Abstract

Pencak silat is a traditional martial art native to Indonesia. Achievement. PSHT Wida is one of the hermitages in Ungaran that educates beginner martial artists to become accomplished martial artists. An athlete's achievement requires physical, technical, and mental readiness. Anxiety is an unpleasant emotion, such as feeling uncomfortable, confused, anxious, and characterized by worry, disclosure, and fear which is sometimes experienced in different levels and situations. This research aims to determine the anxiety level of Pencak silat athletes at PSHT Wida in facing the 2023 Kota Wali Championship competition. This research method uses quantitative description with a cross-sectional design. Data collection used interviews and questionnaires to measure athletes' anxiety levels using the Sport Competition Anxiety Test (SCAT) anxiety instrument. The sample in this study was PSHT Wida athletes who took part in the Kota Wali Championship, totaling 15 athletes. The research results showed that the anxiety level of competition athletes in the low category was 6.7% (1 athlete), in the medium category 20% (3 athletes), and in the high category 73.3% (11 athletes). From the data results, it can be explained that the anxiety level of PSHT Wida athletes in competitions is in the high category.

Abstract

Writing is a language competency that exists in every level of education, from preschool to college. The purpose of this study was to improve the ability to develop main ideas in paragraphs in grade V students of SDN Mangunjiwan 2, Demak District using the picture and picture method. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. This study was conducted in two cycles. The subjects in this study were 18 grade V students of SDN Mangunjiwan 2, Demak District. Data collection techniques in this study were tests, observations, interviews and documentation. The indicators of success in this study are for individual learning provisions if the proportion of students' correct answers is more than the KKM that has been set and for classical learning completeness if at least 70% of all students have achieved KKM. The results of the study from cycle I obtained classical completeness of 67% with 12 students completing, while the results of cycle II classical completeness of 83% with 15 students so that the indicators of success were achieved in cycle II.

Abstract

An athlete's hydration status is greatly affected by the adequacy of fluids and electrolytes during a workout. This study aimed to formulate a chia seed-based sports drink and analyzed its effect on hydration status and changes in blood glucose levels in football athletes. This experimental study on 46 young football athletes from Tyrex Java Semarang club was selected using a simple random sampling method. There are P(0)=control group (given 300mL placebo); and P(1)=treatment group (given 300 mL chia seed's sport energy gel). Administering placebo and treatment are done 45 minutes before exercise. Bodyweight and blood sugar level measurements are done 30 minutes before exercise and at 120 minutes. There were significant differences in the hydration status of study subjects before and after exercise (p=0.022), but the blood glucose level was not significant (p=0.413). However, the blood glucose level appeared to differ significantly (p=0.0001) between the control and treatment groups. As for changes in hydration status (kg and %) between the control group and treatment showed no sig-nificant differences (p=0.807 and 0.771). The conclusion is that giving chia seed's sports energy drink before exercise can maintain the blood glucose levels even though it does not impact the hydration status of athletes.

Abstract

Kefir is a food-based on pasteurized milk fermented using lactic acid bacteria, aceticacid bacteria, and yeast. The study aims to analyze proximate levels (carbohydrates, proteins,and fats) and identify the characteristics of sensory changes during storage. This true experimental study uses a complete randomized design with 1 factor. Thecomposition of corn milk kefir consists of 3 levels (K1=corn milk: skimmed milk 100:0;K2=corn milk: skimmed milk 75:25; K3=corn milk: skimmed milk 50:50).  Data analysisusing One Way Anova showed that carbohydrate content (10.31 + 1,426), fat (0.18 + 0.018),and protein (1.83 + 0.973) significantly different (p=0.0001). The 35 days of storage in the refrigerator (2-8C) results in a change in kefir colorbecoming more faded. The kefir texture before storage is different for each kefir compositionand becomes more viscous at the end of the storage period. The sour aroma of kefir willincrease during kefir storage. It can be concluded that protein and fat levels increase alongwith an increase in the amount of skimmed milk addition, while carbohydrate levels decreaseat the addition of the most skimmed milk (K3).Keywords: kefir, proximate, sensory characteristics, shelf-life, skimmed milko

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the skill level of Passing, Knowing the skill level Controlling, Knowing the skill level Dribbling, Knowing the skill level Shooting. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with one variable without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. The tests designed to measure the basic skills of playing futsal include passing with controlling, dribbling and shooting. The results of this study are: the level of basic technical skills for playing futsal for extracurricular futsal participants at SMP Negeri 4 Ungaan is good considering the highest frequency in the good category with 7 students or 35% level of basic skills in playing futsal for extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 4 Ungaran Barat in very good category 2 people or 10%, good 7 people or 35%, 4 people or 20% enough, 4 people less or 20%, very less 3 people or 15%. Conclusion : Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been presented, it can be concluded that the level of basic technical skills in playing futsal for futsal extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 4 Ungaran is good considering the highest frequency in the good category with 7 students or 35%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of success of the implementation of social entrepreneurship-based community empowerment programs in the training of business management of coffee skin brownies in Soppeng City, South Sulawesi. The population of this study was all people who participated in entrepreneurship training in the community empowerment program as many as 285 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument that was processed and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the level of success of the implementation of social entrepreneurship training-based empowerment programs in Soppeng City was highly measured by indicators: (1) increased knowledge and skills of the community in managing coffee skin into brownies, preparing business/business plans, and making simple books; (2) increasing community participation in training programs; and (3) increasing interest in the community in developing social-based creative entrepreneurship

Abstract

Sugar is a strategic commodity that plays an important role. As the primary sweetener, the use of sugar has not yet been completely replaced by other sweeteners. Another essential role can also be seen in the extent of linkages in downstream industries, such as food and beverage, refined sugar, and pharmaceutical industries. This research aims to analyze what factors influence the supply of sugar and the elasticity of the sugar supply in Indonesia. This research uses secondary data in the form of time series data between 1992-2021. The analytical method that will be used quantitative method. The quantitative method uses a simultaneous equation modeling approach, where each equation is estimated using the Two-Stage Least Square (2SLS) method. Data processing in this research was carried out using the Microsoft Excel 2010 and EViews 12. The research results show that the factors that influence the supply of sugar in Indonesia include the amount of production, imports, exports and Indonesian sugar stocks. The amount of Indonesian sugar production is controlled by sugar-cane production and yield, with positive elasticity. Domestic sugar consumption affects the number of Indonesian sugar imports with positive elasticity, while exchange rate and sugar production affect the number of imports with negative elasticity. Domestic sugar prices affect the amount of Indonesian sugar export with negative elasticity, while GDP have a value positive elasticity. Sugar stock is the identity function of the previous year's sugar supply and the previous year's sugar consumption. The total supply of Indonesian sugar is the identity function of sugar production, sugar imports, sugar exports, and year-end sugar stocks.

Abstract

The game of football is one of the most popular sports in the world that can be a golden opportunity to achieve an achievement or become a professional player. Physical condition is the main factor in playing football, therefore it requires speed and things that are closely related to speed are running, the process of getting the results of running with maximum speed is by training. One form of exercise to achieve optimal running speed is to run using a parachute. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of speed chute training on the running speed of athletes from the Football School (SSB) Putra Bahurekso Kesesi. The type of research used is a pseudo-experiment, which is designed to mimic a true experiment with a limited level of control with cross sectional design. The population in this study were adolescent boys aged between 15 to 17 years with a sample consisting of 15 adolescent athletes of SSB Putra Bahurekso Kesesi. The sampling technique was carried out by the total sampling method. With the research instrument used in the form of a meter, stopwatch, parachute, cone, and ball. Data analysis was performed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program with univariate and bivariate analysis with paired sampel t-test. The results showed that there was an increase in average running speed of 4.4% with a p-value of 0.016 <0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of training using a parachute speedchute on improving the running of Football School (SSB) athletes Putra Bahurekso Kesesi.   Abstrak Permainan sepak bola merupakan salah satu olahraga terpopuler di dunia yang dapat menjadi peluang emas untuk meraih suatu prestasi atau menjadi seorang pemain profesional. Kondisi fisik merupakan faktor utama dalam bermain sepak bola, maka dari itu dibutuhkan adanya suatu kecepatan dan hal yang erat kaitannya dengan kecepatan adalah lari, proses untuk mendapatkan hasil lari dengan kecepatan maksimal yaitu dengan latihan. Salah satu bentuk latihan untuk mencapai kecepatan lari yang optimal adalah dengan berlari menggunakan parasut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian latihan speed chute terhadap kecepatan lari atlet dari Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) Putra Bahurekso Kesesi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu, yang dirancang untuk meniru eksperimen sejati dengan tingkat kontrol yang terbatas dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja laki-laki berusia antara 15 hingga 17 tahun dengan sampel yang terdiri dari 15 orang remaja atlet SSB Putra Bahurekso Kesesi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode total sampling. Dengan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa meteran, stopwatch, parasut, cone, dan bola sepak. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 22 dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji paired sampel t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil kecepatan lari rata-rata sebesar 4,4% dengan hasil p-value 0,016 < 0,05. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh latihan menggunakan speedchute parachute terhadap peningkatan lari atlet Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) Putra Bahurekso Kesesi.

Abstract

Wushu is a sport that requires prime physical condition so that athletes can achieve achievements. Monitoring the physical condition of athletes is needed to determine the physical capacity of athletes and the effectiveness of the training program that has been implemented. This study aims to review the physical condition of athletes. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study were all athletes of Sasana Satria Pandanaran Semarang totaling 8 people using the total sampling technique. The instruments used are as follows: arm muscle strength using the Grip Strength Dynamometer test, speed using the 30-meter running test, agility using the illionist agility test, balance using the stork stand test and endurance using the MFT (Multistage Fitness Test) test. The results of the study are as follows: Arm muscle strength obtained an average of 20.4 for the right arm and 17.5 for the left arm in the very poor category, 2) Speed ​​obtained an average of 5.92 in the very poor category, 3) Agility obtained an average of 18.8 in the poor category, 4) Balance obtained an average of 25 in the moderate category, 5) Endurance obtained an average of 51.3 in the good category. The Conclusion of this study were the physical condition of the Satria Pandanaran Semarang Wushu athletes is in the poor category.   Abstrak Olahraga wushu merupakan olahraga yang memrlukan kondisi fisik yang prima agar atlet mampu mendapatkan prestasi. Monitoring kondisi fisik atlet diperlukan guna mengetahui kapasitas fisik yang dimiliki atlet dan efektifitas program latihan yang telah dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau kondisi fisik atlet. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan crossectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet Sasana Satria Pandanaran Semarang yang berjumlah 8 orang dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan sebagai berikut: kekuatan otot lengan menggunakan tes Grip Strength Dynamometer, kecepatan menggunakan tes lari 30 meter, kelincahan menggunakan tes illionist agility, keseimbangan menggunakan tes stork stand dan daya tahan menggunakan tes MFT (Multistage Fitness Test). Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: Kekuatan otot lengan diperoleh rata-rata lengan kanan 20,4 dan lengan kiri 17,5 dalam kategori kurang sekali, 2) Kecepatan diperoleh rata-rata 5,92 dalam kategori kurang sekali, 3) Kelincahan diperoleh rata-rata 18,8 dalam kategori kurang, 4) Keseimbangan diperoleh rata-rata 25 dalam kategori sedang, 5) Daya tahan diperoleh rata-rata 51,3 dalam kategori baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah secara umum, kondisi fisik atlet wushu Sasana Satria Pandanaran Semarang berada pada kategori kurang.

Abstract

Wushu merupakan cabang olahraga yang dipertandingkan, munculnya wushu karena kebutuhn dari masyarakat untuk pertahanan diri dari binatang buas. Beriringan waktu wushu pun berkembang oeleh guru besar dari china seperti Sifu Lowu Djing Tie yang merupakan dari shaolin datang ke Semarang dan mendirikan Sasana Garuda Emas dan Sifu Bhe Kang Pin yang datang ke jawa mendirikan Sasana Genta Suci Ambarawa yang bertempatan di ambarawa. Sasana tersebut tercatat ada 12 atlet senior, 4 atlet junior A, 8 atlet junior B, dan 20 atlet Junior C dan junior D. Berdasarkan analisis situasi yang dilakukan dapat di ketahui permasalahan yang ada pada atletnya itu sendiri, permasalahan yg dapat diambil yaitu : kebingungan atlet junior b tentang sistem penjurian dan kode-kode yang ada pada penjurian yang terjadi di kejuaraan provinsi wushu taolu junior jateng 2022 yang bertempatan di Salatiga, di karenakan belum adanya sosialisasi terkait sistem penjurian dan kode-kode potongan di sasana tersebut khususnya atlet junior b disasana genta suci Ambarawa. Solusi yang akan dilaksanakan adalah memberikan edukasi atau pembelajarantentang sistem penjurian dan kode-kode potongan pada atlet junir B Sasana genta Suci Ambarawa. Target luaran dri pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah tersusunnya artikel ilmiah dan terpublikasi di jurnal nasional serta sebagai pembuatan buku ajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini meliputi 3 tahap, yaitu: Tahap pertama adala pra pelaksanaan yang meliputi koordiansi pelaksanaan, survai lokasi, perizinan, persiapan sarana dan prasarana. Tahap kedua adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan yang meliputi edukasi tentang sistem penjurian, kode-kode potongan dan diskusi bersama tentang kasus yang pernah dialami atlet. Tahap ketiga adalah setelah pelaksanaan yang meliputi pembuatan laporan akhir, pembuatan artikel ilmiah dan evaluasi jangka panjang tentang perubahan sikap responden
