Abstract

Peramalan penjualan dilakukan untuk memprediksi penjualan dimasa datang. Peramalan tidak wajib memberikan jawaban pasti tentang apa yang akan terjadi, setelah dilakukan peramalan penjualan untuk masa yang akan datang perusahaan dapat memutuskan strategi yang harus dilakukan. Peramalan dilakukan pada sepeda motor Honda PCX, Beat, dan Scoopy dengan menggunakan metode Artificial Neural Network (ANN) dan marketing mix untuk usulan strategi penjualan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membentuk ANN yang terbaik untuk menghitung penjualan produk untuk 7 bulan kedepan dengan menggunakan data trend 5 tahun yang lalu. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan metode ANN dengan momentum constant 0,9 ialah pola 12-20-1 untuk motor PCX dengan LR 0,2 dan iterasi 3000, sedangkan untuk motor Beat menggunakan pola 12-5-1 dengan LR 0,4 dan iterasi 3000. Sedangkan untuk motor Scoopy menggunakan pola 12-15-1 dengan fungsi pelatihan Trainlm, fungsi pendistribusian Tansig dengan nilai momentum absolut sebesar 0,001 pada iterasi 8. Usulan strategi pemasaran untuk PT Hondatama Mitra Cemerlang yang berfokus pada faktor produk ialah membangun function product brand, memberikan dan membuat pedoman yang jelas untuk melakukan perawatan produk dengan baik, membuat tutorial dan petunjuk dalam penggunaan produk yang benar terkait pengoperasian kendaraan. Pada harga dan tempat ialah membuat sistem online purchase dan online service, membuat program quarterly discount sales. Pada promosi ialah membuat suatu paduan informasi terkait produk yang bersifat absolut, menjadi sponsor dalam suatu kegiatan. dan meningkatkan frekuensi pengenalan produk di media sosial secara rutin dan terjadwal dengan menyediakan informasi yang menarik baik berupa visual dan non-visual.

Abstract

Aquaculture activities cannot be separated from the availability of artificial feed, even 70% of the total production cost is spent on feed, so the availability of good feed, in terms of quality and quantity, is an effort to maintain the success of aquaculture activities. Feeds with high protein have relatively higher prices because some of their raw materials still rely on imports from other countries. The solution to this problem is to use alternative feed ingredients that have good nutritional content, are easy to obtain and do not compete with humans. Organic waste originating from food scraps and agricultural industry residues has considerable potential. However, it is necessary to have a fermentation process as an effort to improve the nutrition and quality of these materials. Abstract

Superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) with all their unique properties have great potential in biomedical applications, including cancer treatment using targeted drug delivery systems and magnetic hyperthermia therapy. However, the stability of nanoparticles and their biocompatibility are major challenges in the success of these applications. Coating nanoparticles with oleic acid and polyethylene glycol (PEG) is often used to improve their dispersion stability and biocompatibility. In this review, we will discuss how the properties of SPION such as colloidal stability, magnetic properties, hyperthermia properties, drug loading, and drug release capabilities are improved when SPION is coated with oleic acid and PEG. It was found that in general, coating using oleic acid and PEG would improve the properties of SPION, such as increasing the hydrodynamic diameter and zeta potential values, and decreasing the polydispersity index and coercive filed values, making it more suitable for biomedical applications. This review aims to provide a thorough understanding of coating strategies to optimize SPION performance in magnetic targeting applications, and identify challenges and opportunities for future development
