Abstract

AbstractThe background of this study is the curiosity of researchers about the various patterns of tahar wasp in Lubuk Dagang village, Sambas district. The problem in this study is how the various wasps patterns. The method in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative form of research. the approach used is the musicology approach. Data sources in the study are Abdan, Hammam Muhyi and Fadilah. The data in this study are the results of interviews, observations, documentation and notebooks about the various patterns of wasps. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. This research data collection tool researchers as the main instrument. Checking the validity of the data uses triangulation and extension of observation. Data analysis techniques in this study are the analysis during data collection and analysis after data collection. The results of this study were six types of wasp patterns namely habban wasps, rabbut wasps, kuttong wasps, bujjor rhythmic beats, bujjor sion wasps and ribbu-ribbu wasps. This study describes each of the various wasp patterns. Each type of wasp pattern has a wasp motif in the form of literal repetition and uses 4/4 measure.        Keywords: Various Wasp Patterns, Tahar, Hadrah.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to implementing drill method can improve students in reading skill of the notation numbers on pianica learning. This research used descriptive methods, with the qualitative approach. The research method applied is a classroom action research with the cycle of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subject of this research is class VII especially class VII B of SMPN 2 Sambas. Data collecting that are applied in this research are data learning process and the students in reading skill of the notation numbers. The results of this research show that the application of the drill method can be improved students skill in reading notation numbers on learning pianica. The result can be seen from the percentage of completeness in cycle 1 and cycle 2. The mastery percentage of students there is an increase from 64.10% to 89.74%. Keywords:  Drill Method, Notation Numbers, Learning Pianica

Abstract

AbstractThe destination goals of this research were to describe the process of creation, analysis, and implementation of the work presented by Koper ensemble in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak on art and culture subjects. The method used in this research was descriptive analysis method with qualitative research form. The approach used was the musical approach. The forms of data used in this research were in the form of speech, interview, video recording, photo resource, and information from members of Koper ensemble about the works. Research data were obtained from various sources; such as composers of Koper ensemble, members of Koper ensemble, and art and culture teacher at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak. The informants who were the sources of this research were Rolly Pierdian, Deandy Dozan, Faisal Malik, and Ahmad Rayhan. To test the validity of the data, researcher used the source triangulation technique. Based on the results of data analysis on the ensemble piece of Koper ensemble in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak, the researcher can conclude that the process of creating the work of Koper ensemble has 3 stages, namely the determination of ideas, selection of instruments, and pattern making. In the notation writing, the researcher chose 3 works as the sample. These works are Malam Sepi Membara by Deandy Dozan, Naek Pesawat by Faisal Malik, and Senja by Ahmad Rayhan. The musical works of the Koper ensemble at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak can be taught through the subjects of Cultural Arts and Skills (SBK) on the standards of competence: expressing themselves through musical artwork and basic competence: identifying musical artwork.  Keywords: musical works creation process, musical works analysis, implementation, Koper ensemble, SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak

Abstract

AbstractThe background of this study is class XI MIA 2 students of SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak which had no experience in dancing, lack of confidence in delivering the idea of movement, and the students? power of imagination was low to find dance movements. In class XI MIA 2, there were only 2 of 40 students who participated in the studio. Besides that, art and culture teacher still used the conventional technique, namely lecture technique which ensued one-way teaching and learning process. In this case, the students? position is absolutely passive that made them became the party receiver. Whereas in learning dance art demands the students to be active, creative, and innovative. This research is an action research by using descriptive research technique and qualitative approach. After the teaching and learning process was implemented from cycle 1 to cycle 2, the stage of the students? dance creativity increased from 1,82 to 3,77 and the result of students? dance movements also increased from 2,26 to 3,99. The conclusion of this research is the students? creativity in dance movement material can be improved by using Group Investigation learning model. Keywords:  Group Investigation Learning Model, Students? Abstract

AbstractThe Background of this research is about Hadrah Art Learning Process that held in Al-Amin Community. The problem in this research is about How to make a learning method, and hadrah learning process in Al-Amin community in Kelurahan Pal 5, Pontianak City. The method in this research is descriptive method. Forms of this study is qualitative. The approach in this study is a musicological approach. The data in this study were interviews, observation, documentation and results of diaries about the process of learning the arts hadrah. The data used in the study were the resource persons who understand and knew the way to learning the art of hadrah. Data collection techniques in this research is observation, interview, and documentation. Data collection tool in this study were researchers as the main instrument. Checking the validity of the data in this study is an extension of the observation and triangulation of sources. Abstract

AbstractJepin tali Bintang is one of many West Borneo (Kalimantan Barat) melayu’s traditional dances, especialy in Kalimas Village, Sungai Kakap, Kubu Raya District. Formulation og the problem in this research is “How is the motive of melody on the music background of Jepin Tali Bintang Dance?” , “how does the meaning of the lyrics of the music background of Jepin Tali Bintang Dance?” and “How does the design of the implementation of the study musicologi in the music background of Jepin Tali Bintang Kubu Raya in Highschool level?” This research was qualitative with musicology approach. The method that used in this study is analysis descriptive. In addition there is melodic motive system, the background music of jepin tali bintang dance also have a meaning there is the lyrics of background music of jepin tali bintang dance which contains an advice message and is intended as entertaiment. Besides it, the lyrics of the background music of jepin tali bintang dance give a message that is about the greatness of Allah SWT and invite muslims to know about the history and family tree or Prophet Muhammad SAW descendant.  Keywords : Background Music of Jepin Tali Bintang Kalimas Village, Melody and Lyrics Motive

Abstract

Abstrak: Berdasarkan observasi awal, ditemukan rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam mengimitasi gerak tari, hal ini dapat dilihat pada saat peneliti melakukan observasi awal dengan memberikan tes praktik tari pada saat pelaksanaan pengenalan lingkungan sekolah (MOS).  Hal ini terlihat pada saat siswa di tes,dari 34 siswa hanya 7 orang siswa yang mampu mengimitasi gerak tari. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan Kemampuan siswa dalam mengimitasi gerak tari dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Langsung (Direct Instruction) pada siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 5 Paloh. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) berbentuk kualitatif yangbersifat Deskriptif analisis serta pendekatan kualitatif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Langsung (Direct Instruction) pada pembelajaran seni tari Japin Lembut tebas dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mengimitasi gerak tari.   Kata kunci: Imitasi Gerak, Model Pembelajaran Langsung, Tari Japin Lembut Tebas   Abstract: Based on the ferst observation, the resercher found the low competence of students in imitation dance movement, it could be seen from the practical test given by the researcher in the feist observation while they were having student’s orientation period. Only 7 students of 34 students who can imitate the dance movement. The problem of this research is the increasing of student’scompetence in imitating dance movement through direct instruction model on the student of class VII B SMP Negeri 5 Paloh. The conclusion of this researchis the using of direct instruction model in the art learning of Tebas Jepin Lembut dance can increase the student’s learning result in imitating dance movement.   Keyword: Jigsaw Cooperative Learning, Learning Interest, Jepin Lembut Dance

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan model pembelajaran peer teaching terhadap daya serap siswa melalui pembuktian analisisnya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode eksperimen dan menggunakan desain penelitian “one group pre-test post-test design”. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling menghasilkan satu kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen yang terpilih yaitu kelas VII E. Populasi penelitian merupakan keseluruhan kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Pinyuh Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh antara sebelum dengan sesudah penggunaan model pembelajaran peer teeaching terhadap daya serap siswa pada pembelajaran ansambel musik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Pinyuh. Pengaruh tersebut ditandai dengan adanya peningkatan melebihi 100% pada rata-rata kelas siswa ketika dibandingkan antara nilai pre-test dan nilai post-test serta pada uji hipotesis akhir t hitung yang dihasilkan adalah 2,8627 dan diketahui t tabel untuk 35 sampel dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 atau  α =5% adalah 2,032. Sehingga t hitung > t tabel yang berarti membuktikan Ha.   Kata kunci : Peer Teaching, Daya Serap Siswa dan Ansambel Musik. Abstract: This research aims to know the influence between before and after applying the learning model of peer teaching of absorbance students through its analysis of proof. This research was carried out with the method of experimentation and research design using one group pre-test post-test design. Research samples taken with the simple random sampling techniques produce a class as a chosen experimental classes, namely class VII E. The population of this research constitute a whole class vii in junior high schools 1 sungai pinyuh academic year 2015 / 2016. Based on the research done obtained conclusion is the between before with after the use of model of peer teeaching to absorption capacity students on learning ensemble music class VII Junior High School Sungai Pinyuh. The influence marked with an increase in above 100% to the average class students when compared between grades pre-test and value post-test and also on the hypothesis the end of t count produced is 2,8627 and was detected t table to 35 sample with the economic situation of significant 0.05 or = 5 % are 2,032 .So that t count > t table which means prove Ha.   Keywords: peer teaching , students absorptiveness and music ensemble .

Abstract

AbstractThis research is drived by the lacking of students character education value understanding on SMP Negeri 1 Segedong. This is proved as well by the achievement percentage of students attitude in attending the class which rated very low (SK) that is 19,44% or 7 out of 36 students. The purpose of this research was to increase the students character values. This research used a descriptive approach by the application of Classroom Action Research which is held in pre cycle and 3 cycle application of action. The sample chosen is a purposive sampling on the B class of 8th grade which has the character value understanding problem. The technique applied in data collecting is a direct observation and scoring technique, and the technique applied in data analysis is a descriptive qualitative analysis and descriptive qualitative analysis. According to the analysis result about the increasing of students character educational value by applying the study of pantun berdendang as a media is concluded that has increasing progress in the students understanding of achievement which could reach 100%. This result concludes that the applied study of pantun berdendang as a media of study in this research could increase the students character value understanding. Keywords: study of pantun berdendang, character education

Abstract

AbstractThe writing of the instrument of tar manu facturing process, especially the problem on this research  that is the structur of the instrument of tar, and how the manufacturung process of the instrument of tar. The method in this research is a descriptive method with qualitative form of research is Tajudin Bin Abdul, Rusmandel, and Anwar Dja’far. Data validty cheking in this resach is observation exixtension and triangulition technique. This research’s results to describing the instrument of tar structur, manufacturing proses, and how to play the instrumen of tar in the Malay Society in Desa Punggur, Kecamatan Sungai Kakap, Kabupaten Kubu Raya, by Tajudin Bin Abdul Hamid.
