Abstract

The Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) is an important document that reflects the plans and strategies of regional governments in managing finances and implementing programs and activities. Through the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) regional governments not only plan their financial expenditure and receipts but also ensure transparency, accountability, and public supervision of the management of regional financial resources (Indonesia, 2019). The financial performance of regional governments is closely related to the region's ability to explore and manage original regional financial resources. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection techniques in research use documentation and primary data techniques. The object of this research is the financial performance of the Sibolga City Government in 2018-2022. Financial performance analysis using ratios such as the financial independence ratio, fiscal decentralization ratio, flexibility ratio, and financial solvency ratio provides a comprehensive picture of the financial condition of an entity, especially local governments. ... From the research results, the conclusion is drawn that the financial performance of the Sibolga City Government in 2018-2022 is generally said to be quite good. Judging from the low financial independence ratio with an instructive relationship pattern, the fiscal decentralization ratio is lacking, the flexibility ratio is positive and the operational solvency ratio is good.

Abstract

Acute respiratory infections (ARI) are still a world health problem, acute respiratory tract diseases are easily transmitted to toddlers who in their environment do not meet the criteria for clean and healthy living and this is a problem that is often encountered in the surrounding community. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) with the incidence of acute respiratory infections (ARI) in toddlers in Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang Health Center Work Area. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The population of this study were all parents of children under five who visited the posyandu in July 2022 with a total sample of 117 and taken using the total sampling technique. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. Based on univariate analysis were obtained from 117 parents of children under five, there were 67 parents of children under five (57.3%) who were not good at implementing PHBS and as many as 69 children under five (59.0%) experience ARI.The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) and the incidence of acute respiratory infections (ARI) in children under five in Tarai Bangun Village, Mining Health Center Working Area (P-value = 0.000). It is hoped that parnts of toddlers in Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang health center work area can implement clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) by getting used to living clean and healthy.

Abstract

Scientific publication training is a strategic effort to improve teachers' professional competence, particularly in the areas of research and scientific writing. This activity was conducted at the UPTD SDN 22 Maros with the aim of helping teachers understand scientific writing techniques, journal publication procedures, and increasing their motivation to produce quality work. The training methods included lectures, discussions, hands-on practice, and mentoring. The results showed an increase in teachers' understanding of scientific paper structure, their ability to write articles, and their confidence in submitting articles to accredited journals. This activity is expected to contribute to the development of a culture of research and writing among elementary school teachers.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a significant contribution to the national economy, but still face major obstacles in the form of limited access to capital that hinders business development. This study aims to examine strategies that can be implemented by MSME actors in obtaining financing sources that are appropriate to their needs and business capacity. The capital alternatives analyzed include formal financing such as bank loans and non-bank financial institutions, as well as informal financing through cooperatives, venture capital, and digital-based financial technology. The results of the study indicate that effective strategies in obtaining capital include increasing financial literacy, preparing measurable business plans, strengthening business management, and utilizing financial technology to expand access to funding. By implementing these strategies, MSMEs have the potential to increase competitiveness, expand markets, and contribute more optimally to national economic growth.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung social media marketing dan brand image terhadap customer trust, mengetahui pengaruh langsung social media marketing, brand image, dan customer trust terhadap purchase intention dan pengaruh tidak langsung social media marketing dan brand image terhadap purchase intention melalui customer trust. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode pengumpulan informasi melalui survei dengan sebuah kuesioner. Penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan google form melalui media sosial seperti whatsapp, tiktok, dan telegram. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua orang yang mengetahui mengenai produk Coffee Djournal, berusia diatas 17 tahun, dan berada di wilayah Jabodetabek. Kuesioner yang terkumpul sebanyak 160 responden, data tersebut kemudian diolah dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Hasil analisis penelitian yaitu social media marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap customer trust, brand image juga berpengaruh positif terhadap customer trust, social media marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention, dan brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention, berikutnya Customer trust berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention, social media marketing berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention melalui customer trust, dan brand image berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention melalui customer trust. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat kepada perusahaan agar dapat meningkatkan social media marketing dan brand image sehingga kepercayaan dan niat beli konsumen terhadap produk Coffee Djournal meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan persepsi harga terhadap niat pembelian ulang dan untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Tomoro Coffee di wilayah JABODETABEK. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, di mana data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner daring menggunakan skala Likert 4 poin kepada 180 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan persepsi harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat pembelian ulang. Secara parsial, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dengan persepsi harga menjadi variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi niat pembelian ulang. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa strategi harga yang kompetitif dan sepadan dengan kualitas serta manfaat yang diperoleh konsumen menjadi faktor kunci dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan di pasar yang kompetitif seperti Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap pengembangan kajian perilaku konsumen dan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku usaha coffee shop dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Value, Price, Dan Social Media Marketing secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Purchase Intention pada Smartphone Xiaomi. Serta untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi Purchase Intention. Pendekatan riset yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Kriteria pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu orang yang mengetahui produk Smartphone Xiaomi, berusia 17 – 26 tahun, pernah mengakses sosial media Xiaomi Indonesia, dan berada di wilayah Jabodetabek. Kuesioner yang terkumpul sebanyak 160 responden, data tersebut kemudian diolah dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa variabel Perceived Value, Price, Dan Social Media Marketing secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Purchase Intention. Secara parsial variabel Perceived Value, Price, Dan Social Media Marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap Purchase Intention pada Smartphone Xiaomi. Selanjutnya didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel Price adalah variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Purchase Intention. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi pihak Xiaomi dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang lebih tepat sasaran, khususnya dalam menarik minat beli generasi Z di wilayah Jabodetabek. Selain itu diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi Xiaomi dalam menyusun kebijakan pemasaran yang lebih terfokus pada aspek yang paling mempengaruhi niat pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Early childhood education plays a vital role in character and moral development. This study aims to analyze Ibn Sina's ideas on integrating Islamic values in early childhood education using a holistic approach that includes spiritual, intellectual, and emotional aspects. The method employed is literature review through a descriptive qualitative approach to evaluate the relationship between Ibn Sina's educational concepts and the current early childhood education curriculum. The findings indicate that the development of morals, the enforcement of monotheism, and the practice of worship from an early age form a strong foundation for children's growth. The application of Islamic values is carried out through daily habits, Islamic thematic education, and examples set by teachers and parents. Therefore, Ibn Sina's thoughts are highly relevant as a reference for developing character education in early childhood based on Islamic values to produce intelligent, well-rounded, and faithful generations.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a strategic role in achieving institutional effectiveness and improving the quality of education. This study aims to analyze the benefits, scope, and recruitment process in optimizing HRM within educational institutions. The research method employed is library research with a qualitative descriptive approach, conducted through the analysis of relevant scientific literature such as books, journals, and recent studies. The findings indicate that optimizing HRM has a direct impact on improving teacher professionalism, organizational effectiveness, and institutional competitiveness. HRM contributes to enhancing educational quality, creating a positive work environment, strengthening collaborative culture, and aligning teacher competencies with the demands of the digital era. A transparent, competency-based recruitment process supported by information technology is a key factor in acquiring qualified and high-integrity educators. Therefore, professional and adaptive human resource management serves as the main foundation for building excellent, sustainable, and globally competitive educational institutions

Abstract

Digital transformation requires educational institutions to develop adaptive, effective, and technology-oriented management systems. This study aims to analyse the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of educational institutions in the era of digital transformation through a literature review. The data sources were books, scientific articles, and research publications relevant to digital education management. The results of the study show that strategic management plays an important role in aligning vision, goals, and operational actions based on data and technology. Its implementation is reflected in the development of digital education programmes, performance-based budget management, the formulation of standard operating procedures, and the strengthening of organisational structures and management information systems. The application of these strategies contributes to improving the quality of learning, governance effectiveness, institutional innovation, and educational competitiveness. However, implementation still faces challenges such as limited resources, resistance to change, and technological literacy gaps. Recommended efforts include strengthening visionary leadership, improving digital competencies, investing in technological infrastructure, and conducting continuous evaluation. This study emphasises that the integration of strategic management and digital transformation is an important foundation for creating excellent and competitive educational institutions in the 21st century.
