Abstract

Joint persecution or beating is a criminal offense involving more than one person. This research aims to understand the application of the law against maltreatment that causes death and the judge's consideration in imposing sanctions. Using a normative juridical approach, this research collects primary and secondary data through field and literature studies, analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results showed that in case 118/Pid.B/2020/PN.Tgl, the defendant was charged under Article 338 of the Criminal Code Jo Article 55 paragraph (1) to 1 of the Criminal Code and Article 170 paragraph (1), (2) to 3 of the Criminal Code. The facts of the trial proved the elements of the criminal offense in the subsidiary charges, and there were no justifications or excuses for the defendant, so he must be held criminally responsible. The judge considered the principle of "For the sake of justice based on God Almighty" as well as the facts of the trial and the charges of the public prosecutor. In this case, the judge handed down a sentence of seven years, which was lighter than the eight years demanded by the prosecutor.

Abstract

Bingka merupakan salah satu alat budaya yang digunakan dalam acara adat suku Pamona di Kabupaten Poso. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap aktivitas matematika pada pembuatan bingka dan konsep matematika pada bingka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan teknik analisis data Milles dan Huberman yaitu mengumpulkan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Jenis bingka yang digunakan pada acara adat suku Pamona adalah bingka lora dan bingka wando. Aktivitas matematika pada pembuatan bingka yaitu membilang, menghitung, mengukur dan merancang bangun. Konsep matematika yang terdapat pada bingka yaitu operasi bilangan dan geometri dua dimensi.

Abstract

This study analyzes the application of administrative law in enhancing cybersecurity in Indonesia, evaluates data protection policies within this context, and identifies challenges and opportunities in implementing cy-bersecurity in the Society 5.0 era. Utilizing the Literature Review method, this research integrates results from various studies to provide a robust quantitative estimate of the effects of exist-ing regulations. The data derives from primary and secondary literature, including books, journals, and scientific research. Findings indicate that despite existing regulations, the implementation and enforcement remain inadequate, as evidenced by frequent data breaches across various sec-tors. This research significantly contributes to the literature on the rela-tionship between administrative law and cybersecurity, as well as per-sonal data protection in the digital era. However, this study's limitations include its reliance on existing literature, with limited attention to the technical aspects of cybersecurity. Future research should combine technical and policy approaches to develop more comprehensive cyber-security solutions.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of integrating Problem-Based Learning (PBL), flipped classrooms, and generative learning to enhance student learning outcomes in Indonesia. Employing the Literature Review method, data were gathered from a range of relevant literature evaluating these three learning models. The findings indicate that the combined approach significantly enhances students' critical thinking skills, motivation, and writing abilities compared to traditional teaching methods. Specifically, the incorporation of PBL encourages students to engage in deep learning through real-world problem-solving scenarios. Meanwhile, flipped classrooms allow for more interactive and personalized learning experiences by enabling students to review instructional content at their own pace outside of class. Generative learning, on the other hand, emphasizes the active creation of knowledge, which further strengthens students' comprehension and retention of material. This research contributes to the development of more effective and adaptive educational strategies in Indonesia, and provides a foundation for further exploration in different educational settings. Moreover, the study highlights the potential for these integrative approaches to address the diverse learning needs of students, ultimately fostering a more inclusive and supportive educational environment.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika sering kali dianggap abstrak dan sulit dipahami oleh siswa karena kurangnya keterkaitan dengan kehidupan nyata dan budaya lokal. Etnomatematika hadir sebagai pendekatan inovatif yang menghubungkan konsep matematika dengan unsur budaya, sehingga pembelajaran menjadi lebih kontekstual dan bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran berbasis etnomatematika yang sistematis dan aplikatif, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk optimalisasi penerapannya di berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menganalisis berbagai literatur akademik terkait etnomatematika dalam pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis etnomatematika dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika, motivasi belajar, serta keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi tantangan, seperti keterbatasan bahan ajar, minimnya pelatihan bagi guru, dan variasi budaya antar daerah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis budaya, pelatihan pendidik, integrasi dalam kurikulum, serta kolaborasi dengan komunitas budaya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis etnomatematika dapat menjadi alternatif inovatif dalam pembelajaran matematika yang lebih relevan dan kontekstual.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic education management in fostering religious moderation in schools. Amid the challenges of globalization and technological advancement, Islamic education faces the need to reflect values of moderation, tolerance, and inclusivity. The research method employed is a literature study with a qualitative narrative approach, evaluating previous studies related to this topic. The findings indicate that effective Islamic education management can be a strategic instrument in instilling moderation values through curriculum, policies, and learning practices. However, the implementation of religious moderation still faces obstacles, such as the lack of systematic managerial strategies and institutional challenges. This study recommends the development of a more specific and structured Islamic education management model to support religious moderation in schools. Thus, it is expected to create an inclusive and harmonious educational environment capable of shaping students' moderate and tolerant character.

Abstract

This study investigates the obstacles and solutions in implementing educational policies in Indonesia, focusing on the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy. The objective is to enhance the quality of education by identifying challenges and proposing effective strategies. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), analyzing relevant literature. The findings indicate that the primary challenges include inadequate infrastructure and a lack of policy understanding. Recommendations from the study emphasize the need for improved teacher training, infrastructure development, and enhanced communication strategies. This research offers both theoretical and practical insights for developing more effective and integrated educational policies.

Abstract

The digitalization of education has transformed the learning and school management landscape, requiring adaptive leadership to ensure the effective implementation of technology. However, many school principals still rely on administrative and transactional leadership styles, which do not fully support innovation and digital adaptation. This study aims to analyze the impact of transformational leadership on improving teacher performance in increasingly digitalized school environments. A literature review was conducted to examine research related to transformational leadership, educational digitalization, and factors influencing teacher performance. The findings indicate that transformational leadership plays a crucial role in fostering a conducive environment for teachers to adapt to technology, enhance work motivation, and optimize the effectiveness of digital-based learning. However, challenges such as disparities in access to digital infrastructure and low levels of technological literacy remain major obstacles to implementation. Therefore, policies are needed to support the development of transformational leadership in schools, enhance teachers' capacity in utilizing technology, and provide adequate infrastructure. This study provides valuable insights for school principals, policymakers, and stakeholders in designing more innovative and technology-responsive leadership strategies in the education sector. Abstract

This study explores the integration of reflective pedagogy and technology-enhanced instruction in mathematics teacher education. In response to the growing complexity of 21st-century classrooms, teacher preparation programs must equip educators with the capacity for critical self-assessment and technological proficiency. This research adopts a library research approach by systematically reviewing relevant literature from scholarly journals, books, and academic reports. Through thematic analysis, five key findings were identified: (1) reflective practices promote continuous professional development, (2) technology integration increases student engagement and conceptual understanding, (3) the combination of reflection and technology strengthens teachers’ technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK), (4) collaborative and reflective professional development enhances instructional implementation, and (5) integration challenges such as lack of confidence and pedagogical alignment require ongoing support. The study concludes that merging reflective pedagogy with technology integration creates a comprehensive framework for preparing adaptive, self-aware, and innovative mathematics educators. This integrated model provides valuable insights for the design of teacher education programs and underscores the need for professional development structures that foster both reflective and technological competencies. Future empirical research is recommended to validate these findings in classroom contexts and to assess their long-term impact on teaching outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the implementation of the round table method can help students in writing at SMA Negeri 1 Pamona Timur. The design of this research used a quantitative approach pre-experiment method with a one-group pre-test post-test design. Thus, the result can be known to be accurate, allowing one to compare the circumstances before treatment. The research results show that there is a significant difference in the score results of student tests in pre-test and post-test. So Ho rejected, and Ha accepted, meaning implementing the round table method XI MIA class impacted writing skills. This research concludes that Implementing the round table method can help students' writing skills at SMA Negeri 1 Pamona Timur. The test result that has been performed indicates that the mean value of the students increased after being treated in the round table methodthe mean value of students at pre-test 75,48 and post-test 84,57.
