Abstract

Sex has become the most basic instinct of every creature in this mother Earth. Sex is essential to survive a life as in preserving the species' generation. However, the lack of sex education leads into a free sex lifestyle. This jeopardize lifestyle has increased these years with its sexually transmitted disease as one of the following risks. Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) which are infecting men and can be contagious to other people includes Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Herpes, HIV/AIDS, and Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). Thus, symptoms can be an indicator to discover what disease which infect the human's body. However, some sexually transmitted diseases have similar symptoms that might lead in a wrong first aid for the patients themselves and ironically result in the severity of that disease. Besides, a wrong first aid will cause the disease to be more contagious especially to that patient's intimate partner as well. Therefore, Naive Bayes-Certainty Factor is needed to reduce the misdiagnosed. This study used Naive Bayes-Certainty Factor method in diagnosing the STD in men. The analysis was done by comparing the results of the system diagnosis with the expert diagnosis. From 35 data testing, the result showed that there was 85% of the accuracy in diagnosing Men Sexually Transmitted Disease by using expert diagnosing system with Naive Bayes-Certainty Factor method.

Abstract

Operational Area VIII Surabaya or abbreviated as DAOP XX or DAOP XX is one of the Indonesian railways operating areas, under the environment of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) under the Board of Directors of PT Kereta Api Indonesia.DAOP XX has a unit engaged in information technology namely the information system unit. The well-developed technology in DAOP XX makes almost all of its business processes computerized and standardized by ISO, but in practice there are still some obstacles in infrastructure management, risk prevention and control. Therefore, It was necessary to a pssess risk management capabilities using the COBIT 5 framework. In the assessment 3 subdomain were selected. These were EDM03 (Ensure Risk Optimisation), APO12 (Manage Risk) and DSS02 (Manage Service Request and Incident). Capability assesment was done through 3 types of data retrieval ie, questionnaires, interviews and observation. From the results of the assessment, it was concluded that the capability value of each subdomain was 2 with the gap value of 1. The recommendation was given to the three subdomains in order to reach the target level. There were 6 recommendations for the EDM03 subdomain.There were further 6 recommendations for the APO12 subdomain and 3 recommendations for the DSS02 subdomain.

Abstract

Chili pepper (Capsium annum l.) is a commodity many vegetables that get attention because it has a fairly high economic value needs increasing the longer the chili annually in line with the development of an industry that requires Chili, raw material of this plant to be one of the types of plants that are desperately needed by everyone in Indonesia because the majority of the population of Indonesia likes spicy food. In the last few years there have been many farmers began to plant the cabaisebagai one of the alternatives in the farm. Almost every citizen of Indonesia need a chili pepper used to add spicy flavors in the dish. Cabaibesar is a one of a kind hybrid chili pepper which is very sought after by farmers to cultivated because it has a high economic value. Drew poduktif and have a broad market. This system design method using Forward Chaining and Dempster-Shafer to provide suggestions or considerations to farmers to determine superior varieties of chili peppers. The result of this method of the form perangkingan. Method of Forward Chaining inference engine functions as based on the facts that exist after it was calculated with the method of Dempster-Shafer. In this study performed a test by measuring the level of accuracy that produce value the accuracy of 90%. So that the system that is created by using the method of Forward Chaining and Dempster-Shafer can be applied to diagnose diseases in crops of chili.

Abstract

Nowadays, motorcycle is no longer a luxury item for most people. Almost the whole community at least had motorcycle. Motorcycle became one of the main means of transportation which more dynamic and faster compared to other means of transport, and this is provable by the large number of motorcyclists compared to another user of transportation means on the road. Not surprising that motorcycle is the largest cause for accident in traffic. One of the causes of the accident on a motorcycle is from motorcycle engines. But as most motorcyclist are still much less savvy about the damage to their motorcycle engines because there are various kind of failure. A method of classification can be implemented into the software to know which part of motorcycle engines that get damaged or failure. One example is the Naive Bayes. Naive Bayes Classifier is a simple probability classification based on Bayes theorem which has Bayes inference in general, especially with a strong independence of assumptions. The theory of certainty using a value called the Certainty Factor (CF) to assume a degree of confidence to a data. The variable used in this study is a list of symptoms and damage to motorcycle engines. Highest accuracy resulting in this research is 90%.

Abstract

Goatshare one source of animal protein that is in demand by Indonesian people after cattle and chickens. However, disease in goats is an important thing that must be considered, because it can cause harm to farmers and can even cause livestock deaths. The problem of recognizing the symptoms of goat disease can be solved by using the system. So a system was made to identify diseases in goats, so that farmers could find out the types of diseases that attacked and handled them appropriately. The method used is fuzzy tsukamoto. Fuzzy Tsukamoto method is one method that can be used to process the value of symptom input to identify disease. The initial step of this method includes the value of the symptom of the disease. Then do fuzzification calculations, inference calculations and defuzzification calculations. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out in this study, the accuracy of the 50 test data is 94%.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Lamongan is regional equipment organization (OPD) which is have scope in communication and informatics with responsibility for providing services to the community for transparent and accountable governance. Along with the use of information technology that is increasing by government institutions, Good IT Governance is required in accordance with Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia Nomor 41 Tahun 2007. Based on the results of interviews, the implementation is still not optimal with standard operational procedure (SOP) that are not yet available. Beside that, the maintenance of system/application is doesn't planned. Therefore, the purpose of research to knowing maturity level of IT Governance in the institution using COBIT 4.1. The domains used are Plan and Organise (PO) and Acquire and Implement (AI). Based on the results of research obtained an average value maturity level of each domain. PO domain have value 1,52 and AI domain have value 1,42. To increase the value, so given recommendation can be applied institution. Some recommendations are make document of strategic IT Plan, set procedure, tools and technique about development of information system architecture standardized.

Abstract

Department of Communication and Information of Bukittinggi is one of the government institutions that have the authority to handle the government affairs on the field of communication and information. It facing some problems on governing and implementing their own assets. Hence, the IT governance evaluation was required using the COBIT 4.1 frameworks to all of the processes on Acquire and Implement (AI) domain. The purpose of this research was aimed to get know how is the existing condition of IT governance on Department of Communication and Information of Bukittinggi by assessing the maturity level and giving the recommendation in the form of the draft of the documents. The data was collected by doing several methods such as questionnaires, interviews, and observation. Respondents are defined by analyzing the RACI Chart. The result for the maturity level has an average of 1.57 and the gap analysis was 1.00. The target level was defined to be one level ahead of the existing conditions. To achieve that targets, the recommendation that given was by making Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) on all of the processes on Acquire and Implement (AI) domain and completing the documentation by doing it with a formal and standardized format. It will be later implemented on Department of Communication and Information of Buktttinggi so, the IT governance can be good and controlled.

Abstract

Department of Communication and Information Tulungagung (Diskominfo) is an institution that has the main function of formulating policies, evaluating and reporting in the field of communication and information service. But, in its implementation is still not optimal and there are constraints on the delivery and support of IT services such as the lack of references and of procedures in several processes that causes the process is not running optimally, the existing human resources are still inadequate in terms of skills and numbers. Diskominfo Tulungagung has never evaluated IT governance before. Therefore, an evaluation of information technology governance is needed using the COBIT 4.1 platform of Deliver and Support (DS) domains. The purpose of this study is to obtain the maturity level that obtained from the results of questionnaires and interviews with correspondents based on RACI Chart. The gap value is calculated between the current maturity level and what is expected by diskominfo. Based on previous calculations, recommendations is produced. From the results of the maturity level calculation, the average result of the DS domain is 1.50 and the gap value is 1.00 until 3.00. To achieve the expected maturity level, researchers provide recommendations in the form of suggestions that are doing good planning, formally documenting and making a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document for each DS domain process. These are recommendations are expected to be implemented by field of E-Government Organization to achieve goals in better management of IT services.

Abstract

Banten Regional Police is a public service provided by the government to secure and enforce the law in force in Indonesia, especially in urban areas. Operational activities at the Banten Regional Police have been supported by information technology, but the application of information technology in Banten Regional Police has not had a policy regarding information security and risk management. The purpose of this study is to provide a risk mitigation plan that is appropriate for the Banten Regional Police. Provisions on risk mitigation plans can be obtained by identifying and assessing the risks in the Banten Regional Police based on the OCTAVE method. Risk mitigation recommendations are provided in accordance with ISO 27001 standards and prioritized based on the costs and benefits of each recommendation action. The final results of this study, there are 28 risks that may occur in Banten Regional Police with the highest RPN value 240 to the lowest RPN value 18. Risk mitigation recommendations can be made with 11 controls contained in ISO27001.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has an important meaning in building the quality of library services. The website is an information media and electronic-based promotion that is expected as an effort to provide services at the Bung Karno Proclamator Library UPT. The presence of this study is to measure the quality of website services using the webqual 4.0 instrument based on 3 dimensions (usability, information quality, and service interaction quality), then analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Furthermore, in the end it can be known that services must be repaired, and services that are in accordance with the needs of its users. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire which set 100 respondents. The results of the quality analysis of the Bung Karno UPT Library Library Website have a degree of conformity of 76%, which means that the quality of services provided is not satisfactory. While the gap value (GAP) is -0.81, which means that the quality of website performance still does not meet user expectations. Then the results of the IPA Quadrant analysis are recommended to need improvements that are focused on the first quadrant and third quadrant, then based on the 3 dimensions that exist in Webqual 4.0, among others, from usability dimensions related to the improvement of information content and Website appearance. Secondly, the dimensions of information quality need to be corrected for the accuracy of information, and detailed information. Third, from the dimension of interaction, improvements need to be made to the personalization space, ease of interaction with the Institute, and promised services.
