Abstract

This study is a qualitative research employing a literature review approach on models of educational leadership in education financing. The aim of this study is to describe various models of educational leadership in education financing. Data were collected through a literature review from various references. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the models of educational leadership in education financing include transformational leadership, transactional leadership, democratic leadership, visionary leadership, and entrepreneurial leadership. Several recommendations for implementing leadership models in education financing include the integration of various leadership models, active stakeholder involvement, the development of alternative funding sources, needs- and priority-based budget planning, enhancement of managerial competencies of educational leaders, and the utilization of technology in financial management. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of visionary educational leadership in managing educational financing at SMK Negeri 1 Purwojati. This research employed a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and students. Data were analyzed narratively to understand how visionary leadership is implemented in the context of educational financing management. The results indicate that visionary leadership at SMK Negeri 1 Purwojati is realized through the development of clear vision and mission statements, effective strategic planning, and strengthening the commitment of all school members. This implementation is reflected in program-based budgeting, collaboration with industry partners, and improving teacher competence through training programs. Additionally, transparency and accountability principles are applied in financial management. The implementation of visionary leadership has a positive impact on improving the quality of education, both in terms of teacher performance and student achievement. Therefore, visionary leadership is a crucial factor in supporting effective educational financing management and enhancing school quality. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educational leadership in developing an effective administrative culture and improving records management in schools. Educational leadership plays a strategic role in directing, controlling, and developing school administrative systems, including systematic and sustainable records management. The method used is a qualitative approach through library research by reviewing various literature related to educational leadership, administrative culture, and records management. The findings indicate that visionary, participatory, and value-based leadership can foster a disciplined, transparent, and accountable administrative culture. Furthermore, effective leaders contribute to developing technology-based archival systems, enhancing administrative staff competencies, and ensuring sustainable document management. Therefore, the success of records management in schools is highly influenced by the quality of educational leadership. Abstract

School management plays a crucial role in instilling independence and responsibility, yet often faces challenges in innovation and governance. This study aims to analyze the role and strategies of visionary leadership in realizing effective and educational school management. Visionary leadership is future-oriented through the formulation of a clear vision, the implementation of data-driven management, and the strengthening of organizational culture and the utilization of technology. The results indicate that visionary leadership can encourage the achievement of organizational goals while simultaneously shaping student character. Furthermore, student involvement in organizational activities helps develop critical thinking skills, collaboration, and independence. Therefore, the integration of managerial competencies and educational values ​​is key to creating an adaptive generation.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the digital age requires educational institutions to manage information quickly, appropriately, and accurately, one of which is through records management. However, in practice, records management in educational institutions still faces various challenges, such as unstructured systems, low utilization of technology, and limited human resource competencies. This study aims to analyze educational leadership strategies in improving the effectiveness of records management in educational institutions. The method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review, utilizing secondary data sourced from books, scientific journals, and relevant official documents. Data collection was conducted through literature review and selection, while data analysis employed content analysis by grouping and synthesizing information based on the research themes. The study findings indicate that leadership plays a strategic role in the success of records management. Indicators of effective leadership include analytical ability, communication skills, decisiveness, active listening, and assertiveness. The implementation of these leadership strategies can foster the creation of a systematic, efficient, and technology-based records management system. Thus, effective educational leadership is key to improving the quality of records management and supporting more optimal governance of educational institutions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educational leadership in digital archives management, particularly in addressing the issues of lost archives and disorganized data in the digital era. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method. The findings reveal that digital archival management faces complex challenges, including the risk of archive loss, data disorganization and duplication, low human resource competence, weak information security systems, and suboptimal policies and standard operating procedures. In this context, educational leadership plays a strategic role in directing policies, improving digital literacy, and integrating technology-based archival systems. Strategic efforts include implementing digital archive management systems, systematic use of metadata, strengthening information security, and developing integrated policies. Therefore, educational leadership is a key factor in achieving effective, efficient, and sustainable digital archive management. Abstract

Leadership in the education sector plays a crucial role in determining the quality of educational institution management, including accountability for archives. One common problem is poor archives management, which results in low levels of institutional transparency and accountability. The purpose of this article is to analyze the contribution of educational leadership to developing an accountable archiving system. The approach used is a literature review, examining books on educational leadership and scientific studies related to transformational leadership and women. The findings of this study indicate that leadership with a clear vision, transformational nature, and values-based leadership can foster the creation of an organized, transparent, and sustainable archiving system. Therefore, the synergy between educational leadership and archiving accountability is crucial for achieving quality educational governance. Abstract

Effective archive management becomes a prerequisite for accountable, transparent, and high-performing organizational governance. However, many organizations still face issues of low archival order, weak procedural discipline, and minimal utilization of archival technology, which hinder service and decision-making. In this context, transformational leadership is seen as having a strategic role in promoting changes in attitude, strengthening commitment, and innovation in archival management practices.This article aims to analyze strategies for improving archive management through a transformational leadership approach, focusing on the dimensions of ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration relevant to archival management practices. The research was conducted using literature review methods and normative analysis of archival frameworks as well as studies related to transformational leadership.The analysis results show that the effectiveness of archive management is determined not only by technical aspects but also by leadership styles that can build a shared vision, provide role models, develop archival staff competencies, and encourage sustainable use of technology. This article recommends strengthening the role of transformational leadership as the foundation for formulating integrated, adaptive archive management strategies that are oriented toward improving organizational performance. Abstract

Educational leadership and organizational culture play a strategic role in improving the effectiveness of archival management in schools. Effective archival management is essential to support administrative order, accountability, and decision-making processes in educational institutions. This study aims to analyze the role of educational leadership and organizational culture in enhancing the effectiveness of archival management in schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that educational leadership contributes significantly through policy-making, supervision, and fostering a culture of discipline. Meanwhile, organizational culture strengthens archival management through shared values, work habits, and institutional commitment. The synergy between leadership and organizational culture creates an effective, efficient, and sustainable archival management system. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the role of educational leadership in supporting the process of archive digitization in order to improve the speed and accuracy of administrative services in schools. The method used is a literature review, which examines various academic sources such as journals, books, and relevant articles. Data were collected through reading, note-taking, and organizing information, and then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach.The findings indicate that archive digitization can enhance the efficiency of administrative services by providing easier access to information. In addition, digital systems contribute to improving data accuracy and reducing the risk of errors and data loss commonly found in manual systems. However, the successful implementation of archive digitization largely depends on educational leadership. Leaders who are responsive to technological advancements play a crucial role in guiding the use of digital systems, encouraging innovation, and fostering a positive work culture toward change. Leadership support is also essential in improving human resource readiness to effectively utilize technology. Therefore, archive digitization and educational leadership are closely interconnected in improving the quality of administrative services in schools, making them faster, more accurate, and more efficient in line with the demands of the digital era.
