Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran sejarah di MA Ma’arif 7 Banjarwati Kabupaten Lamongan diajarkan dengan gaya konvensional. MA Ma’arif 7 Banjarwati Kabupaten Lamongan bahwa fasilitas internet dan komputerisasi di sekolah sudah memadai tetapi belum maksimal didayagunakan dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Beberapa alasan disampaikan oleh guru matapelajaran sejarah diantaranya penggunaan media itu menyulitkan, media itu hanya untuk hiburan. Salah satu strategi mengatasi itu adalah penggunaan media yang dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran, diantaranya media yang berbentuk aplikasi kuis interaktif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) yang digunakan sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian yang telah ditentukan. Model penelitian ini digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji efektivitas sebuah produk. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi materi oleh ahli materi, menunjukkan tingkat kevalidan materi mendapatkan persentase sebesar 87,5%. Menurut kriteria kevalidan materi, materi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan kuis interaktif berbasis wondershare quiz creator dapat disimpulkan sangat valid. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi media oleh ahli media, menunjukkan tingkat kevalidan media mendapatkan persentase sebesar 95%. Menurut kriteria kevalidan media, media yang digunakan sangat valid. Sedangkan, berdasarkan perhitungan rekapitulasi uji coba produk kelompok kecil atau terbatas, mendapatkan persentase sebesar 82,6%. Kesimpulannya, produk yang dikembangkan telah layak untuk dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Kuis Interaktif, Wondershare Quiz Creator, Learning History

Abstract

Abstract. This article aims to examine the diversity of halal certification in Indonesia. It is known that 2022 Indonesia's Muslim population will be the largest in the world. In line with that, the consumption of halal products in Indonesia is relatively high; therefore, Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee mandates that products circulating in Indonesia are guaranteed reliability. Currently, Indonesia has a Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH), which has the task of ensuring those that enter, circulate, and are traded in Indonesia, as evidenced by the ownership of halal certification by business actors (PU) and halal labels on the products produced. This paper uses qualitative research with a literature study approach (literature review), namely conducting a descriptive analysis of secondary data. The results of this paper show a change in the management of halal certification, which was previously issued through the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and is now by BPJPH. In addition, two schemes for applying for halal certification can be pursued by business actors in Indonesia, namely regular and self-declaration. Currently, halal products and the halal industry are growing not only nationally but also globally, and there are at least six halal industry sectors that are of concern halal food commodities, Islamic finance, Muslim-friendly travel (halal tourism), Modest Fashion, Media and recreation and Pharma & Cosmetic.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini mengembangkan budidaya hidroponik sistem wick sebagai solusi ketahanan pangan dan pengentasan stunting di Desa Linau, Kecamatan Rungan, Kabupaten Gunung Mas. Menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), kegiatan melibatkan 23 anggota PKK dalam identifikasi masalah, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasilnya, peserta berhasil menerapkan hidroponik di rumah, meningkatkan ketersediaan pangan bergizi, serta membuka peluang ekonomi. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan bahan baku, kurangnya pengalaman, dan stabilitas nutrisi muncul. Solusi yang diterapkan meliputi pembentukan kelompok hidroponik, pendampingan teknis, dan advokasi ke Pemerintah Desa. Abstract

The vulnerability of local culture to global culture is increasingly dangerous due to the massive development of technology. The influence of globalization can change every element of human life. Horja as a Mandailing cultural heritage can be eroded by the influence of globalization. The sacredness of horja can always change towards profane due to the demands and needs in the era of globalization. This research aims to find out how horja in the life of Mandailing people and horja in the era of globalization. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results concluded that horja is divided into three types, namely horja siriaon, horja siluluton or horja mambulungi, and horja siulaon. Dalihan na tolu is the most important part of horja implementation which consists of kahanggi, mora, and anak boru. The existence of horja in the globalization era takes place according to Mandailing customs and traditions. There are shifts and changes in the implementation of horja but not too significant. Shifts and changes that occur follow technological developments according to the demands of the times in the era of globalization.

Abstract

The implementation of developmentalism-orientated has resulted in social exclusion. A new development approach is needed to bring about social inclusion. This paper aims to examine the health service policy of the “Brigade Siaga Bencana” of Bantaeng Regency Government in 2008-2018. It seeks to analyse the policy innovation using a sociological perspective and Midgley's (2014) conception of social development. This research uses data obtained through literature study. The data are in the form of reports and research results from government and non-government institutions, scientific articles on social development and social policy, and news articles that discuss the Bantaeng District Government's “Brigade Siaga Bencana” policy. The findings of this study show that the Bantaeng District Government's “Brigade Siaga Bencana” health service policy is an inclusive social development effort. This policy provides increased and equitable access to health for vulnerable groups. Through the programme, maternal and infant mortality rates were reduced. The innovation took place within a decentralised structure, where local governments have the authority to develop the region according to local priorities, urgency and potential. Decentralisation requires participatory and collaborative governance to drive the social development agenda. The social development agenda through health services focuses on providing and protecting the basic rights of citizens. The implementation of the policy shows a transformation; from social exclusion to social inclusion in the health sector. This innovation can work through the collaboration of the state, private and civil society sectors. On the other hand, the policy has not encouraged empowerment, so the policy tends to be carried out in a populist manner. The policy depends on the populist leader's agenda, which aims to strengthen political position. Abstract

Pasar Kahayan merupakan salah satu pasar tradisional di Palangka Raya. Dalam pengelolaan pada pasar Kahayan, Pemerintah Kota Palangka Raya memperoleh pinjaman dari Bank Dunia melalui program Urban Sector Development Reform Project dalam membangun pertokoan di Pasar Kahayan. Kajian ini berupaya membahas dan menganalisis proses kebijakan Pemerintah Kota Palangka Raya dalam pengelolaan Pasar Kahayan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan Pasar Kahayan belum maksimal. Kebijakan Pemerintah Kota Palangka Raya belum memberikan dukungan yang optimal untuk para pedagang. Para pedagang tidak dilibatkan dalam perencanaan revitalisasi Pasar Kahayan. Pemerintah Kota Palangka Raya tidak membangun kolaborasi yang aktif dengan pedagang Pasar Kahayan. Hal ini terlihat dari kesenjangan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Akibatnya, kebijakan yang ada belum memberikan kesejahteraan bagi para pedagang. Beberapa permasalahan seperti keamanan dan harga sewa lapak yang tidak juga masih belum terselesaikan. Buruknya kebijakan pengelolaan Pasar Kahayan ini berdampak negatif bagi pertumbuhan perekonomian lokal dan kualitas hidup pedagang masih kurang

Abstract

Government policy on village funds seeks to encourage village independence. Village independence can focus on development based on local potential. Studies on local potential-based village development have not yet explored the issues of social inclusion and community empowerment. This research analyzes the approach to social inclusion and community empowerment in developing local potential in Bahu Palawa Village. Social inclusion and community empowerment are important to study because these two aspects play a role in fostering more equitable, participatory, and sustainable development. This study uses Bennett's theoretical framework (2003) regarding social inclusion and community empowerment. This study uses a qualitative approach using three data collection techniques: observation, in-depth interviews, and document and literature study. Research findings show that the Bahu Palawa Village Government has tried to foster social inclusion and community empowerment in developing local potential. Social inclusion and community empowerment have not been running optimally due to a lack of access to basic services, awareness and knowledge, limited infrastructure, economic inequality, and the ineffectiveness of community empowerment programs. This condition inhibits citizen participation and prevents them from being fully involved in village development. In conclusion, developing local potential requires holistic social inclusion and empowerment development. This can be done through collaboration with a focus on increasing local capacity.

Abstract

Implementation of strategic national policies at the school level often faces adaptation and acceptance challenges in local institutions, particularly in regions rich in local wisdom such as Central Kalimantan. This study was conducted to analyze the integration of the local wisdom value handep hapakat (cohesion and mutual assistance) within the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) at SMPN 11 Palangka Raya. This background prompted a study focusing on the socio-cultural dimension of MBG, which has been effectively running for two months since September 1, 2025. The primary objective of the research was to analyze the implementation of handep hapakat, identify the roles of actors (teachers, students, parents) in the program's sustainability, and examine socio-cultural barriers. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and students. Thematic analysis was conducted using a sociological framework encompassing Solidarity (Durkheim), Inequality (Marx), and Habitus/Social Capital (Bourdieu). The main findings indicate that Handep Hapakat serves as a catalyst for mechanical solidarity (Durkheim). This is evidenced by students' spontaneous initiative in logistics mutual cooperation and the collective meal as a cohesion-strengthening social ritual. Teachers play a central role as guarantors of equitable distribution, ensuring consistent and fair portions, thereby effectively mitigating the risk of access inequality (Marx) within the school environment. Although a clash of taste habitus (menu boredom) was observed, the Handep Hapakat value is capitalized as Social Capital (Bourdieu), realized through the mechanism of sharing leftover food (anti-waste). The active role of teachers in shaping responsible habitus is also crucial. It is concluded that the success of the MBG program at SMPN 11 Palangka Raya relies on the harmonious integration between national policy and local values. The implementation supported by Handep Hapakat yields a Sustainable Implementation Model that not only achieves nutritional goals but significantly reinforces students' social character, collective responsibility, and social capital. The scientific contribution of this research confirms the important role of local culture in the adaptation and effectiveness of public policies at the grassroots level.

Abstract

Koperasi Merah Putih merupakan program strategis nasional yang diarahkan untuk memperkuat pemberdayaan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat di tingkat desa dan kelurahan. Permasalahan utama mitra adalah rendahnya kapasitas organisasi dan kepemimpinan sosial pengurus, terbatasnya keterampilan pengolahan produk ikan, serta belum adanya produk unggulan bernilai tambah yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai usaha koperasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini merespons masalah tersebut melalui pelatihan terpadu pengolahan abon ikan gabus yang dikombinasikan dengan penguatan kapasitas sosial, pelatihan desain logo dan kemasan, pemasaran digital berbasis media sosial, serta sosialisasi sertifikasi halal. Intervensi dilaksanakan bersama 40 peserta yang terdiri atas 15 anggota koperasi, dosen, tenaga kependidikan, dan mahasiswa. Output utama kegiatan meliputi terbentuknya kelompok belajar usaha abon, produk abon ikan gabus siap jual sebanyak [N_kemasan] kemasan (@ [berat_gram] gram), serta peningkatan rata-rata skor pemahaman teknis dari [skor_pre] menjadi [skor_post]. Secara substantif, kegiatan ini berdampak pada penguatan kapasitas sosial anggota koperasi, meningkatnya kepercayaan diri untuk memulai usaha rumah tangga, serta posisi koperasi sebagai pusat pembelajaran kewirausahaan lokal. Program ini sekaligus mendukung pencapaian SDG 2 (Zero Hunger) melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya pangan lokal, dan SDG 5 (Gender Equality) melalui keterlibatan aktif perempuan dalam rantai produksi dan pengelolaan usaha koperasi.

Abstract

The training on developing assessment rubrics for collaborative and participatory learning at the Department of Sociology, Universitas Palangka Raya, was conducted in response to the need to enhance the quality of project- and case-based learning evaluation. The program aimed to improve lecturers’ understanding and skills in designing authentic assessment rubrics aligned with 21st-century learning principles and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) 7 for higher education institutions. The community service activity employed a participatory training method conducted through four stages, namely needs identification, material development, rubric development training, and evaluation. A total of 15 lecturers participated in the training. Data were collected through participatory observation, evaluation questionnaires, and document analysis of the rubrics produced by participants. The results indicate an increase in the average understanding score from 58.4 to 82.7, reflecting a gain of 24.3 points. A total of 83% of participants achieved a score of ≥75 on the post-test, meeting the predefined success indicator. Twelve rubric drafts were produced, of which 83% met content validity criteria based on facilitator review. The satisfaction survey showed that 85% of participants were very satisfied with the training. Overall, the program effectively enhanced lecturers’ capacity to design measurable and contextual collaborative assessment tools that support the achievement of KPI 7. Follow-up training and mentoring are recommended to ensure sustainable implementation of the rubrics in classroom practice.
