Abstract

Research on Decision Support Systems that can detect symptoms of positive Covid-19 patients. This study aims to help health workers apply IT in services to Covid-19 patients. Data taken from samples obtained directly from the Riau Provincial Health Office and Pekanbaru City Health Office and the official website of the National Covid-19 Management Agency. In this research, the team consists of the fields of computer science and psychology education in order to fulfill the aspects needed in improving the research results. The assessment aspect of the recommended criteria for Covid-19 tracing patients are 11 questions taken from the Riau Province Covid-19 website. The data is weighted and processed by SAW method Decision Support Systems. The results of the method processing is 3 decision recommendations that are indicated by Covid-19.

Abstract

Penerapan aplikasi sistem surat perjalan dinas Perwakilan Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana (BKKBN) Provinsi Riau menjadi sebuah kebutuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web dan QR-Code (quick response code). Dengan aplikasi ini maka setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan pegawai sesuai dengan Surat Perjalan Dinas (SPD) yang terintekrasi pada DIPA (Daftar Isian Pelaksanan Anggaran) secara atomasis dan membuat semua dokumen dan laporan terdapat QR-Code untuk autentikasi dokumen secara online ke web sistem perjalanan Perwakilan Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana (BKKBN) Provinsi Riau untuk tertib administrasi dan anggaran sesuai dengan mata anggaran pengeluaran (MAK) pada tahun berjalan. Luaran penelitian ini adalah aplikasi surat perjalanan dinas berbasis web, sertifikat HAKI (Hak Kekayaan Intelektual) dan jurnal ilmiah yang terbit pada jurnal internasional, modul bahan ajar yang bisa diterapkan pada matakuliah pemrograman web.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Protection of Women and Childre in dealing with children in legal cases in the jurisdiction of the Indragiri Hilir Resort Police Station. The form of online counseling services is an alternative problem solving that makes it easier for people to consult regarding problems within the family. Online counseling services are also a place to respond to any complaints, protect and facilitate the handling of complaints submitted by victims and the public, where the privacy of victims and suspects will be protected according to their rights. The research uses waterfall analysis modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language). This system is made using the PHP programming language, MySQL database. The designed application works in accordance with the system design mechanism at the beginning of the research object. The final result of this research is an online consultation application, where on this website the public can fill out a consultation form directly and view information that is directly related to counselors, the Legal Aid Institute, psychologists and therapists from the Women's and Children's Protection Unit Indragiri Hilir Resort Police Station

Abstract

Currently, teachers must be able to utilize learning information technology in the form of online exams. This research will implement an online essay exam which is assisted by using a computer as a tool, better known as the Computer Assisted Test (CAT). The author developed a computer-based exam application for students at SMK Negeri 5 Pekanbaru. The exam questions that will be developed are online exam questions that can provide grades automatically. The questions that will be entered into the system are questions in essay form. Automatic scoring is carried out using the Case Folding and Tokenizing, Filtering, Stemming, Analyzing with Cosine similarity assessment stages. Exam participants' answers will also be searched for basic words using the results of extracting the basic words in the answer key and students' answers will be compared using Cosine similarity. The modeling process is carried out by developing existing models by adapting the real-time concept to be planned. The model obtained is the text stemming process and the process of extracting words from the answers carried out on client computers (teachers and students) and processing the answers and comparing the answers with the answer key. The modeling used is Waterfall and the analysis uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). This system was created using the PHP programming language, MySql database

Abstract

Sales require supervision or monitoring to determine the success achieved. UMKM Melur Laris specializes in selling chicken porridge which currently has more than 22 outlets where the management/owner must monitor or supervise sales developments in order to evaluate the level of sales at all outlets. The sales transaction input process currently carried out is by recording it in a sales report book, then the book is photographed and sent to the WhatsApp group. Every day the leadership recaps the results of sales, expenses, goods brought and leftover goods every day where there are many discrepancies with the results obtained, there is often repetition of data so that the accuracy of the calculations from the sales monitoring results is less accurate. So it is necessary to create an integrated system to help leaders control sales reports at all outlets in real time. As a result of this monitoring, leaders can evaluate sales at each outlet. This research will develop a sales monitoring system by integrating the information system of each outlet. The results of designing an Android-based sales monitoring information system application by integrating the sales system at outlets so that leaders can monitor the sales transaction process, transaction reports and stock reports at all outlets. The output of this research is OutletKu for monitoring application for the Melur Laris UMKM outlet, a HAKI (Intellectual Property Rights) certificate and a scientific journal published in the accredited national journal SINTA 4, a teaching material module that can be applied to web programming courses.

Abstract

UMKM Cakra Buana, which operates more than 11 outlets, still relies on manual record-keeping using report books that are photographed and sent via WhatsApp. This process often leads to data discrepancies and inaccurate calculations. Therefore, an integrated system is needed to enable real-time sales monitoring. This research develops an Android-based information system that integrates sales data from each outlet, allowing management to oversee transactions, sales reports, and inventory. The outcomes of this research include a monitoring application, a scientific journal article, and a teaching module for a web programming course.

Abstract

A good and accurate stock management system is crucial in any institution or organization that conducts product buying and selling transactions. This is done to improve stock efficiency, reduce storage costs, be more effective, and meet customer expectations. This research produced three groups of the most desirable products for large stock quantities, moderate stock quantities for products of interest, and low stock quantities for products that were less or not in demand. Data was processed using the clustering method, specifically the K-Means method, which was based on historical sales data that includes the product code, number of transactions, and average sales. This study was carried out using web-based calculations. Testing with the rapid miner application. The research yielded three members of the product group for large stock, 238 large stock, 273 medium stock, and 25 low stock.

Abstract

The application of IoT in remote control systems to home security is becoming a necessity. This research designed 2 parts of the application of IoT, namely the automatic locking control system and motion sensor detection. With IoT, it can help reduce the risk of laziness in households. The equipment used in the IoT circuit is the nodemcu esp8266 internet module, 5vdc relay module, electrical sockets and pitting and cellphone chargers. The way this electrical IoT works is by controlling it from a smartphone that is connected to a device using applications and the internet. With a note on the IoT tool at home, there is already a living internet network. If the internet network has a problem, the tool will not work properly. The output of this research is a Control System IoT product in the form of a prototype that can be used for the motion detection process and an IOT-based door locking system that can be controlled from a smartphone

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Berbasis ICT (Ispring Suite) Terhadap Kemampuan Kognitif Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di TK Ihsan Kids dengan menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen, yaitu kuasi eksperimen (quasi experimental research) dengan bentuk desain non-equivalent control group design. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilaksanakan, sebelum diberikan perlakuan (treatment) untuk kelas eksperimen dilakukan pretest terlebih dahulu setelah itu baru dilanjutkan dengan memberikan perlakukan sebanyak tiga kali pertemuan dan terakhir ditutup dengan posttes. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil pembelajaran pada kelas eksperimen yaitu memperoleh rerata skor 3,41 dengan kriteria berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH). Sedangkan pada kelas kontrol memperoleh skor 1,83 dengan kriteria  mulai berkembang (MB). Uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji non parametrik yaitu uji Mann Withney. Hasil uji hipotesis yang diperoleh yaitu dengan Asymp sig.2 tailed 0,003. Dimana hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis ICT (Ispring Suite) terhadap kemampuan kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Ihsan Kids.

Abstract

The issuance of Permendikbudristek Number 53 of 2023 marks a paradigm shift in higher education quality assurance from a compliance-based approach to an outcome-based approach. Although it provides greater flexibility and autonomy, this policy also poses challenges in the form of differences in regulatory interpretation, inconsistencies in standards, and the persistent perception that the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) is an administrative burden, especially for universities that are not yet ready to adapt. This community service activity aims to assist the Mitra Gama Institute of Technology (ITMG) in responding to the transition of quality assurance policies in a strategic and applicable manner. The implementation method used a Participatory Action Learning approach, which included an analysis of gaps in SPMI implementation, dissemination of policy perceptions, technical workshops on updating SPMI documents, and internal quality audit simulations to ensure the implementation of the PPEPP cycle. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the concept of output-based quality assurance. The percentage of participants who understood the difference between compliance-based and outcome-based approaches increased from 35% before the activity to 90% after the dissemination and workshop. In addition, the perception that the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) was an administrative burden decreased dramatically, from 65% before the activity to 10% after the activity. These findings were reinforced by the increased ability of the quality team to close the PPEPP cycle through the formulation of concrete and measurable corrective actions. Overall, this activity was effective in strengthening the foundation of an adaptive, outcome-oriented internal quality assurance system that supports continuous quality improvement at ITMG.
