Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi dan interpretasi atas bentuk-bentuk strategi pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh lembaga pendidikan untuk menjadi sekolah yang unggul. Latar penelitian ini bertempat di SMK Migas Cepu, Kabupaten Blora, Jawa Tengah dengan menerapkan konsep penelitian kualitatif-studi kasus sebagai pendekatannya. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan dengan cara teknik wawancara, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Adapun subyek penelitian penelitian adalah kepala dan wakil SMK Migas Cepu yang sebelumnya telah ditentukan secara purposif. Hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif sehingga dapat tergambarkan bahwa strategi pengembangan SMK Migas Cepu untuk menjadi sekolah yang unggul diantaranya melalui memperkuat sumber daya manusia, meningkatkan sarana prasarana sekolah, pemutakhiran kurikulum, redesain program studi dan penambahan program studi unggulan, melaksanakan pembelajaran yang unggul, optimalisasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan memperkuat jaringan kerjasama.

Abstract

This research is entitled “Learning Management in Overcoming at MI I’anatul Muta’allimin 01 Kubangwungu‟. Learning management has an important role in the succes and achievement of student learning. Therefore, the application of learning management can influence and provide solutions to learning difficulties experiencedc by each studcent. The formulation of the problem from this research is how to learn in overcominglearning difficulties at MI I’anatul Muta’allimin 01 Kubangwungu. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of learningmanagement in overcoming learning difficulties at MI I’anatul Muta’allimin 01 Kubangwungu.This study uses a dcescriptive qualitatative approach. The research data was obtained by using observations, interview and documentation. The result of this research is that the implementation of learning management at MI I’anatul Muta’allimin 01 Kubangwungu has been going well, and has been proven to be able to overcome students learning difficulties. In planning the teacher in grade 1 determines the RPP,Prota, Promissory note, syllabus, and determination of additional material to attend a special class.organizing learning in class 1 by grouping thebbv stages of student difficulty and selecting student who will take special classes. Then the implementation of learning is carried out according to what has been planned, namely the implementation of learning in general classes and in special classes.Meanwhile, for teacher supervision by looking at student activity during the learning process, student attendance lists, student grades in the form of daily assignments, tests, semester scores, and test scores. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Pembentukan Budaya Bersih diMTsN 1 Surabaya. Strategi merupakan suatu usaha dalam merencanakan kegiatan jangkapanjang dengan mengintegrasikan berbagai sumber daya dan menghubungkan antara kekuatandengan peluang organisasi serta meminimalisir kelemahan organisasi dari ancaman yangtimbul, baik dari internal maupun eksternal organisasi dan menerapkan aksi dan alokasi sumberdaya yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Budaya bersih adalah suatukegiatan yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok orang untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang bersihdan mengajarkan tentang bagaimana bersikap dalam menjaga dan merawat kebersihan dirisendiri dan lingkungan sekitar. Jenis metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif, instrumenpengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan instrumen : observasi awal, dokumentasi sertawawancara kepala madrasah, guru, petugas kebersihan dan siswa MTsN 1 Kota Surabaya.Setelah mendapatkan data yang diperlukan, kemudian data dideskripsikan lalu dianalisis. Hasilpenelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis menunjukkan bahwa budaya bersih yang ada di MTsN1 Kota Surabaya telah berjalan dengan baik. Strategi yang digunakan MTsN 1 Kota Surabayadalam menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat adalah melalui : keteladanan dankonsistensi pimpinan, kepala madrasah dan para guru, gerakan bersama warga madrasah,pembiasaan melalui kegiatan kebersihan sehari-hari dan melalui pengawasan dari kepalamadrasah dan guru.

Abstract

Latar belakang penulis skripsi ini didasarkan pada pendidikan merupakan suatusarana untuk mengarahkan dan meningkatkan daya berfikir serta mental manusia, sekolahjuga merupakan suatu lembaga pendidikan yang bertujuan mempersiapkan anak yangberkualitas serta menginginkan siswanya selalu berprestasi baik dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler maupun ekstra kurikuler, baik berprestasi dalam akademik dan non akademik.Oleh karena itu peneliti meneliti implementasi kegiatan ekstra kurikuler untukmeningkatkan prestasi siswa di MI Miftahul Huda Tanggir Singgahan Tuban. Dalampenelitian ini menggunakan peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian sebagai berikut: (1)Jenis penelitian atau pendekatan kualitatif, (2) Sumber Data: narasumber dan data sekolah,(3) teknik Pengumpulan Data: wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi, (4)Teknik Analisis Data adalah Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data dan Penarikan Kesimpulan danVerifikasi. Penelitian ini kami telah mendapatkan catatan dimana MI Miftahul Huda TanggirSinggahan Tuban pernah menjuarai lomba tartil dengan mendapatkan juara umum danlomba yang diadakan disekolah lain mendapatkan juara 2, pernah juga antara tahun 2016-2018.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membicarakan tentang Manajemen PengembanganMutu Guru Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran Di SDIT Al-Uswah.Tujuan dari pembahasan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemenpengembangan mutu guru di SDIT Al-Uswah Surabaya, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan mutu guru di SDIT Al-Uswah Surabayadan untuk mengetahui kendala atau hambatan-hambatan apa saja yang dihadapipihak lembaga selama menjalankan manajemen pengembangan mutu gurudalammeningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SDIT Al-Uswah Surabaya.Untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan peneliti menggunakan metodeobservasi, dokumen dan interview. Setelah data diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisisdengan teknik analisis deksriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deduktif,induktif, komparatif.Setelah dianalisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa bentuk pelaksanaanmanajemen pengembangan mutu guru di SDIT Al-Uswah Surabaya yaitu kegiatanorientasi guru baru, rapat dewan guru, studi lanjut gelar, pertemuan kelompokkerja guru, penataran dan lokakarya, workshop, studi banding, diskusi kelompokantara guru bidang studi, penugasan dan reward.Sedangkan faktor Diantara faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembanganmutu guru di SDIT Al-Uswah Surabaya adalah kelengkapan sarana dan prasaranayang disediakan sekolah sebagai penunjang kegiatan pembelajaran dan tingkatkesejahteraan masing – masing guru.. Adapun yang menjadi Kendala yang dihadapiSDIT Al-Uswah Surabaya dalam pengembangan mutu guru adalah terbatasnyawaktu yang tersedia bagi guru untuk mengembangkan wawasan keilmuannyadikarenakan padatnya jadwal guru untuk mengajar, minimnya anggaran yang adabagi pembiayaan seluruh kegiatan- kegiatan yang diorientasikan bagipengembangan mutu guru serta efektifitas penerapan-penerapan kegiatan yangselama ini diorientasikan bagi pengembangan mutu guru.

Abstract

Persons with disabilities, they have physical limitations, so they will have little difficulty in adjusting. These obstacles are exacerbated by environmental situations and public facilities that are not conducive to growth, participation and activity in life. This study aims to analyze an environmental design and public facilities that accommodate people with disabilities in everyday life based on environmental psychology studies. In addition, some concept formulations related to the design and evaluation of environmental and public facilities are drawn up using the most appropriate approach in respecting, protecting and fulfilling the rights of persons with disabilities. Through qualitative descriptive analysis of the existing conditions of persons with disabilities, it is hoped that the majority of the environment and public facilities still not designed for persons with disabilities, especially transportation facilities, shopping areas, parking lots, markets, parks and so on. Therefore, stakeholders should consider the design of the environment that can be accessed by persons with disabilities

Abstract

Indonesian is a pluralistic nation, such as religion. The essence of religion is teaching followers for helping each other to keeping the unity of Indonesia. Religion will encourage its people for kindness to humanity eventough on the same religion or different religions. In fact nowdays, religious conflict is inevitable to happen in Indonesia. A religious conflict or even a conflict that is made as can be as threath to disintegrity of Indonesia.Facing religious conflict in Indonesia is required analysis from various angles such as sociology and psychology aspects of the religious conflict. The study concluded that the causes of religious conflict are caused by economic factors, social prejudices, conflicy of interests and others. This sociological and psychological analysis can be used as an illustration of the actions that can be done for resolving religious conflict as well as the effort to re-engage the unity to prevent the disintegration of Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the religiosity of the elderly as seen from aspects of beliefs, rituals, knowledge, experience, and practice. This research was conducted in UPTD Griya Werdha Surabaya using a qualitative approach to phenomenology study as type. Retrieval data used in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documents five elderly Muslims using a purposive technique. The result of the research indicates that the spiritual dimension of the elderly has increased since in UPTD Griya Werdha Surabaya. The elderly forced their belief by carrying out religious rituals taught before and improved the quality to be better as they are now. Religious obtained through religious activities provided by the Griya Werdha through spiritual teachers who always help and assist the learning process. Also, the elderly become more mature in accepting their existence to prioritize God's prioritize closeness without forget to keep socializing with others. The wishes are elderly feel comfortable for the rest of their lives and can face death in husnul khotimah conditions.

Abstract

Individual wishing a happy marriage, this can be achieved with effort and hard work. One effort that can be done to achieve a happy marriage is to have the right information about married life, thereby can bring up individual awareness that not always marriage is happy, and not always marriage always faces problems. The existence of premarital knowledge will make the individual has readiness in the face of the dynamics of marriage, more able to accept the reality of marriage life and can improve the quality of marriage. This dedication was held in January-March 2017. As for prenuptial psychological counseling process was done by preparing the module book containing the material related to the marriage life that would be discussed and discussed in the mentoring process in the guidance counseling session. The location of the research took place at RW 1 Keluahan. Jambangan Surabaya. These mentoring groups were five prospective Muslim couples who would be married within a period of <6 months and between 6-12 months. The result of this mentoring was that the preparation of prenuptial psychological preparation for Muslim couples was one of the right ways to help the stability of prospective couples before marriage. Through the mentoring that used of module books and counseling process, could facilitate the prospective couples in opening insights about the marriage life, so that it could formulate how the family settings they would build.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview and analyze blended learning-based learning to improve the quality of learning at MAN 1 Sragen after the pandemic by using a qualitative-case study as paradigm. This is because blended learning is a form of learning innovation that combines several activities to make learning more flexible and efficient. Research data was collected through interviews, observations and documents which were then analyzed narratively through a process of data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. Interviews were conducted with the principal, vice principal of curriculum, teachers and students. The research results show that the implementation of blended learning-based learning at MAN 1 Sragen goes through four main processes, namely planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. At the planning level, the school prepares curriculum guidelines that accommodate blended learning. In the organizing process, the school arranges human resources along with the main tasks and functions that must be carried out referring to the indicators of success to be achieved. In the learning evaluation process, the school carries out routine quantitative and qualitative reviews. The quality of blended learning-based learning is carried out by paying attention to three quality processes, namely input, output and outcome. Apart from that, blended learning based learning at MAN 1 Sragen also refers to several principles such as conformity with community needs, interest from school components in the integration of technology in learning, implementation of effectiveness and efficiency and implementation of productive learning that is able to produce good learning. quality. Blended learning-based learning makes the learning process more active, increases student independence and is able to strengthen students' learning experiences.
