten Probolinggo guna untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer experience, servicescape, dan destination image secara simultan, parsial dan dominan terhadap revisit intention di Pantai Bahak Indah Tongas Kabupaten Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitianini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan hubungan kausal. Memiliki dua variabel atau atribut yaitu atribut bebas dan terikat. Atribut bebas yang terdiri dari customer experience, servicescape dan destination image, sedangkan atribut terikat yaitu revisit intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung yang sudah mengunjungi Pantai Bahak Indah Tongas Kabupaten Probolinggo pada tanggal 12 Februari – 15 Maret 2023, sebanyak 106 pengunjung. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling purposive. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi dan diolah dengan metode analisis data berupa uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara customer experience (X1), servicescape (X2), destination image (X3) secara simultan terhadap revisit intention (Y) dimana diperoleh nilai Fhitung = 51,289. Lalu dari uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel customer experience (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention (Y) dengan thitung = 2,120, variabel servicescape (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention (Y) dengan thitung = 6,328 dan variabel destination image (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention (Y) dengan thitung = 2,242.
