Abstract

In terms of software requirements analysis, business process modeling has proven to be reliable and effective so that it has been widely used in requirements engineering practices. In other cases, although business process modeling has proven to be reliable in requirements analysis, the reality of a requirements documents or a requirements sentences are presented in the form of natural language. That condition raises new problems for the conversion of business process model into a requirements sentence, it takes a lot of the stages of requirements engineering and the complexity are high, takes more time to understand about the business process model, and raises the problem of inconsistency between the model of the process of business with the requirements sentences from its conversion. As a solution to minimize the incidence of these occur, the research is developed case tool for generating requirements sentences text based on business process model using template filling approach method. This method is used to fill in the requirement sentences templates with information were obtained from business process model. The development of this case tool in this research was implemented using website technology. It accepted input in the form a business process model BPMN type. The output that is obtained is a list of the user requirements with its consistency can be validated based on business process model. Strategy of the unit, integration, validation testing was done to test the case tool which resulting a 100% valid for the test cases and then accuracy testing that prove user requirement consistent with the BPMN and can be used for requirement identification process.

Abstract

Nurses are one of the health workers who have the responsibility to provide professional health services to the community. On the other hand, many nurses are still paid with a small nominal range. In addition, the high number of nurse graduates is not proportional to the number of job openings for nurses. If viewed from the perspective of the community as a recipient of nursing services, there are people who need nurses' services to come to the desired home or location. Conventional home nurse bookings have several drawbacks, such as the uncertain price of ordering nurse services and the absence of a patient's medical record as a tool for nurses to apply nursing care. In this study a software application system was built that had a leasing business process between the business owner to the client and between the nurse and client. This application system is named Heloners. In this study an object-oriented web application development approach is used. The results of this study were 33 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. The results of the tests carried out yielded 100% valid for all test cases.

Abstract

SMA Brawijaya Smart School (SMA BSS) is a state senior high school led by Brawijaya University. Student admission is one of the main activities at SMA BSS. However, in practice there are problems that hampered SMA BSS's student admission activities. Recapitulation of the student applicant is done with checking student's data one by one and it takes a lot of time. Error input in the online form filled by applicants also makes recapitulation process longer because examiner have to fix data layout for the better recapitulation process. In addition, student data is stored in several different places, causing data inconsistencies. To overcome that problem, writer developed student admission management system with functional features such as sign up, applicant's account management, computer based test, and mutation management. This system will be developed using waterfall model and will be implemented in web technology. This research generates 57 functional requirements and a non-functional requirement that system needs, system implemented in .NET framework with Model-View-Controller template using C# programming language, SQL server 2017, and IIS as web server. Based on unit and integration testing, component-component in the system can properly work and returning value as expected. Validation test resulted 100% valid from all test case based on functional needs and their alternative. Compatibility test with cross browser testing using SortSite is concluded that system can run well without losing it's functionality as well as no critical problems so it fulfills compatibility aspect.

Abstract

The growth of the information technology sector in Indonesia is relatively fast and will continue to grow, it affects the way a company to meet the needs of human resources to complete a project. Freelancers is one solution for project owners who want employees to meet the needs of human resources. One important factor to determine the success of projects done by freelancers is to recruit the right people to work on the project, but there is a problem because clients need to compare the profiles of freelancers to one another. In the purpose to simplify the recruitment process, the authors took the initiative to create a system to bring together those who are in need of freelancers to work on a project with freelancers who have expertise with focus on finding workers in the field of software development. System are restricted to serve in the field of software development is because the need for freelancers in that field is the greatest one. Based on the results of the needs analysis sourced from the results of the elicitation of needs using the observation method of a similar system that already exists, obtained fifty functional system requirements, then the results of system design there are twenty-one system classes to be implemented. The results of the system testing that have been completed are implemented consisting of unit testing, integration testing, validation testing, and compatibility testing showing that the system can run as needed and is capable of running on various web browsers.

Abstract

There are some documents in official trip, namely official trip orders, official orders and reports on results and finances that are done manually, take a lot of time, writing errors and duplication of incoming data often occurs. In addition, there is the possibility of missing data. Then there is not enough evidence for employees did official travel. Therefore this study will discuss the data collection for each available file and monitoring of each employee. Employees submit official trips and reports during official trips which will then be stored in a database which can then be checked by the administration, treasurer and school principal. The system was developed using PHP 7.2 and JavaScript. The method used is the waterfall because it has a development flow to find out the needs of teachers, principals, administration and treasurers directly and fulfill the needs clearly. Data collection is done by interview. Unit testing, integrating and validating are a test wich will be conducted for functional needs. While compatibility is used for non-functional testing by using sortsite which the result can be accessed by several different web browser.

Abstract

Generasi Baru Indonesia(GenBI) Malang is a community of Bank Indonesia scholarship recipients which participate in holding social activities. Procurement of social activities in GenBI Malang implements an activity management process consists of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling(monitoring and evaluating). The process of planning until implementing produces activities documents kept by the activity committee consequently causing executive boards need more time and effort to collect and make a report that is used by community advisor to evaluate activities. Besides, there is no log recording of activity management details which makes monitoring process not being carried out comprehensively but only on the activity document. These problems can be resolved by developing a community activities management website. The website system allows data access wherever and whenever. The system has features to make activities, submit activities documents, and change activities information wherein details of activity management always recorded so that the system can be the center of activity management. The results of requirement engineering and system design produce 7 actors, 57 functional requirements, 1 non-functional requirement, and 22 database entities. The website based system is implemented using the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. The system that was built has been tested at the unit, integration, and validation stages. Compatibility testing also performed with results 100% system content and functionality works.

Abstract

Mineral and Resource Engineering Laboratory is one of the laboratory that is built for giving some services that are needed to students and lecturers. The services can be for researching, loaning tools in laboratory, tools inventory, and also complaint services for a good quality in laboratory. Considering of high demands of those services, laboratory needs information system management that must be well-organized and well-structured, so optimum services can be reached. Model which used for software development that is used in this study is Waterfall. There are 4 processes such as requirement engineering, design system, implementation and testing. The results in requirement engineering are 57 functional requirements and 1 non functional requirement in the form of use case diagram and use case scenario. The results of design systems are sequence diagram, class diagram, user interface and pseudocode for implement. In implementation, technologies that are used are CodeIgniter framework with Hierarchial Model View Controller architecture and supported with web programming language such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL. The results of unit testing is 100% valid for each case in the method, 100% valid for each case in integration module, 100% valid for 57 functional requirements and 100% valid for certain browsers such as Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Abstract

The East Java Provincial Fisheries Office works in the marine and fisheries sector. One of the fields owned, namely the Marine, Coastal and Supervision sector which is responsible for managing marine and coastal space permit recommendations. The licensing has a flow starting from the process of the applicant submitting an application, processing the data by the East Java Provincial Fisheries Office, conducting a field survey and then making a report as a reference in making recommendations. The process takes quite a long time, namely when the process of sending letters to service branches and during the location verification process so that the time required is 30 days or more, while the time limit given by the government is only 15 working days. In addition, the lack of knowledge about spatial data used in regional data collection causes workers to have difficulty in carrying out regional data collection. From these problems, a solution was found by making a marine and coastal space permit processing system equipped with the ability to process spatial data in easy-to-understand stages. The system is built using the waterfall Software Development Life Cycle method. This research begins with analysis and design by making a Use Case Diagram which states that there are 55 functional needs plus 1 non-functional requirement. There are several main features, namely adding a copy of the letter, data collection of areas and adding dispositions, then making Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams. System development is carried out using Laravel as a framework, PHP for programming languages, MySQL for databases and OpenLayers for GIS creation. After the system has been successfully built, unit testing with whitebox testing is carried out on 3 main system functions and produces valid value test cases, blackbox testing for validation testing carried out on 55 functional requirements, each test case is valid, and compatibility testing to test compatibility which results in a value that the system can run on a variety of web browsers as needed.

Abstract

The Office of Religious Affairs has a role in religious matters, especially marriage. In improving the function, KUA Dawarblandong use the "SIMKAH" website for marriage registration, but candidates must also come to KUA to register and complete the offline registration process to KUA. However, it can interfere with other KUA services such as referral and isbat registration which is still done with offline, because because of the large queue at the time of the wedding season comes and also the processing of schedules for the trial is irregular. From this problem, encourage researchers to develop a web-based marriage service management system with the PHP programming language and Codeigniter framework using the waterfall method and use the Whatsapp Gateway API to receive information. This method begins with requirements engineering, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. This research can produce in 44 functional requirements, 1 non-functional requirement, unit testing, integration and validation to get 100% valid test cases, and this system can be accessed in different web browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Android Browser and Safari Browser

Abstract

PRIMKOPAU "WIRA WASKITA" SATPOM or the POM AU cooperative Iswahjudi Air Force is a primary cooperative that has a waserda shop or unit. In sales activities, members can make payments in two ways, namely cash and debt. Every time there is a sales transaction, the seller will make records. In recording this, sellers often forget or enter incorrect notes because it is still done manually. In addition, the cooperative also provides credit for goods in collaboration with other stores. Each month, the shop department sends an invoice to the payer, which will be deducted from the member's salary. In searching and calculating these bills, it took the store department a long time to produce a list of these bills. With a system in the form of a website that can record sales, be able to calculate installments automatically, generate a list of bills, good stock management of goods, can help and prevent cooperatives from losing. In carrying out its development, it resulted in 17 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. System testing is carried out using white-box testing for unit testing, black-box testing for functional testing and compatibility testing to find out whether the system can run on various hardware and various software.
