Abstract

The role of a leader in a company is to be the main figure who controls the successful performance of a company. Competition is getting tighter day by day so companies are required to have strategies to improve employee performance, one of which is at the BeeJay Bakau Resort Tourist Destination, Probolinggo City. This research aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between Leadership, Training and Career Development on Employee Performance, either simultaneously, partially or dominantly. The method used in this research is quantitative with a sample size of 38 respondents, all employees at the BeeJay Bakau Resort Tourism Destination, Probolinggo City. The results of this research are the first to show that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Leadership, Training and Career Development variables on Employee Performance at the BeeJay Bakau Resort Tourism Destination, Probolinggo City. Second, there is a partially significant influence between the Leadership, Training and Career Development variables on Employee Performance at the BeeJay Bakau Resort Tourism Destination, Probolinggo City. And third, the Leadership variable has a dominant influence on Employee Performance at the BeeJay Bakau ResortTourism Destination, Probolinggo City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Fasilitas Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan hubungan asosiasif kausal ialah jenis penelitian yang dipakai. Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Fasilitas (X2) dan Harga (X3) ialah variabel independen. Sedangkan kepuasan konsumen (Y) ialah variabel dependen yang dipakai didalam penelitian ini. Sampel didalam penelitian ini ialah sebanyak 40 konsumen. Penetapan sampel yang dipakai didalam penelitian ini ialah sampling insidental. Uji dugaan sementara (Hipotesis) bisa diambil kesimpulan yaitu varaibel kualitas pelayanan diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (2,178 > 2,028) menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan Kepuasan Konsumen, variabel fasilitas diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (2,278 > 2,028) menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dan variabel harga diperoleh nilai thitung > (2,692 > 2,028). menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Stressor and work motivation on employee performance and to determine the most dominant influence between Stressor and work motivation on employee performance. Quantitative research with causal associative relationships is the type of research used. Stressor (X1) and work motivation (X2) are independent variables. While employee performance (Y) is the dependent variable used in this study. The sample in this study was 34 employees. The determination of the sample used in this study was saturated sampling. The results of the study stated that there was a partial influence of Stressor and work motivation on employee performance because t count> t table (2.252> 1.696), t count> t table (2.049> 1.696). The dominant test results of the stressor variable are variables that have a very large influence on employee performance because the beta coefficient value is 0.362.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of sapta pesona, destinatioin image and promotion partially and simultaneously on the intention to visit again on BeeJay Bakau Resort tourism in Probolinggo City. The research method used is quantitative with the independent variables of sapta pesona, destination image, promotion and the dependent variable is the intention to visit again. The population of this study were tourists who treveled to BeeJay Bakau Resortr Probolinggo City. The sampling technique was carried out on 120 respondents and the sampling technique used incidental sampling. The analysis stage begins with a validity test reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression anylis, determination coefficient test and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 26. The results showed that sapta pesona and destination image partially influenced the intention to visit again, while promotion had no partial effect in the intention to visit again, and there was a simultaneous influence between sapta pesona, destination image and promotion on the intention to visit again on the BeeJay Bakau Resort tour Probolinggoo City. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine "The influence of service quality, product quality and price on consumer satisfaction with Adidas products among Panca Marga University students who use Shopee." The type of research used in this research is a type of quantitative research that produces discoveries that can be achieved (obtained) using statistical procedures or other methods with measurement quantification. The data collection method in this research used interviews, documentation and questionnaires which were distributed to 100 respondents. The analysis in this research uses SPSS. The results of this research show that service quality has an influence on consumer satisfaction, but it is not significant, product quality and price have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan tourism experience, harga tiket, dan citra destinasi terhadap revisit intention di Lava Hill Resort Bromo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif assosiatif kausal. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan tourism experience, harga tiket, citra destinasi dan revisit intention di Lava Hill Resort Bromo dengan jumlah sampel 70 responden. Penentuan sampel menggunakan jenis Nonprobability Sampling dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Dalam membuktikan dan menganalisis hal tersebut, maka digunakan uji validilitas dan uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (R square), pengujian hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tourism experience berpengaruh terhadap revisit intention dengan thitung sebesar -4,535 > ttabel 1,997 dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05, harga tiket berpengaruh terhadap revisit intention dengan nilai thitung 5,096 > ttabel 1,997, dan citra destinasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap revisit intention dengan nilai thitung 0,987 < ttabel 1,997dengan sig 0,327 < 0,05. Secara simultan tourism experience, harga tiket, dan citra destinasi parsial berpengaruh terhadap revisit intention dengan nilai fhitung 24,676 > ftabel 2,744.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to analyse the effect of sapta pesona on tourist satisfaction, the effect of sapta pesona on revisit intention, the effect of tourist satisfaction on revisit intention, the effect of sapta pesona on revisit intention through tourist satisfaction. The object of this research is the tourism destination of Mount Bromo. Research methods: Using quantitative explanatory research methods with numerical data collection and analysis using statistical techniques. The population of this research is tourists who have travelled to Mount Bromo before, the number of samples is not known with certainty. Sampling Indonesian tourists aged at least 17 years or more, and were on Mount Bromo when the research took place as many as 112 respondents. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using Structural Equetion Modelling (SEM) which will be processed using the AMOS program. Results and discussion: The results showed that sapta pesona had a significant positive effect on tourist satisfaction, sapta pesona had a significant positive effect on revisit intentions, tourist satisfaction had a significant positive effect on revisit intentions, and tourist satisfaction was able to mediate the effect of sapta pesona on the revisit intentions of Mount Bromo tourists. Implication: Based on the results of the study, recommendations for future researchers to conduct research with this research model, because there are not many studies that examine the impact of the mediating variable of tourist satisfaction on the effect of Sapta Pesona on revisit intentions.

Abstract

Penelitian mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh etika kerja, pengembangan SDM dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kota Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan yakni pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan variabel yang mencakup variabel bebas yaitu etika kerja, pengembangan SDM, dan dukungan organisasi dan variabel terikat yaitu kinerja pegawai. Studi yang dilaksanakan ini mempunyai populasi sejumlah 41 dan sampel yang digunakan sejumllah 40 pegawai PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kota Probolinggo. Sumber data yang dipergunakan peneliti berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder, data diolah berbantuan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menyatakan jika etika kerja (X1) memberi pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) secara signifikan positif. Pengembangan SDM (X2) memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Dukungan organisasi (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) memperlihatkan pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memahami bagaimanakah pengaruhnya pelatihan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinsos PPPA Kota Probolinggo. Metode yang diterapkan yaitu kuantitatif melalui penggunaan asosiatif kausal untuk pendekatannya. Populasi yang diterapkan yaitu keseluruhan pegawai dari Dinsos PPPA Kota Probolinggo, dengan sampel yang dipergunakan berjumlah 51 pegawai. Sumber dari data yang dibutukan yaitu dari data jenis primer serta sekunder, melalui dukungan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil yang didapat mengungkapkan Pelatihan (X1), Motivasi kerja (X2), dan Disiplin kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk dan kepercayaan terhadap minat beli ulang produk susu SGM di Supermarket Sinar Terang Kota Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan assosiatif kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adlah teknik sampling dengan metode insidental sampling. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang membeli produk susu SGM di Supermarket Sinar Terang Kota Probolinggo pada bulan Februari-Maret 2024, dengan sampel diambil sebanyak 102 responden. Dalam pengolahan data menggunakan IBM SPSS Versi 26 dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel harga terhadap minat beli ulang, terdapat pengaruh antara variabel kualitas produk terhadap minat beli ulang, dan terdapat pengaruh antara variabel kepercayaan terhadap minat beli ulang produk susu SGM di Supermarket Sinar Terang Kota Probolinggo.
