Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya komunikasi guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Gaya komunikasi guru merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang dapat memengaruhi efektivitas proses pembelajaran, motivasi belajar, dan hasil akademik siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada siswa dari beberapa SMA di wilayah penelitian. Variabel gaya komunikasi guru diukur berdasarkan dimensi verbal, nonverbal, empati, dan kejelasan penyampaian materi, sedangkan prestasi belajar diukur menggunakan nilai akademik siswa. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa gaya komunikasi guru memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Gaya komunikasi yang asertif, empatik, dan interaktif cenderung meningkatkan pemahaman materi, motivasi belajar, serta pencapaian akademik siswa. Sebaliknya, gaya komunikasi yang otoriter atau kurang responsif berkontribusi pada rendahnya partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi guru untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif dan mendukung prestasi belajar siswa

Abstract

This research aims to identify the application of strategies to improve teacher performance. The research focus was on Tahfidz Elementary School teachers in Lumajang, especially Tahfidz Al Aziz Elementary School, Bahrusysyifa Qur'an Elementary School, and Cahaya Qur'an SQS. This research uses a qualitative approach. Research data was obtained from informants, including school principals, teachers and student guardians. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed inductively using data reduction steps, data presentation and conclusion. The findings of this research indicate that the implementation of strategies in an effort to improve teacher performance is improving performance by building intense communication between school principals and teachers, holding independent coaching, conducting evaluation meetings, attending official education and training, holding comparative studies, and fulfilling teacher welfare.

Abstract

Cancer remains one of the leading causes of mortality worldwide, with over 20 million newly diagnosed cases and nearly 10 million deaths globally, as reported by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) in 2020. In Indonesia, the incidence reached 408,661 new cases with 242,988 cancer-related deaths recorded in 2022. This growing burden has resulted in numerous clinical implications, with pain identified as the most frequently reported symptom among cancer patients, significantly impairing their quality of life. Among emerging approaches in pain management, non-pharmacological interventions such as hypnotherapy have gained attention due to their potential to reduce pain intensity without inducing serious adverse effects. This systematic review aims to evaluate the effectiveness of hypnosis therapy in managing cancer-related pain by analyzing six selected studies sourced from five international databases: ScienceDirect, EBSCO, PubMed, ProQuest, and Sage Journals. All included studies met the eligibility criteria, comprising randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and one meta-analysis, published within the last ten years. Five out of the six studies demonstrated that hypnosis interventions were effective in reducing pain intensity, while one study showed no statistically significant effect. Additionally, several studies explored integrative approaches combining hypnosis with complementary modalities such as music therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. The findings of this review suggest that hypnotherapy serves as a promising complementary intervention to support effective pain management in oncology care. Further research employing more rigorous methodologies and larger sample sizes is recommended to strengthen the evidence base regarding its clinical utility.

Abstract

Persons with Disabilities are people who experience physical, intellectual, mental or sensory limitations for a long period of time. This study aims to find out how the form of empowerment carried out by the Gowa Dekranasda in Bontolempangan and how the effectiveness of empowering persons with disabilities in the Bontolempangan sub-district, Gowa Regency. The research was conducted with qualitative methods, data collection was carried out by interviewing and selecting informants with. Purposive sampling. The research location is in the Bontolempangan sub-district, Gowa district. The results showed that 1). The form of empowerment carried out by the Gowa Dekranasda is by providing assistance to persons with disabilities in the form of production equipment. 2). The empowerment carried out for people with disabilities is bamboo crafts and sewing.
