Abstract

Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Regional General Hospital (RSUD) is one of the public health services that is very much requested by the community regarding the quality of services available at the institution. So far the Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Regional Hospital has taken data from the Community Satisfaction Survey by distributing questionnaires in an effort to obtain community assessments regarding the quality of existing services. However, the use of questionnaire questionnaires was felt to be less effective and efficient in terms of data preparation and processing. RSUD to initiate an Android-Based Mobile Device Application for the Community Satisfaction Survey. This application was designed using the Mobile-D method and implemented with the Java programming language, using a local server with MySQL database and using the IDE android studio. In the system test this application uses validation, compatibility, and usability testing methods. Based on the design results in this study sixteen functional requirements and three non-functional requirements were obtained. Based on the results of the validation test it can be concluded that the functional and non-functional requirements of the community satisfaction survey application are valid, based on the results of usability testing, the SUS (System Usability Scale) score is 70.9375 which means the application is easy to use, and on the test results full compatibility status that means the application can be run on several mobile devices with different API types and levels.

Abstract

The existence of e-commerce mobile applications, makes it easier for online buying and selling transactions. About 95% of buyers review a product or service via cellphone. Shopee leads as the number one popular application on the Google AppStore in the free and shopping category, followed by Tokopedia in second place and Bukalapak in the 4th rank. This research is intended to find out whether application users choose applications based on usability or other factors. People At The Center of Mobile Application Development (PACMAD) usability model identified 7 attributes that reflect the usefulness of applications: effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, learnability, memorability, errors and cognitive load. The PACMAD method is considered suitable for solving problems with sentiments of review of mobile application users. The achievement of usability values ​​obtained by Tokopedia, Bukalapak and Shopee experienced a flat increase in the efficiency aspect. Only Bukalapak's aspects of effectiveness have increased, while Tokopedia and Shopee have decreased. Learnability aspects produce values ​​that are in line with aspects of effectiveness. The value of the memorability aspect is obtained in line with the combination of the comparison of effectiveness and efficiency values. Shopee got result of SUS Score at 73.75, while the Tokopedia performance score is 65.83 and Bukalapak is 67.92. Shopee got NASA-RTLX score at 8.2 followed by Tokopedia at 6.69 and Bukalapak with at 5.35 for the assessment of cognitive load aspects which indicate the severity of the demand for application use.

Abstract

Mobile Legends: Bang! is a mobile game with the online Multiplayer Battle Arena genre. This game has been downloaded 35 million times and there are 8 million daily active users in Indonesia in December 2017. In July 2018 this game has been downloaded 100 million times and has 43 million active users in Southeast Asia, 50 percent of which come from Indonesia. To find out the reason behind the number of active players in the game Mobile Legends: Bang !, data collection is needed in order to be able to do analysis on players that are divided into 2 groups. The first group, those who play Mobile Legends: Bang! and have never played another MOBA game. The second group, namely people who play Mobile Legends: Bang! and have played other MOBA games. The process of collecting data uses a mixed method consisting of 2 techniques, namely quantitative questionnaires and qualitative interviews based on game design factors. After collecting data, the analysis will be carried out to find out the significant difference in the average value of the questionnaire between the groups and find out the relationship between the value of the questionnaire and the results of interviews so that conclusions can be obtained. The results of the questionnaire analysis between the two groups produced 32 items that did not have a significant difference and 3 items that had significant differences. While the results of interviews from respondents prove that game-design factors have a relationship with the number of active players in the game Mobile Legends: Bang!

Abstract

Inappropriate daily intake of protein can cause various diseases. Information about protein content of a food is very useful because with that information, people can know and regulate the level of proteins that they consume. Therefore, chicken eggs as a cheap and easy source of animal protein are important foods to know about their protein value. Research on eggs that have been widely made makes information about egg protein content can be known from the weight of the egg itself. Egg weight can also be found based on its volume. Egg volume can be calculated from the surface area of the egg using disk method. The surface area, and volume of egg can be known by computing the image of the egg. The Image computation to find egg volume can be done by using Raspberry Pi which is assisted with an Android device as an image taker, and also as a system interface. This research embodies a system that is capable of processing egg images to calculate the value of volume, weight, and protein content of the eggs. The system is tested for its accuracy based on its measurement results of the volume and the weight of the eggs, compared to the measurement results of ordinary measuring instruments. The final results of the test show that the system has an accuracy value of 95.76% for measurement of egg weight and 93.94% for measurement of egg volume.

Abstract

Sports is one of the most important activites in human life. Sports can help maintain our health and fitness so that we can always be ready to do our everyday things. Unfortunately, in this modern era many people fail to keep their sports routines with various reasons. One of the reasons is the lack of friend to do sports with which lowers our motivation to do sport. By using smartphone technology, this research offers a solution with an application named “Sportyway” which is a location-based friend finder application for spors activities. Besides increasing sport participation level in Indonesia's citizen, this application can help find new friends and help people to do sports regularly. In the development, this research uses Scrum method as its software development lifecycle. There are four processes in this research which is requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system testing. Requirements analysis produces ten functional requirements and two non-functional requirements. Obtained requirements then used as a guide to design the class diagram, activity diagram, database design, and algorithm design. From the design, program code implemented in Typescript programming language and using React Native framework. After implemented, system testing is the conducted using validation testing to make suree all features work well and usability testing to measure user satisfaction and ease in using developed application.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest memorizer of the Quran in the world with a total of 30 thousand people in 2010 and increasing every year. As the number of memorizers, the more memorization methods. One method of memorization that is often used is the method of repetition or tikrar method. Also with the growth of information technology today, many people tend to want things to be done easily and quickly, including in reading and memorizing the Al-Quran. Intending to help people memorize the Quran easily, then the author develop the Al-Quran tikrar mobile application. This application uses Tikrar memorization method which has 3 markers namely muraja`ah, tikrar and tilawah which are considered effective if used for memorization. Elisitation of needs in this system is based on the Al-Quran Tikrar from publisher Syaamil Quran. For Implementation, researchers using the Java programming language to develop the system. Then based on validation testing, this application gets a percentage of 100% which means the system has fulfilled functional requirements. While in the results of the usability test using the System Usability Scale (SUS), the average result was 58 which means its acceptable with an OK rating.

Abstract

Alquran is Muslims holy book which have to be read by paying attention to its letters pronunciation. Because even a little mistake in pronunciation resulting in damage to the meaning of Alquran itself. The process of learning to read the Koran requires a guide to correct mistakes that might occur. However, due the limited of time, then there is also limited opportunity for someone to practice reading Koran with a guide. One solution that the author offers is through the media based on Android application to detect errors in reading the verses of Koran. In the development of the application, the Waterfall method was used which began with interviews with a mosque imam and 2 students. Then the application is designed with the Object Oriented Design method and implemented with the Object Oriented Programming method. The result of its implementation is that the application utilizes Speech Recognizer to translate user readings into Arabic text. While Levenstein Distance algoritm and Diff Match Patch Library handle the error detections in user's pronunciation. At the accuracy testing stage it was found that this application successfully completed 3 of the 4 test cases performed. While at the usability testing stage with the System Usability Scale method this application gets a score of 76 with a level of satisfaction B + or above average. The application must be further developed because the level of accuracy obtained is still too low.

Abstract

PDAM Tirta Tuah Benua East Kutai as regional owned enterprises that manages clean water in North Sangatta seeks to maximizing service and handling customer complaints quickly and precisely to realize the PDAM's mission. Based on interviews with PDAM, it can be concluded that the existing manually reporting procedure is considered ineffective because there are still various problem such as a lack of information about the part that handles customer. In addition, customers are also required to come directly to submit the payment invoices for bill complaints that are not according to usage. Another problem is about the location of the customers that given manually wich will make PDAM's employee feels difficult to find the address if the location is in a remote area. To handle the problems above, the solution that the author offers is to develop a mobile customer complaint reporting application where customers can report their complaints through a mobile application and employees can give a feedback through the admin's website. The author used waterfall model to developing the software. In this research using the geotagging feature to add location to the images sent by the customers. Then do the unit, validation, and compatibility testing. Based on the validation testing, it shows that all functions are valid, which means they are in accordance with the the defined requirements. And the result of compatibility testing show that mobile applications can be used on 4 different Android OS versions.

Abstract

Citrus plants are one of the important plants that get a special consideration by the Indonesian government. Based on research conducted by the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture, citrus plants have rapid experienced development every year both in terms of the area of agricultural, the amount of production, and the increasing number of market demands. Even though the production of citrus plants continues to increase, in reality the citrus farmers have many obstacles in the field, one of which is the knowledge of diseases that exist in citrus plants, thereby reducing the productivity of the citrus fruit itself. Vize AI is a web service that provides an API for image recognition that can be trained to recognize and classify any kinds of images including a custom image. The author takes advantage of the opportunity to develop mobile-based applications with Android OS that can identify diseases from image of citrus leaves into 3 diseases, namely Downy Mildew, Cendawan Jelaga, and Citrus Vein Phloem Degeneration (CVPD) by using Vize AI. Applications that have been made by the author have some features that meet the user's need and implemented in Java programming language. After accuracy test is done, the results of the accuracy of this application in detecting citrus leaf's disease is highly accurate result with a percentage of 100% and accuracy of calculation of severity has an average accuracy of 65%. But these results still depend on the type of image quality itself.

Abstract

The mission of PT. KAI is conducting business activities based on 4 main pillars, namely safety, punctuality, service and comfortability. To reach these 4 pillars, the IT unit of PT. KAI operating area III Cirebon makes a procedure for handling distrubance. But this procedure is still done conventionally, so that it still has several problems such as frequent reports of disturbances that are not successfully delivered, lack of information about officers who are on duty, officers unable to report to the leader when they want to go to place of distrubance and there are no reports of device coming out of the warehouse. To deal with this problem a solution was formed in the form of a system that has the main features disturbance reporting, disturbance handling and warehouse management. Research begins with requirement engineering which analyzed to 48 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. The next step is to make a design and implementation. This system is developed using PHP, JavaScript, CSS and HTML using MVC design patterns (Model, View, Controller) based on web. This system is equipped with progressive web application technology. This system uses a MySQL database. After implementation is finished, testing of the system is carried out. This system has been successfully tested with unit testing, integration testing, validation testing and compatibility testing. The results of the system test is 100% valid for all tests, which means the system is compatible with analysis and design result.
