The study aims to determine the relationship between adversity quotient and academic procrastination. The hypothesisproposed in this study stated that there was a negative relationship between adversity quotient and academic procrastination,assuming the higher quality of adversity quotient and the lower academic procrastination, and conversely the lower quality ofadversity quotient and the higher academic procrastination. Subjects used in this study were Student of STIE Eka PrasetyaMedan consisting of 105 people who were selected by using total sampling technique. Data were obtained from a scale tomeasure quality of adversity quotient and academic procrastination. The calculation was performed by means of testingrequirements analysis (assumption test) that consists of a test for normality and linearity. Analysis of the data used wasperformed by Product Moment Analysis through SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed that r = -0,844and p = 0.000 (p <0.05), indicating that there was a negative relationship between adversity quotient and academicprocrastination. The results of this study indicated that the contribution (R 2) given to the quality of adversity quotient toacademic procrastination was 71.2 %, the remaining 28.8 % were affected by other factors not examined. This study aims to know the relationship between the authoritarian parenting with emotional maturity. The hypothesis in this study is there is a negative relationship between authoritarian parenting with emotional maturity, in assumption that the higher authoritarian parenting, then the higher emotional maturity and the lower authoritarian parenting, then the lower the emotional maturity itself. The subjects that used in this study are students at the SMP Talitakum Medan, in which the population consists of 98 students. Data obtained from the scale to measure authoritarian parenting and emotional maturity. The calculation of the data began by doing a test prerequisite analysis (the test of assumptions) that consists of a test of normality and a test of linearity. The data analysis in this study uses the Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 21 for Windows. The results of analysis showed the correlation coefficient at - 0,569 of the significance 0.000 (p < 0.05). This shows there is a negative relationship between authoritarian parenting with emotional maturity. The results of this study indicate that the variable of emotional maturity can be predicted by authoritarian parenting at 32.4 percent and 67.6 percent of the rest are influenced by other factors which not examined in this study. Based on the results of this study, the hypothesis is accepted that there is a negative relationship between authoritarian parenting with emotional maturity.

The purpose of this study is to find out about the relationship between organizational commitment and psychological ownership. The hypothesis that the researchers propose in this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and psychological ownership, assuming that the higher the organizational commitment, the higher the psychological ownership and conversely. The selection of participants for this study used a sampling method, namely purposive sampling. The sample of this research is 141 employees who are permanent employees who have more than 1 year of service at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Medan. Data collected by researchers, comes from the collection results with a scale that has been prepared with reference to the theoretical dimensions used by researchers to measure organizational commitment and psychological ownership. The correlation coefficient obtained was 0.613 (p <0.05). These results indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and psychological ownership. This study aims to know the relationship between the psychological contract with work motivation. The subjects that used in this study are employee at PT. Sumtek Medan, in which the population consists of 110 employee. Data obtained from the scale to measure psychological contract and work motivation. The calculation of the datas began by doing a test prerequisite analysis (the test of assumptions) that consists of a test of normality and a test of linearity. The results of analysis showed the correlation coefficient at 0.762 of the significance 0.000 (p < 0.05). This shows there is a positive relationship between psychological contract with work motivation. The results of this study indicate that the variable of work motivation can be predicted by psychological contract at 58.1 percent and 88.9 percent of the rest are influenced by other factors which not examined in this study. The purpose in this study is to find out the relation between academic cheating and academic procrastinations. Academic procrastination is the act of someone who replaces the implementation of more important things with tasks that are not too important, or doing things that are more fun to do so that procrastinating important tasks to another day (Newton, 2014). The researchers assuming there was a positive relationship between variable academic cheating and academic procrastinations. Participants for this study collected by a disproportionate stratified random sampling method and the sample in this research are 139 students at SMA Yos Sudarso Medan. The correlation coefficient obtained was 0.562 (p<0.05). Entrepreneurs in conducting their business can experience failures that can occur at any time. As a result of the failure of entrepreneurship is very diverse, such as stress, depression, and experiencing mental stress. This research aimed to explain the psychopathological picture of failed entrepreneurs. This research used qualitative research methods and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. Data obtained through interview and observation methods. The reason researchers used this research technique was to find more about psychopathological aspects of failed entrepreneurs. The results showed that entrepreneurship psychopathology has a significant role in determining success and failure in entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to find out relationship between organizational justice and turnover intention of employees at PT. Y. The hypothesis proposed in this research stated there is a relationship between organizational justice and turnover intention of employees at PT. Y. The research data analysis used was multiple regression analysis to know the relationship between organizational justice with turnover intention. The research subjects were all employees of PT. Y consisting of 108 employees. The data were derived from a scale to measure organizational justice and turnover intention. The result of the data analysis reveal F = 24.694 with p = 0.000 (p<0,05), means there is a relationship between organizational justice with turnover intention of employees at PT. Y. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Iklim Organisasi dengan Persepsi Kualitas Pelayanan. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Java Global Futures Medan sebanyak 92 orang yang menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data diperoleh dari skala untuk mengukur iklim organisasi dan persepsi kualitas pelayanan. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan melalui uji prasyarat analisis (uji asumsi) yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan korelasi Product Moment (Pearson Correlation) dengan bantuan SPSS 17 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi r = 0.604, dan nilai signifikansi p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara iklim organisasi dengan persepsi kualitas pelayanan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan yang diberikan variabel iklim organisasi terhadap variabel persepsi kualitas pelayanan adalah sebesar 35,6 persen, selebihnya 64,4 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk melihat apakah pelatihan kontrol diri memiliki dampak untuk mengurangi intensitas perilaku agresif pada siswa SMK Immanuel Medan. Data diperoleh melalui uji normalitas Shapiro Wilk. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji non parametris yaitu Wilcoxon test untuk menguji perbedaan distribusi dua kelompok sampel yang berpasangan dan teknis analisis Mann Whitney U Test yang digunakan untuk mengukur ada tidaknya perbedaan nilai rata-rata dua kelompok sampel yang saling independent. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan adanya perbedaan skor perilaku agresif kelompok eksperimen pada saat pre-test dan post-test (Z = -3.153; p = 0.002). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesa diterima dan dapat dikatakan pelatihan kontrol diri berpengaruh untuk menurunkan intensitas perilaku agresif. Hasil uji Mann-Whitney U menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan skor post-test perilaku agresif pada kedua kelompok (Z = - 1.372; p = 0.170). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa maka hipotesa di tolak yang artinya tidak ada perbedaan intensitas perilaku agresif pada kelompok yang diberikan pelatihan kontrol diri dan kelompok yang tidak diberikan pelatihan kontrol diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah pelatihan asertivitas memiliki pengaruh untuk meningkatkan self esteem remajayang mengalami kekerasan dalam hubungan pacaran. Hipotesa dalam penelitian ini ada 2 yaitu; 1) Diperoleh hasil yang berbeda antara pretest dengan posttest setelah diberikan pelatihan asertif pada kelompok eksperimen, dengan asumsi bahwa self esteem akan meningkat setelah diberikan pelatihan dibandingkan sebelum diberikan pelatihan. 2) Ada perbedaan self esteem pada kelompok eksperimen yang telah diberikan pelatihan asertif dengan kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberikan pelatihan, dengan asumsi bahwa self esteem pada kelompok eksperimen akan lebih tinggi daripada self esteem kelompok kontrol. Penelitian dengan Quasi Experimental Design merupakan jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis memakai pengukuran uji non parametrik yaitu teknik analisis Wilcoxon dan Mann-Whitney U. Berdasarkan uji Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai Sig. sebesar 0,001 maka hipotesa pertama diterima sehingga pelatihan asertif mempunyai pengaruh dalam meningkatkan self esteem. Berdasarkan hasil uji Mann Whitney U didapatkan nilai Sig. 0,000 maka hipotesa kedua diterima sehingga disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan self esteem antara kelompok eksperimen yang mendapatkan pelatihan dengan kelompok kontrol yang tidak mendapatkan pelatihan asertif.
