Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi terkait pengembangan moderasi beragama di KB Subulus Salam Sidoarjo. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data berupa data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan kepala sekolah dan guru, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi seperti visi dan misi, struktur organisasi, serta dokumen terkait laporan kegiatan, jadwal pembelajaran, dan evaluasi kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan moderasi beragama di KB Subulus Salam Sidoarjo dilakukan sebagai upaya penanaman komitmen kebangsaan melalui memperkenalkan nilai-nilai kebhinekaan, penguatan toleransi. Pengembangan moderasi beragama dilakukan melalui pembelajaran dan pembiasaan. Pada proses pembelajara dilakukan dengan mengkaitkan tema-tema pembelajaran dengan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. Untuk pembiasaan dilakukan dengan cara memperkenalkan secara keseharian nilai-nilai kebhinekaan, penguatan toleransi dengan menghormati teman dan orang lain dan menghormati keyakinan agama yang berbeda.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the efforts to improve the quality of education based on school accreditation at SMP Tamaddun Afkar Sidoarjo. This research is a qualitative case study utilizing interview, observation, and documents as data sources, and is analyzed descriptively. The purposively selected research subjects include the Principal, Curriculum Head, Facilities Head, Administration Head, and Grade VII Teachers. The results of this study indicate that efforts to improve education quality are based on graduate competency standards, content standards, process standards, assessment standards, educator and education personnel standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, management standards, and financing standards. These efforts are realized through the establishment of five flagship programs for graduate competency standards, preparation of lessons and curricula according to National Education Standards for content standards, and structured planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning for process standards. For assessment standards, minimal achievement criteria are set to align with learning objectives to support graduation and class promotion decisions. Personnel competency standards are enhanced through increased self-development activities. Facilities and infrastructure standards are addressed by procuring representative facilities, while financing standards involve allocating incoming and outgoing funds for operational costs and inventory according to their intended useless needs.

Abstract

Indonesia is a multicultural nation that has a variety of ethnic, racial, cultural, linguistic, and religious diversity. This diversity makes its challenges in creating a harmonious society. This is because it can bring some people trapped prejudice and discrimination, especially in religion. The prejudice that leads to discrimination and acts of violence will make social conflicts more acute in the multidimensional crises that occur in Indonesia.This article aims to describe prejudice and discrimination behavior from an individual psychological perspective, sociological, and cultural background. Besides that, it was also explained the idea of how to prevent and overcome prejudice and discrimination in religious beliefs that occurred. Efforts to prevent prejudice and discriminatory behavior in religion can be done by increasing the value of the group that is prejudiced, opening communication, conditioning the environment to internalize social norms. The hope is that all citizens can live side by side and respect each other in a peaceful and peaceful atmosphere.

Abstract

This research is classified as qualitative case study research which aims to identify supporting and inhibiting factors for the formation of learning at the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) Sekolah Alam Rumah Matahari Sidoarjo. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the principal, teachers, committee and students at Alam Rumah Matahari School. The data analysis techniques used are through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that there are factors that influence and inhibit nature-based learning at PKBM Rumah Matahari Nature School Sidoarjo. The supporting factors found were competent teachers, high enthusiasm from students, and adequate infrastructure. On the other hand, the inhibiting factors encountered include limited teaching staff, unfavorable weather conditions, and public perception of the PKBM learning method which is still underestimated.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred had an impact on the sustainability of educational institutions. In response, the government took a policy related to the flexibility of the use of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds for educational institutions to be used based on the analysis of important needs to be met. The research method used is the study of literature with the topic of the efficiency of allocating BOS funds in the study of the concept of educational financial management. The results illustrate that in order for bos funding allocation to be efficient, it must pay attention and prioritize the principles of financial management, namely fairness, efficiency, transparency and public accountability. In addition, the process of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling is still carried out properly in accordance with standards. The factors supporting the success of BOS fund efficiency are HR factors, communication, clear organizational structure and attitudes from the leadership of an educational institution. The hope is that the use of BOS funds can be more useful and targeted to finance the learning needs of educational institutions affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang manajemen layanan bimbingan konseling di SMA Insan Cendekia Boarding School Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah kualitatof studi kasus dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen sebagai metode pengambikan data. Wawancara dilakukans secara purposive kepada dua orang subyek yakni kepala sekolah dan guru BK. Data yang telah digali tersebut dianalisis dengan melakukan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penyusunan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa manajemen layanan bimbingan konseling di SMA Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding School Sidoarjo telah menerapkan tahapan-tahapan dalam manajemen yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan, dilakukan penyusunan program-program kerja semester dan tahunan dengan terlebih dahulu disepakati oleh semua komponen sekolah. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, diberikan layanan bimbingan pribadi, sosial, karir dan belajar bagi siswa. Untuk giat evaluasi layanan dilakukan melalui evaluasi proses yaitu melalui meminta feedback setelah pelayanan dilakukan dan evaluasi hasil yakni . melalui menyandingkan hasil capaian dengan target capaian yang telah ditentukan pada rencana.

Abstract

The phenomenon of truant behavior in students is a real phenomenon experienced by schools. Responding to this requires handling from the school through the counseling teacher to follow up on student truant behavior. This research uses a qualitative approach as case study in MTs. Al-Ihsan Sidoarjo. The informants of this study were school principals and counseling guidance teachers, by using interviews, observation and documentation as data collection method which were then analyzed qualitative-descriptively. The findings showed that the handling of truant behavior that occurred in MTs. Al-Ihsan Sidoarjo was responded by counseling teacher in preventive and curative approaches. For the preventive approach, the counseling teacher provides advice and motivation to all students not to commit truant behavior. Apart from that, parenting sessions were also held as an educational effort and to establish communication with parents and to strengthen social control efforts by involving the role of the surrounding. In the curative approach, the counseling teacher conducts individual counseling sessions to students who have problems intensively to be able to explore reasons and determine solutions centered on the students' own awareness. In addition, the counseling teacher also conducts home visits to the house as a form of communication and checks the condition of students in the home environment. The last treatment taken by the school if truancy behavior is still being carried out is by enforcing discipline through imposing sanctions on students.

Abstract

Manajemen Pendidikan Islam merupakan suatu proses pendayagunaan setiap sarana yang dimiliki oleh pemeluk agama Islam, institusi pendidikan Islam dan sebagainya, sehingga mutu lembaga pendidikan Islam perlu selalu ditingkatkan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kepustakaan yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis faktor yang berkaitan dengan manajemen peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, yakni melakukan proses telaah pada buku-buku, teori-teori yang ada untuk dikait hubungkan dengan topik mengenai mutu pendidikan, khususnya Pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam sebagaimana amanah tujuan pendidikan nasional membutuhkan pengelolaan yang membutuhkan dukungan penuh dari beragampihak mulai dari pemerintah, siswa sekolah, orang tua siswa dan masyarakat. Sebuah peningkatan mutu pendidikan membutuhkan penguatan dalam beberapa komponen yakni kepemimpinan yang efektif, kepuasan pelanggan, budaya organisasi, kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, kurikulum dan kualitas lulusan. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan penatalaksanaan tenaga pendidik sebagai upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan di TK Dharma Wanita Kec. Campurdarat, Tulungagung melalui penerapan proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus sebagai pilihan pendekatan penelitian. Adapun yang menjadi informan pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru yang telah dipilih secara purposif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian dilakukan melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bahwa pada proses perencanaan tenaga pendidik dilakukan melalui proses identifikasi atau menganalisis terlebih dahulu bentuk pekerjaan, tugas, dan jabatan yang sangat urgent dibutuhkan agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam rekrutmen dan penempatan posisi. Pada proses organisasi dilakukan dengan cara melakukan pembagian tugas, wewenang dan tanggung jawab berdasarkan kesesuaian bagian dan bidang masing-masing. Untuk proses pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara mengimplementasikan apa yang telah disusun dalam perencanaan, dan pada tahap pengawasan dilakukan melalui evaluasi kinerja tenaga pendidik atas capain kinerja yang telah ditentukan dengan mengacu pada indikator-indikator capaian kinerja tenaga pendidik yang telah ditetapkan oleh TK Dharma Wanita dan pihak yayasan.
