Abstract

Pengolahan sampah di Desa Sukunan telah menerapkan sistem pengolahan sampah mandiri dan menjadi salah satu desa percontohan kampung program iklim tipe urban perkotaan. Dalam pengolahannya sudah terstruktur dengan baik dan memiliki manfaat yang berdampak langsung bagi warga desa Sukunan. Dalam pengolahan sampah di mulai dengan pewadahan di setiap rumah masing-masing warganya, di lanjutkan dengan pengumpulan di bank sampah Desa Sukunan, hingga pemilahan jenis sampah yang bisa di kelola menjadi sesuatu yang bermanfaat yang memiliki nilai jual. Metode pengelolaan yang dilakukan Masyarakat Desa Wisata Sukunan, dari mulai adanya sampah atau limbah khususnya dalam limbah rumah tangga sudah di kelola dengan cukup baik dan tertata. Berbagai metode seperti metode pemilahan, pengolahan, pemanfaatan sampah kembali sampai terbentuk kompos yang menghasilkan nilai ekonomis serta didukung dengan penerapan teknologi sederhana yang digunakan sehingga memaksimalkan kinerja dan operasional dalam penanganan dan pengelolaan limbah rumah tangga..

Abstract

Malalayang coast has become one of the favorite tourist destinations in the province of north sulawesi. According to the observation, malayang coast has undergone physical changes (damage) in the coast area. Therefore, it is necessary to study the waves characteristics in malalayang coast by using physical modeling, in order to discover the dynamics process that causes erosion or changes in the coastline. However, physical modeling is very expensive and requires a large area of space. To answer these problems, one method that can be used to calculate and to visualize the wave characteristics close to real conditions is to use SMS software, especially by using the CGWAVE module. This study aimed to attain information about the wave transformation process that occurs in the coast of malalayang, so that the results can be used to develop and to secure the coast area. The research methods used in this study were using the CGWAVE module software and also using the manual method (analytically and graphically) as a validation technique. The results of this research indicates that the simulation wave propagation with north direction as the dominant direction, at a significant wave height H=0.26m and the period T=3.2s, produces waves with a height between 0.016m to 1.46m. Afterward, the results of waves direction visualization in all segments has produce the same pattern, that is north direction, especially in the deep sea area. However, the waves direction changed (turns) when the depth changes or passes obstacles, specifically when the waves pass through shallow waters. Abstract

Bekasi Regency has Cibitung Main Market as a distribution center largest fruit and vegetable market and this is a source of Original Income Region (PAD) for the surrounding community, especially the Cibitung area. Though has great potential, Cibitung Main Market also has problems, Among them is the circulation of a humid market space that has the potential to accelerate decay, the kiosk building is old and is only occupied by 30% of traders only, the lack of water absorption, the irregular parking area accumulates garbage the rest of the vegetables and fruit make the drains clogged into puddles until they flood in the market area. Redesign or rearrangement and redesign with the concept Architecture Hybrid is needed to overcome these problems, the goal is to change people's view of the people's market from a slum, smelly, dirty view to a comfortable people's market for selling and shopping. Abstract

The diversity of local creative products in West Java contributes significantly to national economic growth. Seeing this potential, the West Java Government made special Regional Regulations and has a program to build creative hubs in every Regency/City. However, unlike in other big cities which already have many creative hubs, Bekasi Regency still lacks facilities like this. Many Small and Medium Industry (IKM) products in Bekasi Regency have not yet obtained certification and many creative millennials have business ideas but do not have room for production, capital and product development. In addition, since the 2019 coronavirus disease, creative economic growth in Bekasi Regency has also decreased. By using data collection methods in the form of observation, literature and comparative studies, the design of the Benovation Creative Hub aims to facilitate in supporting creative economic activities in the Bekasi Regency area. This design will combine an eco-tech architectural design concept approach which includes adapting the concept of "new normal". That in fact lately we are still in the new normal situation of the Covid-19 pandemic. Of course, we hope that this condition will end quickly, but choosing to remain consistent in carrying out a "new normal" lifestyle is one of the efforts and good habits to create a healthier environment and life through building design adjustments that facilitate the needs and comfort to carry out this style. that life. Abstract

One of the exact areas in Bekasi Regency which has a tourist spot that is still maintained to its natural beauty, namely Situ Rawa Binong. The location of Situ Rawa Binong itself is in the center of the crowd of industrial factories and many other activities such as students and students studying, to every corner of the crowd there are many people who trade for survival. Even though it is in such a busy position, the activities of Situ Rawa binong are still awake to its natural beauty, and has a series of cultural activities, sports facilities, and until it becomes a gathering place for communities or families, who want to relax from the density of activities that have been carried out. However, even though it is close to dense activity facilities, Rawa Binong Lake looks deserted from year to year from visitors who travel, after doing research and observation, it looks like a quiet atmosphere due to the lack of adequate infrastructure. From the time of the cultural activities that are often carried out every year, fewer and fewer people are willing to attend and attend the event. In response to this, the concept of a design design that can make the Rawa Binong Lake become crowded with visitors. As well as maintaining the preservation of nature and cultural activities. The author conducts research and makes considerations with various other tourist attractions. and the concept of an idea emerged, a design study to make Situ rawa binong managed as a tourist spot properly and not lost the existence of culture and natural beauty the author will promote the concept of Ecological Architecture.Which will create a beautiful tourist spot and maintain the beauty of the natural surroundings around the Rawa Binong. Abstract

Indonesia’s growing energy needs have not been matched by an adequate energy supply. Efforts to support the earth’s sustainability require energy efficiency and conservation. Energy efficiency and conservation is an effort to save energy in buildings and in the landscape. To ensure long-term sustainability, current infrastructure such as hotels, apartments, housing and libraries must adopt and maintain these energy saving principles. Harapan Indah is a housing complex located in Bekasi City, Medan Satria Sub-District. Many schools and universities in Harapan Indah need a place for their students to do non-formal learning activities; thus, there is a growing need for a public library that accommodate groups within the community sustainably. The prospective library design will be guided by principles of energy efficiency and conservation, employing several technologies such as the use of solar panels, roof gardens technology, garden reduction, optimal lighting and natural ventilation. Abstract

Bekasi Regency is one of the industrial areas in West Java. So there are various kinds of factories that produce various kinds of products. With so many factories in Bekasi Regency, it will lead to higher levels of urbanization or population movement from rural to urban areas higher in order to earn a living and change fate. From the data obtained, from BPS data for Bekasi Regency in 2015 the population was 72,911 people, in 2015 in 2016 the population was 92,595, in 2017 the number was 95,316, in 2018 the number population of 100,714, and in 2019 the population of 103,535. And along the development of time, the need for housing facilities to support life those in urban areas will increase. And of course, of course the immigrants and the natives will start building a family and settle in Bekasi Regency. So that The need for health facilities will definitely increase, for example, hospitals. In In this case, from the data obtained, the number of RSIA facilities in Bekasi Regency is still low minimal, especially in Central Cikarang District, which does not have the facilities at all Hospital and Mother and Child Hospital. That's why it's necessary planning for the procurement of RSIA in Central Cikarang District with the behavior architecture. This behavior architecture serves as a bridge for change the mood of building users when they are active in it. This concept can be implemented to building elements such as site concept, interior, material nor color. By analyzing the behavior, especially the mother and child, then will create an atmosphere of fun play space inside and outside the building so that healing process can be faster. As well as the use of open areas as healing garden at the hospital is also a solution to be applied in the district Bekasi, if you look at the behavioral architecture. With the addition of this green space in addition to to reduce pollution and excessive heat can also have an effect on the process patient healing. Abstract

Grobogan Regency is a Regency in Central Java which has a lot of culture and arts. The absence of facilities that accommodate articstic and cultural activities makes the public less aware and does not preserve the existing culture in Grobogan Regency. With these conditions, aplace for art and culture is needed so that people are more focused and not fall into negative associations. Seeing these needs and potentials, planning and designing a cultural park is carried out to facilities the community. This cultural park was designed under the name Aji Saka cultural park to commemorate the originator of javanes script, and use the Neo-Vernacular Architecture concept to maintain the existing culture and customs. Abstract

Youth Center is one of the infrastructures that is needed to support youth activities in accommodating and channeling interests and talents as well as increasing self-development, independence, and maturity in youth. However, facilities that are not accommodated properly for youth is the cause of juvenile delinquency, while youth is an essential period to form individual character. As can be seen from the data on the number of population projections, there are quite a lot of youth age categories, but complete facilities and space are not available yet in Bekasi to accommodate positive activities for youth. The location chosen in Summarecon Bekasi which is close to many educational facilities is one of the destinations for youth to gather. Deconstruction Architecture concept building is the right choice to represent youth who are full of high awareness, willing to try new things, unstable, emotional, likes freedom, likes something different, acts without thinking.The concept of the building also greatly affects the attractiveness of youth to come because a supportive atmosphere will give comfortable impression for visitors. Abstract

Human health includes conditions for the fulfillment of body and soul as well as physical health and spiritual health, without healthy conditions humans cannot carry out activities as they should, but amid the increasing needs of life today, humans have many problems caused by economic pressure, experiencing pressure, problems in the family. Currently in Indonesia regarding the number of people experiencing mental disorders, 17% of the 250 million Indonesian population, including patients at the Al-Fajar Seri Foundation, which continues to increase, new patients compared to patients who recovered from the mental disorder rehabilitation center. The Al-Fajar Seri Foundation also has problems. , including the irregular circulation of the rehabilitation center space, small drainage that has the potential to flood during the rainy season, the lack of inpatient buildings that have begun to be damaged and seem inhumane, no facilities to support the healing process, irregular parking areas. Restructuring and redesigning the area and building of the al-fajar serial mental disorder rehabilitation center which aims to build inpatient housing that can accommodate new patients and build humanistic supporting facilities. With an ecological concept approach that focuses on biological architecture that pays attention to the health of residents in terms of psychological factors and alternative architecture so as to produce a green area, in the rehabilitation center area there are vegetable and fruit gardens that function as food for consumption by patients, fish ponds that function as food and used for cultivation, cattle pens, craft workshops that function as productive activities that produce, fields and building forms that correlate the shape of the bow ruler and the traditional dog tagog house which are transformed into an alternative building.
