Abstract

Functional requirements represent descriptions of services that the system must fulfill. In the requirement engineering process, the functional requirements obtained from many stakeholders have the potential to conflict, so that the selection process and prioritizing requirements of stakeholders are needed. Requirements prioritization can minimize conflicts between stakeholders because the priorities of each requirement can be accepted by all groups. Requirement prioritization can prevent occurrence of scope creeps, namely situation of widening requirements because clients continue to make additions. The Hierarchical Cumulative Voting (HCV) method is one of requirement prioritization method that is formed from a combination between Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Cumulative Voting (CV). HCV method has several advantages, including faster execution times, supporting hierarchical structures, and suitable for large-scale requirements. Through the application of HCV method, a web-based software requirements prioritization system was developed to facilitate analysts in exploring and prioritizing requirements. Requirements that have been arranged in the form of hierarchies according to the level, the voting process is carried out to get the final priority value. This system has been tested with white-box testing techniques for unit and integration testing, as well as black-box testing techniques for validation testing with valid results in each test case.

Abstract

The Student Activity Unit is one of the facilities provided by the Faculty of Computer Science, Brawijaya University for students to facilitate and store information related to various kinds of student activities internally and externally. From the start of the competition, official activities, organization and participation in both levels of Study Program, Faculty, Regional, National and International. System applications that already exist and are already running in one of the Filkom Applications Applications with a feature called SKM, which is in accordance with business processes and implementation in the field has not yet run with that caused by a shortage of Human Resources (HR) in Student Affairs, so the process in verification itself is still hampered. The Student Activity Unit also helps students in helping and storing information related to student activities. The information stored on the application itself also helps in the process of accreditation of the Faculty of Computer Science, Brawijaya University. But in the application in the field there are still problems because there is still a lot of information that has not been stored correctly. To overcome this problem, a Web Application using the Codeiginter framework is created specifically for the Student Activity Unit which is needed to help overcome student problems related to lack of human resources, involving students (Student Executive Board) as a verification unit and also providing tools to store information related to students as one of the needs needed for accreditation.

Abstract

Functional requirement is a functions that must be had in the system that is being develop. Software requirement must be able to overcome the problems that is being faced by stakeholders so that it can facilitate the work of a stakeholder. Determination of priority requirement is something that can determine which system is useful or even fails in its development. An analyst's mistake in ranking the importance of a requirement often results in failure in the development process due to problems of time and resources. Genetic algorithm is an artificial intelligence method developed to solve complex problems in various sciences, such as mathematics, physics, biology, and so on. The usage of genetic algorithm methods in the process of calculating the priority of this requirement is done by calculating the value of disagreement on a chromosome which is carried out continuously until the optimal priority requirements are obtained. The result of these methods is obtained a system that be able to calculate the priority requirements that are feasible to use as a reference in ranking system requirements priority.

Abstract

Assets are resources owned by a group as the effect of past events and the economic value of an asset is expected in the future. Economic value of an asset in the future is beneficial directly or indirectly to the interests of the group. Increase the number of assets requires asset management which has an effect on the use of assets, so that assets can be utilized optimally. The asset management cycle takes into account all risks from asset planning to asset elimination. Goal of asset management is to know the cheapest costs in a long period of time when determining the right policies in managing assets. To support good asset management, an asset management information system is needed. RSUD dr. Iskak is a B type hospital that located in Tulungagung. As a referral hospital, of course it has a lot of assets and have problems with asset management. The author took the initiative to develop an asset management information system to give solutions to the problems in RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung. A system developed based on a website with a prototype development model. Where in this study the final or final prototype was written. Post test is used to test the ease of operation of the system with the System Usability Scale approach with results of 71.5. These results represent systems that are developed into acceptable categories and in accordance with user expectations.

Abstract

Assets have an important role in operational activities at Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Tabanan. It means that a good assets management is needed so it will not inhibit the operational activities. Assets reporting activities are conducted once every semester. In the reporting activities, data discrepancy is often occurred because there is no centralized place to store all the assets information. Therefore, a centralized information system to record all assets is needed to make them easier to manage. The information system is developed using waterfall model and implemented as a webservice. At the requirements analysis phase, 56 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirements are obtained. The system design phase consists of 41 classes diagrams, with 9 classes are derived from the controller and 19 classes are derived from the model. The implementation phase uses Laravel 5.7 framework with the model-view-controller design pattern. Unit testing is carried out using 3 test samples with a base path testing method with 100% result. Validation testing is carried out with 100% result. Compatibility testing is also carried with 75% result that showed the system is running with critical issue on Firefox version 66 and Chrome version 74 and with major Issues on all platforms. While on IE version 11, Firefox version 66 and Safari version 12 the system runs with minor issues. Integration testing also conducted using integration incremental top-down with 100% result from 1 test sample.

Abstract

Software Requirements Specification (SRS) is a document that contains list of software requirements. The statement of software requirements is written in natural language, so it is possible contains ambiguous words. Those condition can cause misinterpretation by software developer. One result that can be caused is that the software produced not in accordance with what user required. This research proposes a method to detection ambiguity of software requirements statement in computationally using rule-based techniques and statistical-based technique. Rule-based techniques are used to justify whether a requirements sentence is ambiguous or unambiguous based on a repository of rules and recommendations that have been compiled. Statistics based techniques used to provide repairing recommendations for ambiguous software requirements statement. The output of this research is the case tool used to detect and provide recommendations for improvements of software requirements statement. The input from the case tool is SRS document. Based on the testing of system performance validation, utility tool can do the detection process and provide recommendations for software requirements statement in less than 120 seconds.

Abstract

MyVeego is product as system that offers location-based services to help bussiness to manage fleets and assets owned by the company with location visibility, status, diagnostics, and real-time in-depth analysis owned by PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology. Mining has a large area and makes a distance between 2 (two) areas that are focussed far apart and difficult to monitor and manage when conducting mining activities. However, MyVeego does not have a service or module that can monitor the visibility of the location, time, and status of mining vehicles in real-time. By integrating Geofencing technology, WebSocket, and built on the Model-View-Presenter architecture, it allows a system can know the movement of entering, exiting, and dwelling objects to a specified area by displaying location visibility in real-time. Requirements engineering is carried out as the initial phase of research to find out business processs and system requirements. The requirements engineering phase results in 19 (nineteen) functional requirements and 1 (one) non-functional requirements. These requirements are used as a basis in to conducting the design and implementation phases. System implementation is done by integrating GPS technology as the basis of a location-based system, Geofencing technology, and WebSocket technology on the Model-View-Presenter architecture with the Kotlin programming language on the Android platform. Furthermore, from the implementation phase, the testing phase is carried out the result of complexity number 5.3 for unit testing, complexity number < 10 for integration testing. The testing phase gives 100% validity results in all tests.

Abstract

Faculty of Computer Science Universitas Brawijaya organizes education in the form of seminars, field work, lecture activities, practical work, field work, and structured and independent academic activities. Practicum is an academic activity that can be carried out in a laboratory or in other places that have been determined. At present, the implementation of practicum in the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Brawijaya has a problem such as the absence of self-organized resources to access matters related to practicum activity, causing important information to be missed such as opening new recruitment lab assistants. Then, the late collection of selection needs because of less efficient communication led to the late opening of a lab assistant recruitment. So for a solution, a web-based Practicum Management System was developed which is expected to help coordinate the preparation and implementation of coordination. Web development using the CodeIgniter Framework with PHP technology. Approval in developing this web using object-oriented documentation is approved using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). While the development cycle is done by the Waterfall method. For the testing process using unit, integration, validation, and compatibility testing. The results of testing with black-box and white-box techniques show 100% valid results. While from compatibility testing there were no issues.

Abstract

Information management is the main thing that must be met by an agency, company, and certain institutions, especially if you have a lot of data and complex. Information systems have been widely used in various fields in Indonesia, including the field of psychological accommodation. The number of children with special needs who have received education is 18%, around 300,000 children. From these data there are still 82% of children with special needs who have not yet received educational services in Indonesia (KEMDIKBUD, 2017). In the registration process is still implemented by the patient's parents come to the clinic and fill in the patient's personal data on a sheet of paper that takes 1 day in the process of filling out the data. The data will be stored in a special archive for these patients. In the process of inspection by employees, it takes at least 2 days for inspection, and 1 day to check inspection data by experts. Therefore, the authors undertake research by proposing the development of a psychology clinic information management system which includes recommendations for patient diagnosis. The writer uses prototyping model because in Psycho Care Malang clinic all activities are still done manually and there is no system or application whatsoever. This research resulted in unit testing with three sample experiments, integration testing with one sample experiment, and validation testing by testing all functional requirements resulting in a value of 100% valid and in efficiency testing with four test scenarios resulting in an increased value of 67.8%.

Abstract

30 Derajat Street Food has been a culinary business which already has widely spread branches in Tulungagung. However this business still uses a manual book to take down every transaction such as sales recapitulation and every single expense. As the result, to take down the financial recapitulation will surely take a long time. Accordingly, Point of sale website based built up which is then directly integrated to every outlet branch. Development of this system uses Software Development Life Cycle Software with Waterfall model. The result software engineering shows of accounting needs, there were 37 functional and non-functional requirements, compatibility. This system is designed and is implemented by using an object oriented approach uses the Codeigniter framework with the MVC model (Model, View, Controller). Dealing with the test used, this research applies some tests covering white box method for the unit test, basis path testing for the technique, black box for validation test with 48 cases with 100% success and the last tool sortsite for compatibility test which is succesfully accessed by the six different browsers.
