Abstract

Desa Tenggir Barat Kabupaten Situbondo merupakan salah satu desa yang masyarakatnya mempunyai potensi usaha dilevel UMKM yang dapat dikembangkan, hanya saja perlu diberikan pemahaman literasi digital supaya lebih kreatif dalam mengembangkan pemasaran dan meningkatkan penjualan. Dengan berkembangnya dunia digital sangat penting bagi pelaku UMKM untuk adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital, dalam hal ini adalah media sosial sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan observasi langsung, diskusi dan pemecahan kasus-kasus yang dialami oleh Pemilik usaha, serta memberikan arahan strategi yang tepat dalam menggunakan media sosial, penjualan di platform, memilih market place, dan konsep e-Commerce, dengan adanya pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kreatifitas pemasaran dan meningkatkan penjualan usaha tersebut.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of workload, work discipline and organizational commitment on the performance of Blimbing, Pandak, Sumbersuko village officials, Klabang Bondowoso District with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The sampling technique used in this research was simple random sampling of 45 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that workload has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a positive and significant effect on performance. , Work discipline has a negative but not significant effect on Performance, Organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on Performance, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Performance, Workload has a positive and significant effect on Performance through Job Satisfaction, Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on Performance village officials through job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

In the development of the digital industrial era, people are now starting to recognize online platforms such as e-commerce and marketplaces, which are the shopping platforms of first choice for people in Indonesia to meet their various needs and requirements. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of price and promotion on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions with service quality as moderation. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study was buyers of the Markas Beli store. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hypothesis test results of direct influence using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, Price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, Promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, Price has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Promotion has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Purchasing decisions have an effect significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive but not significant effect in moderating price on consumer satisfaction. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the price variable has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. Price has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the effect of perceived value and service quality on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Jakarta Cloth Situbondo store. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 98 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Perceived value has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, perceived value has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a negative but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, perceived value has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing management is an analysis of planning, implementing and controlling programs designed to create, build and maintain profitable exchanges with target markets to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effects of product and service quality on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. The population in this study was consumers of Kintan Store in Cermee. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that product quality has a negative but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a negative but not significant effect on consumer loyalty, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on consumer loyalty, consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, product quality has a negative but not significant effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This aims of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture, work facilities and work discipline on ASN performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Situbondo Regency DPUPP Office. This research used a quantitative approach which was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 59 ASN employees at the Situbondo Regency Public Works, Housing and Settlements Department. The method of data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis test results have a direct effect using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of direct hypothesis testing show that organizational culture has an insignificant effect on job satisfaction, work facilities have an insignificant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has an insignificant effect on ASN performance, work facilities have an insignificant effect on ASN performance, Work discipline has a significant effect on ASN performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on ASN performance. The results of indirect hypothesis testing show that the organizational culture variable has a negative but not significant effect on ASN performance through job satisfaction, work facilities have a negative but not significant effect on ASN performance through job satisfaction, and work discipline has a significant positive effect on ASN performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Andin Cemilan Situbondo Shop is a snack business that sells retail and wholesale goods. Its location on Bawean Street 1A makes it easy for people to know that this shop sells snacks. The population of this study was all customers who had made purchases at Andin Cemilan Shop. This study’s data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct hypothesis test of direct influence using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Word of Mouth has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Product Diversity has a positive but insignificant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Location has a positive but insignificant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, Product Diversity has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, Location has a positive but insignificant effect on Repurchase Intention. The results of the indirect hypothesis test of Word of Mouth have a positive but insignificant effect on Repurchase Intention through Consumer Satisfaction, Product Diversity has a positive but insignificant effect on Repurchase Intention through Consumer Satisfaction, and Location has a positive but insignificant effect on Repurchase Intention through Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Product Diversity, Trust and Brand Image on Repurchase Interest Mediated by Consumer Satisfaction at the Ceria Elektronik Dawuhan Situbondo Store. Abstract

This study aimed to find out how the effect of Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) and flash sale on purchase decisions of students at Faculty of Economics, Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo on Shopee marketplace with trust as an intervening variable. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 709 people who are students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo, class of 2019 – 2022. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling technique. The sample obtained was 88 respondents. The results of direct effect hypothesis test showed that Electronic Word Of Mouth has a significant positive effect on trust, flash sale has a positive but not significant effect on trust, Electronic Word Of Mouth has a negative but not significant effect on purchase decision, flash sale has a significant positive effect on purchase decision, and trust has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The results of indirect effect hypothesis test indicated that Electronic Word of Mouth has a positive but not significant effect on purchase decisions through trust as an intervening variable, flash sale has a positive but not significant effect on purchase decisions through trust as an intervening variable.

Abstract
