Abstract

The purpose of study is to determine the effect of the variables communication, work envronment and job satisfation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) partially in Diva Swalayan Kraksaan, Probolinggo Regncy. This type of reseach use quantiative reseach methods, with a total samplle of 60 respondets who are employees of Diva Swalayan Kraksaan. Probability Sampling is the sample determination method, and Simple Random Sampling is the technique. Validity test, reliabilty test, clasical assumtion test, multipel liinear regresion analyss, the coeficient of deterination (R2) and also the T test are the data analysis methods. The resuts of the T test it is known that here is a positiv and signficant influece of tha variable of communication, work environment, and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Diva Swalayan Kraksaan.

Abstract

This research was conducted on DKUMP Probolinggo City with the aim of knowing the influence of organizational culture, workload, job satisfaction on employee performance at the Office of KUMP Probolinggo City. The type of research used is quantitative, through independent variables (free) Organizational Culture, Workload and Job Satisfaction as well as the dependent variable (tied) Employee performance. The population in this study were DKUMP employees from Probolinggo City (non ASN). The samples taken were 82 employees. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Sources of data in this study come from primary and secondary data. data collection using interviews, questionnaires, documentation and processed with data analysis methods in the form of validation tests, reliability, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a significant influence between organizational culture (X1), workload (X2), job satisfaction (X3) simultaneously on performance (Y) where the calculated f value was 51.649. Then from the test it shows that organizational culture variable (X1) has a significant effect on performance (Y) with t count 3.675, workload variable (X2) has a significant effect on performance (Y) with t count 2.852 and job satisfaction variable (X3) has a significant effect on Performance (Y) with t count 2.921. The dominant test shows that the organizational culture variable (X1) has a dominant influence on performance (Y) with a standardized beta coefficient of 0.321.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Kutai Timber Indonesia, Probolinggo City with the aim of determining the effect of occupational safety, work environment and work communication on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population is employees of PT. Kutai Timber Indonesia, Probolinggo City with a sample of 36 respondents and the sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test, partial test and simultaneous test. The results of the study indicate that occupational safety, work environment and work communication partially have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of innovation, accessibility and trust on the satisfaction of users of DAOP IX Probolinggo Station economic train services partially. The research method used is quantitative with the independent variables of innovation, accessibility, trust and the dependent variable, namely satisfaction. The population of this study were users of DAOP IX Probolinggo Station economy class train transportation services in January and February 2024. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method as many as 108 people. The data analysis stage begins with the Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient Test and Hypothesis Test using SPSS Version 26. The results showed that the innovation variable had a positive but insignificant effect on satisfaction, while the accessibility and trust variables had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the influence of Emotional intelligence, Work discipline and Job satisfaction has a simultaneous and partial effect on employee organizational commitment DPKPP probolinggo city. And also among these three variables, which variable has the most dominant effect on the dependent variable (organizational commitment). The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, with the variables emotional intelligence,work discipline and job satisfaction, the number of samples in this study were 59 respondents. The test results show that it partially affects the level of organizational commitment at DPKPP probolinggo city. The partial test results show that emotional intelligence (X1), work discipline (X2), and job satisfaction (X3) of the three variables have significant values. Thus the results of the t (partial) test show that there is a positive and significant influence of variable emotional intelligence, work discipline and job satisfaction on the level of organizational commitment at DPKPP, City of Probolinggo. Abstract

This research aims to find out whether destination image (X1) and tourist facilities (X2) have a partial effect on tourist satisfaction at BeeeJay Bakau Resort (BJBR) Probolinggo. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study was 90 BJBR Probolinggo tourists using a simple random sampling technique with the hair formula. The data sources used in this research come from primary data and secondary data sources. Meanwhile, data collection methods are by means of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The test results show that spatially, only tourist facilities have an influence on BJBR tourist satisfaction. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing on both variables have a significant influence on tourist satisfaction. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.622, this means that 62.2% of the dependent variable of tourist satisfaction is influenced by the variables of destination image and tourist facilities. Meanwhile, the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this research

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of reward, punishment and promotion partially and the strongest influence on employee performance at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Probolinggo City.The type of research used is a quantitative approach, with variables consisting of independent variables, namely reward, punishment and promotion and the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 44 and the sample used amounted to 41 employees of the Probolinggo City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) based on certain criteria, namely State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPK). The data sources used in this study come from primary data and secondary data, with the help of the PLS 3 application.The results of the study determined that the reward variable (X1) had a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). The variable punishment (X2) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). The promotion variable (X3) has no significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). The strongest variable test shows that the reward variable (X1) has the strongest influence on employee performance (Y). Because rewards have a stronger influence on employee performance, it is the first priority in improving employee performance at the Probolinggo City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). It is recommended to consistently maintain the existing reward system, so that employees are able to work more professionally.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to examine the influence of work ethic, locus of control and workload partially on employee performance at the Probolinggo City General Election Commission. The population in this study were employees of the Probolinggo City General Election Commission. 54 employees. The number of samples in this study was 54 employees of the Probolinggo City General Election Commission. In this study the sample size used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection methods in this research are questionnaires, documentation. The research instrument uses a Likert scale. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test, partial test (t test). The results of the research show that the Work Ethic variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), the Locus of Control variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) and the Workload variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is a positive and significant effect of Word Of Mouth on the Decision to Use Services of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City, knowing whether there is a positive and significant effect of Customer Experience on the Decision to Use Services of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City, knowing whether there is a positive and significant effect of Service Quality on the Decision to Use Services of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with a Causal Associative approach with Word Of Mouth, Customer Experience, and Service Quality as independent variables and Service Usage Decisions as the dependent variable. The population in this study were service users at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City with a sample of 90 respondents and the sampling technique used Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that Word Of Mouth, Customer Experience, and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Services of PT. Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or displeasure with a product or service from a company. This study aims to analyze the effect of customer value, corporate image, and relationship marketing on customer satisfaction partially and determine the strongest variable on customer satisfaction. This research method uses quantitative with an associative approach. The population of this study were all active customers of PT Bank Jatim Probolinggo City. A total of 112 active customers of PT Bank Jatim in Probolinggo City were taken as samples with purposive sampling. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques through validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results showed that customer value has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, corporate image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The most powerful variable in this study is relationship marketing.
