Abstract

"ANDAL", The Primary Healthcare Organization and Management Model is a model that contains the primary healthcare service guidelines. In the implementation of the model, it needs technology support in the management of primary health information so that healthcare providers can provide higher quality primary healthcare services. This research was conducted to develop a health information system, started by performing requirements analysis with the results of the identification of system capabilities being visualized into the use case diagram. Furthermore, the information system modeling was performed to produce an object model and object interaction model in UML notation, and database design. Then, the implementation was performed and produced a web-based Primary Healthcare Information System that provides primary healthcare information management function and the function of calculating the level of risk of the disease and the level of stress that can be used to help healthcare providers determine healthcare intervention to be given to the patient. Furthermore, a system testing showed that the developed system can be run in accordance with the identified requirements.

Abstract

FILKOM Apps is a website that gives administrational and academic informations for Faculty of Computer Science Brawijaya University student thesis. In each of interactions with the user, various perceptions could be generated by the student as a user include the negative perceptions towards the website and FILKOM UB as the organizations. In order to reduce problems from all negative perceptions that related to user experience, the evaluation was conducted include the redesigned website interface. The aim of this current study is to find out what problems that can be appeared when using FILKOM Apps by gathering various perceptions using User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to measure user experience level of old design and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to gather perceptions and problems in detail. The first evaluation results each UEQ scale means of old design indicated neutral value and UEQ benchmark in “bad” category. Moreover, the major problems and negative perceptions have generated from FGD result as the redesigned of new interface design which focused on evaluation results, measured again and got high enhancement on each UEQ scale means and user experience category level on UEQ benchmark. Besides, by gathered written perceptions of new design results more positive perceptions.

Abstract

UBER is one of the apps that provides online transportation based in Indonesia. UBER user are getting bigger these day, with total download reaching 100 million times. But there are still some users who have a complain regarding the app, they stated that the GPS is not showing the user's location, then some of them confused how to choose the payment method, and there are even some of them who already paid but not written in the application. From this feedback, it is necessary to identify further what are the problems exist in UBER application, and using usability level measurement to find out the extent of ease, rate of speed, error rate, and level of satisfaction. In this study provides evaluation results to determine the usability problems and levels by using the usability testing method. The result that we get after the evaluation shows the usability problems that exist in UBER application, such as the maps in the application is less accurate, users are confused with the start screen because its lead straight to the maps, users are confused which one is their driver, and there are confusions because the application are using English. The usability level results that consists of the level of ease of the users in completing the task given is 100%, the level of time needed by users when finding the necessary information is 0.0116 goals/sec, the user's error rate is 0,13, and the level of the user satisfaction is between 40%-50%.

Abstract

Labor Market Information Services is one of the services provided by the Department of Manpower (Disnaker)as meant in Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2008. Increasing job market information, job market, and expansion of employment opportunities and transmigration placement areas is one of the missions owned by Disnaker Malang Regency in line with the minister's regulation. Currently, labor market information services can be done by using the website of Disnaker Malang Regency. But by using this method, the labor market information service still needs to be maximized because the labor market information is mixed with other information. From these problems it is necessary to design an information system that supports in conducting labor market information service. Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) will be used in the analysis and design of the information system. The results of the analysis and design will be evaluated using the Requirements Configuration Structure and Decision table. The end result of this research is the current business process models and proposals, lists of stakeholders and users, user requirements list, features, system requirements list, use case model, system design and evaluation.

Abstract

Grab is application of transport provider that offers several services. The service is transport service, courier service, and food service. Grab application has grown rapidly by seeing the application has been downloaded more than 10 million times. However, users from Grab application feel that application still has flaws, including the accuracy of the map when determine the location is still lack and when users entered the destination location is not detected by the application. From some user feedback, Grab application still have problems. Therefore, Grab application need problems digging and measurement of usability level. Usability testing method was used to problems digging in Grab application and to measure usability level of Grab application by using the task scenario and a questionnaire. Testing were conducted to five respondents from new user of Grab application and the questionnaire were filled by 100 respondents from active user of Grab application. The evaluation result show the problems and usability levels Grab application. The problems of Grab application is the participant feel difficulty to make a payment, participant feel difficulty to search the home address or location of participant on the “pick-up” column, and participant feel confused when the location doesn't match with map of application. The usability level results are 100% of level ease of the user, 0,013 of level speed of the user, 0,13 of user's error rate, and level of user satisfaction is 40%-50% of Grab application.

Abstract

UD. Tomaru Oto is selling cars, both new and used. In running their business, UD. Tomaru Oto still do it manually. The Owner of UD. Tomaru Oto records all transactions manually on the books of receipts, so if the books of receipts are lost, then all the transaction data are getting lost too. In addition, status of the customer is not recorded and only rely on the owner's memories, so often the owner forgot whether the customers have paid off the transactions or still not pay off the transactions. Another problem is the absence of recapitulation of income and expenditure per month. According from those problems, it needs an information system of car showroom (SISMOB) on UD. Tomaru Oto. The objectives of this research include designing the implementation of SISMOB, the implementation of SISMOB using object oriented programming (OOP), and the testing of SISMOB using blackbox and whitebox method. The design for implementation SISMOB is adapted to the COdeIgniter Framework. The result of implementation SISMOB is the SISMOB application. The testing of SISMOB using blackbox method is for testing all of the uses cases and the whitebox method only testing three uses cases. The result of testing SISMOB using blackbox method is all running in accordance with the uses cases specification that already designing. The result of the test using whitebox method produce cyclomatic complexity and independent path, which all of the independent paths have been passed at least once.

Abstract

Tomaru Oto is dealer of car that has stood since the year 2000 was located in Mamajang, the city of Makassar, South Sulawesi. UD. Tomaru Oto sold the car in both the new and used. In running its business owners from UD. Tomaru Oto does all its business activities manually, both sales and purchase data recording, search sales and purchases data, and in calculating income and expense data. Based on these problems then needed an information system at the showroomcar (SISMOB). Building information system, needed requirements analysis and design of the system, in order for the system to be implemented in accordance with the needs of the user. The purpose of this study is to model the business processes, analyzing system design requirements and specifications, as well as to evaluate requirements and design specification system interface. This research use the BPMN to model business processes as well as the object-oriented approach to analysis and design of the system. Evaluation on research uses the preview on the use case, prototype and traceability matrix. The results of this research in the form of business process models of current and proposed specifications, features and system requirements, models of interaction, the model data and interface system as well as the results of the evaluation. Evaluation results showed that every requirement can be traced into the feature, the need and the model diagram. The results of the review showed that the flow of the user is in compliance with the flow on the use case specification.

Abstract

Scenario parking system that exist in Brawijaya University is when vehicle will come out of parking area hence parking gate will do checking by asking letter of vehicle number (STNK). Sometimes vehicle owners forget to take vehicle registration. Brawijaya University authority provides ease by giving out campus dispensation letter as a substitute for vehicle registration obtained from Command Headquarter of Brawijaya University. There are some disadvantages of using the manual system which is the inaccurate verification of the dispenser in the Command Headquarters to ensure the applicant is the owner of a valid vehicle or not. In addition, the campus residents can entrust the goods in the campus area to the officers of the security guard. The Security Guard at Brawijaya University's Command Headquarters followed up with the announcement of the findings of lost items through social media. In fact publication of lost items through social media is less effective. From both of these problems the authors provide solutions by developing the system dispensasi vehicle out campus web based. These system requirements are derived from the requirements analysis results. In designing this system contains sequence diagrams, class diagrams, data base design and interface design. In the implementation of this system using Codeigniter framework and tailored to the design of the system created. From the results of validation and compatibility testing, indicating that this system has been running in accordance with the requirements specified.

Prisma learning guidance is one of the learning guidance that is currently growing. Along with the development of a business then the level of service to customers should also be better. Currently in running the business process, LBB Prisma has not had a standard business process. Recording of data is still done manually. The risk of loss of data will increase. Expectation from the chairman of LBB Prima that business processes can run effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this research is to 1) Modeling and simulating business processes on Prisma Student Guidance using BPMN 2) Modeling and simulating recommendations business process using the BPI approach on the Prisma Student Guidance 3) Compare the current business process model and the proposed business process.Research begins with literature studies and data collection through interviews. Next is modeling and simulating current business processes using BPMN, problem analysis, business process improvement analysis using BPI approach, modeling and simulation of proposed business processes and comparison of process simulation results. The results obtained from this research that is 1) Modeling of four business processes that will be improved 2) model Proposed business process using BPI techniques 3) Comparison of current business process simulation results and proposals..

Abstract

User Experience (UX) is an important aspect in the development of digital business as it is one of the key in website content. Researchers have attributed a pleasurable user experience to the fulfillment of the following variables: usability, satisfaction, enjoyment, fun and visual appeal. Parallax scrolling as one of the web design techniques is considered to bring UX to a new interactive level and is even considered a new limitation in UX. Therefore, parallax scrolling has recently become quite popular among web developers. Parallax scrolling is a visual effect that duplicates the depth of an image or two-dimensional screen to make it look three dimensional. Unfortunately, speculation about parallax scrolling and UX relationships is still emerging because parallax scrolling is considered bad for search engine optimization (SEO), weakening internal linking and causing load duration due to the large number of images used in websites with parallax scrolling which may then potentially have an effect on UX. In this study used the above variables in order to see how the user experience when interacting with the website with and without parallax scrolling and find the reason why parallax scrolling is considered to have an effect or no effect on UX.The results showed that participants' experience did not differ greatly, so parallax scrolling concluded did not significantly affect UX. Another reason why parallax scrolling is considered to be unaffected is that in the study only two participants were aware of the effects of parallax scrolling on the website they were using, so it was not certain that the assessment by all participants was due to the use of parallax scrolling.
