Abstract

Emergency situation for every human individual Usually a normal condition that has a tendency or potential that is good for humans, property and the environment. At a time when humans experience an emergency, it is very necessary rapid handling to cover the incident. There is no system as a notification between the victim with others, when the victim experiences an emergency. With this tool, the closest family will know the condition of the user in the event of an emergency. Users only have to press the button as a trigger and then pass the sound sensor or send an emergency signal for the system to send notification to the mobile web app, which then the mobile web app as monitioring user by the closest family, and the family will know the last position of the victim through the GPS module when the user . In this research, Fuzzy sugeno method is used to determine a system under the condition that is user condition (normal or emergency). The system prototype is built using several modules and sensors, ie GPS module, ESP8266 Module, Push Button, Sound Sensor, Gyroscope Accelerometer MPU6050 Sensor, and Arduino Mega as microcontroller. Based on the test results of the system can be seen that the calculation of logic Fuzzy manually the same with the output of Fuzzy logic on the system. the level of accuracy on this system of 100% on the accuracy of the data sensor, Fuzzy logic and systems can send a notification upon user experiencing emergencies.

Abstract

Mobile Application's Review is a source for application developer to develop their apps into the way user's want to. There's multiple type of Mobile Application's Review itself, from positive review to negative review, from giving information to just stating problems. Time and effort is needed to classify these review manually. Hence, there's a need for some method to classify these review automatically, especially to unique categories that hopefully can help developer to improve their applications, more than just negative and positive review, one of them being Panichella's Categories which categorize review into 4 categories. Beside those categories, this research will talk about one classification method that really popular, which is Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency and K-Nearest Neighbor. Combination of these two method are usually used to categorize texts. This research will try to apply a method called Maximum Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency, normalization technique that works by dividing a Term's Frequency by it's Document's highest number of Term, which hopefully will help increase K-Nearest Neighbor's accuracy.

Abstract

The road infrastructure is an important element in driving economic growth and public development. Along with the increasing number of vehicle users, the need of an adequate road infrastructure is very substantial. Damaged road infrastructure can significantly hampered daily activities. On the other hand, mobile devices are also experiencing a rapid growth from year to year. Among the various mobile device platforms, Android has the largest user base in Indonesia. One implementation of the GPS and camera sensor on Android devices is geotagging technology which can embed geographical information on a digital media. Based on the aforementioned cases, the authors designed and built an application named ‘Markgo' to report damaged road. By fulfilling 8 functional requirements, the application passed validity test. Also, from the usability testing which includes 4 criteria, usefulness, ease of use, easiness to learn, and satisfaction, we obtained the average index value of 88.24%. From both test results can be concluded that ‘Markgo' functionality is in accordance with the design, can be accepted and facilitate the society to report damaged road infrastructure.

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country that citizens rely heavily by the presence of a motor vehicle. Recently many cases which killed unexpectedly in a car with parked car burning conditions, however. The use of vehicles (cars) and according to news of the gas poisoning caused by carbon monoxide (CO). The existence of this monitoring tool is expected to reduce the risk of death is often the case. To be able to differentiate the car are road conditions and stopped at the gyro sensor use in put on the handbrake of automobiles. To find out the pollutants on the vehicle using Sensor MQ-07. In making the monitoring system will be made some state such as sleep or wake state and should be able to switch state with input from users so that applied the state machine for the low power mechanism in carbon monoxide monitoring system. Due to this system will work in quite a long period of time, then the unambiguous method of low power to reduce the burden of resource use power bank. Performance low power is required so that the system can last longer because of the relatively low power used when the system is not in use. Features of low power itself one is Sleep mode power down deadly ATmega328P some functionality. Current testing being performed generates, that the current used on the system running normally is 181.02 mA whereas when the system is in a State of Sleep only has a current of 138.2 mA. So the system is successfully reducing the current use of 42 mA.

Abstract

Sample Registration The 2014 survey said that diabetes was the third killer disease in Indonesia. Where according to Prof. Sid reporter, the risk of diabetes increases 30 percent every year it is recommended that we check blood sugar once a year. But the cost of paying a food consultant for diabetics has become one of our difficulties in managing our own diet. The price of the services of food consultants has reached more than one million meetings. By these factors also the interviews that I have done with graduates - new graduates of nutrition experts about their shortcomings will patients the authors are motivated to make a prototype based mobile application by utilizing Harris Benedict method that can help nutritionists and patients. This application prototype was built using Android. In the process of determining calories, this application utilizes the Harris Benedict method to determine calorie requirements for diabetics. Later, an application will be produced that can help diabetics to find food menu consultants also help nutritionists to get patients

Abstract

Giving alms is one of the activities that is highly recommended in Islam. Giving alms could be done by giving money, goods, and food. One of the obstacles almsgiving is there's no adequate information about the detail of event will be held, such as time and place of the event. Therefore, these problem can be solved by an alms information management aplication. This application requires a maps viewer to show information about the location of the event, nearby location searching, and other components reuse. This application is using a software engineering method based on components reuse with component retrieval in its development. Method of components reuse consists of requirements analysis, components analysis, requirements modification, design with reuse, construction, and testing. This application is using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling language and Java programming language with Android SDK (Software Development Kit) in implementation. This application has been tested through the unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing. Unit testing and integration testing are using white-box approach then validation testing is using black-box approach.

Abstract

Deaf children belong to a group of children who experience language and communication problems because of their inability to get a voice. Despite their shortcomings they still have the potential to learn to speak and speak. In developing language skills and speaking deaf children need special services in the form of systematic language teaching to minimize the impact caused by the phlegm they experience. In this study developing language teaching and training services using Android-based mobile devices technology by utilizing Google Speech to process sound. Language training applications for Deaf provide a feature to facilitate deaf people in practicing language skills. In the application there are pictures and learning videos that discuss pronunciation pronunciation techniques and techniques to support training and learning. Based on the validation testing that has been done, the results obtained with a percentage of 100%, which means the system has met functional requirements. As for the usability level, the results of the average test are 70.5, with the user acceptance rate stated in the Acceptable, grade C category with a Good rating.

Abstract

Mostly Indonesian river has bad quality of water because of contamination, bad placement and there is a little habitat of the animal near it. Then those problems are the same with one of the rivers in Japan called Iwamoto. However those problems already solved because of the role of technology called “Clear Water Project” Application. The application can be used to give information to user about the river's condition from the geotagging process and help to grow awareness about the bad condition of the river. So that the user will do the preservation of the river. Indonesia has the same problem so it can use the same solution to solve the problem by developing application called “Geotagging Pemetaan Sungai”. The development of application will be customized with the condition in Indonesia. Information about the river's condition to be accurate, it will use Global Positioning System and Camera sensor. Gamification feature makes user always want to use the application, it needs to approach using the gamification concept. The result of usability testing is the application is passed the test of usability within the aspect of usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning and satisfaction that reach 85,906%, so can be concluded that the application called “Geotagging Pemetaan Sungai” is relatively easier to use by the user for giving information about the river's condition by using gamification's approach.

Abstract

English is one of the most spoken languages in the world. English speakers in Indonesia are below the average in the Asian region. This is due to a lack of interest, lack of basic knowledge, a less supportive environment, often forgetting the concepts learned, and no opportunity to learn. In addition, Indonesian people in general have difficulty in speaking English words or sentences. A new learning media is needed to make it easier to learn English pronunciation. This research develops an Android application that is able to assess and learn English pronunciation. This application implements Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) for assessment features and implements Text To Speech for learning features. The rating and learning of English pronunciation in applications are limited to 10 words, namely gigantic, architecture, enormous, notorious, tiny, fabulous, enough, voracity, prosperity, and failure. Pronouncement assessment results are shown using the terms Perfect, Good, Not Bad, Bad, and Horrible. Perfect shows the highest value and Bad shows the lowest value. Pronunciation learning is implemented by voicing examples of pronunciation for 10 words assessed on the application. Accuracy and usability testing was conducted on 21 students of class XI (eleven) majoring in language. The accuracy testing results 82.38% of the assessment in accordance with the assessment of the English teacher. Usability testing results show 89.73% of users are satisfied with the application interface and appearance.

Abstract

In the reality of election in Indonesia, they still have many problems in terms of voting and counting especially in a new city such as the City of South Tangerang. This deficiency is also related to the implementation of elections that are still conventional in the era of technological development. One form of technological development is seen in smartphone use. In Indonesia, 80% of smartphone users use the Android operating system. Against this background, the application of the 2019 South Tangerang City Legislative Election was made using the prototyping method. This application is the result of brainstorming with stakeholders to get features that are in accordance with the needs described by stakeholders, the Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika of South Tangerang City and Komisi Pemilihan Umum of South Tangerang City, then the results of the brainstorming are modeled into prototypes and tested regularly to the user to find out if there are still deficiencies found in the application design. The purpose of this application is to get information on how to make the appropriate application for the Election and the citizens of South Tangerang City and test its usability level as one of the aspects of the Election application that was appointed in this study. Before being used by users of this application through the blackbox test to find out whether all the features in the application are functioning properly. While usability itself is assessed through the SUPR-Qm questionnaire to show that the application can be well received by users in various ages. The results of using prototype modeling after blackbox and usability testing are eight features of the application that works properly and the usability level is in category C, when it converted the result of usability level means good and the application can be accepted by citizen of South Tangerang City.
