Abstract

The market is one aspect in driving the economy and as a means to meet the needs od the sommunity. Pasar Baru Cikarang is one of the main market in Bekasi Regency for the Cikarang area. Pasar Baru Cikarang has historically been an impressive market which underwent construction and renovation in 1992, conmpleted construction in 1994 and started operating in 1995. Looting event that occurred throughout into street vendors. As a result of traders turning to street vendors, market conditions are increasingly looking shabby and untidy. This slum condition makes the primary area which is the storefront of Bekasi Regency, especially Cikarang, which is an ASEAN Industrial City look less good. As an industrial city, it is necessary to have an architectural object that becomes an icon of an industrial city by emphasizing the concept of industrial architecture. It has a minimal concept of final finishing in buildings as its special feature, so its very suitable to be applied to market buildings. By applying it to the Pasar Baru Cikarang, it is hoped that it can lift the imagr of the market which is starting to dim and can also become of the icon of the Industial City. Abstract

Cibarusah Market is a traditional market located on Jalan Raya Cibarusah No. 41 Cibarusah Village, City of Cibarusah District, Bekasi Regency, West Java Province. Many new problems have emerged and have caused ineffective community activities in the area such as congestion, vehicle circulation, pedestrian circulation and garbage. Another problem is the ineffectiveness of the market building itself. It is necessary to improve the arrangement of this building so that it becomes more effective and efficient as well as to create a building that attracts people to shop and as the main shopping center in Cibarusah District by using behavioral architectural principles. The methods used to achieve the final design are field survey, data collection, data analysis, concept and final design. Planning includes rearranging kiosks and stalls within the market through grouping by commodity. It is hoped that it will facilitate the control of building utilities. Abstract

The case study is an international standard stadium with a capacity of 82,000 football spectators creating a diversity of signage in outdoor spaces. Signage is needed by humans to be understood so that it is recorded on cognitive maps. The cognitive map is then translated from the diversity of signage that is cohered into a movement to become an integrated system. This research uses a qualitative method that is analysed descriptively with a case study is the Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) method. The results show how football spectators understand the various types of signage are colors. The similarity in color indicates integrated zones so that in their cognitive maps there is information to facilitate structured decision making to lead to destination. The same symbol and form of signage refers to international standard rules so that it is easy to guide the spectator. The uniqueness of the signage can be used as a decision point for the next movement. Proper placement in a strategic position in the middle of access roads or circulation paths facilitates legibility and carrying out destination livelihood. Visually on form and function that have similarities or uniqueness can increase awareness and help in orienting oneself and finding destination. In the outdoor space, signage is found that functions as an identification sign, directional sign, and regulatory sign. The success of an integrated signage system can lead spectators from the outdoor space to the inside of the stadium building precisely and quickly.

Abstract

Jln. H.juanda is a transit point for users of rail transportation services at Bekasi station with high mobility. Activities on Jalan H. Juanda are dominated by motorbikes, shop houses, and street vendors. The actors involved in this area are users of rail transportation services, entrepreneurs around the station environment, street vendors (street vendors), drivers (motor cars, public transport), pedestrians. In this area there is a meeting between pedestrians and motorized vehicles. This area is a traffic jam point in Bekasi because there is a rail gate that is close to the sharp bamboo monument roundabout. Under these conditions, it is necessary to organize along the H. Juanda road corridor to overcome the congestion that occurs and to design a road corridor that accommodates all existing activities and actors. The arrangement begins with a field survey to identify problems, collect data and measure existing in the field. These data are then analyzed using Hamid Sirvani's Urban Design theory, taking into account the applicable regulations and standards. The output of this arrangement is the corridor design for Jln. H. Juanda includes the design of pedestrian circulation paths, public and private vehicle drivers, paths and street vendor zones. Design output includes two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) layout drawings.

Abstract

The stadium open space at JIS has the concept of sustainable landscape by considering ecological, aesthetic, and social aspects. This study’s goal is to identify several vegetative traits that meet the standard deviation of the area being studied. This study's methodology consists of qualitative analysis based on related literature research of the type, function, and layout of vegetation with case studies of stadium open spaces. The results show that the selection of ecologically functioning vegetation dominates in JIS. Vegetation for social functions close to seating and architectural functions lies in harmony with the shape of the composition of the building mass with the shape of the tree canopy that embodies building performance. The use of grass is ecologically intended for water catchment because JIS has a zero run off concept. Vegetation selection and replanting of relocation trees with adaptive planning to the location and conditions of JIS and low maintenance as well as to meet the green-based area in the green building concept

Abstract

Hardscape adalah salah satu elemen penting dari disiplin ilmu lanskap dengan berbasis pada tapak. Dalam penelitian ini, penerapan green building di JIS mengangkat kriteria tepat guna lahan yang berkaitan secara langsung dengan lanskap, yaitu hardscape. Salah satu penilaian yang dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman untuk rancang bangun berwawasan lingkungan adalah kriteria tepat guna lahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan bagaimana penerapan green building pada hardscape di JIS dalam mendukung nilai dari kriteria tepat guna lahan sehingga juga dapat dipergunakan sebagai referensi dalam merancang hingga acuan menilai bangunan. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah studi kasus dan literature review untuk menganalisis bangunan dengan mengkaji ulang poin dan tolok ukur yang telah diperoleh dari penilaian tim GBCI. Teknik penelitian ini secara langsung turun ke lapang dengan cara observasi dan wawancara untuk menghasilkan data primer sehingga memperoleh kesesuaian dengan parameter GBCI khususnya hardscape. Hasil menunjukkan lanskap JIS memiliki konsep green building sehingga menciptakan lingkungan dengan iklim mikro yang mampu mengurangi efek urban heat island karena menggunakan material beton dan batu andesit dengan warna abu-abu sehingga nilai albedo adalah 0,40 dan 0,47. Berkaitan dengan hardscape adalah manajemen air limpasan hujan karena JIS menerapkan konsep zero run-off yang didukung oleh teknologi row water tank. Penggunaan material beton untuk perkerasan jalan memiliki daya tahan terhadap pergerakan tanah karena sifatnya mengikat tanah dapat mencegah luapan air pada permukaan jalan sehingga air limpasan hujan secara langsung dapat terserap dengan tepat dan cepat.

Abstract

Ruas Jl.Akses Tol Karawang timur merupakan Jalan yang berada di Kab.Karawang merupakan jalur yang sangat sibuk, sepanjang Jl.Akses Tol Karawang timur ini banyak dilalui oleh kendaraan berat karena jalan ini merupakan salah satu jalan yang terbuka untuk umum, kendaraan berat yang membawa muatan salah satunya ke pabrik pabrik yang ada di Karawang dan mobil lainnya yang melintas. Hal ini juga dapat yang berpotensi menjadi faktor penyebab rusaknya perkerasan jalan,kondisi fisik jalan di Jl.Akses Tol Karawang timur menjadi perhatian penting. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman dari Bina Marga Pd T-14-2003. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 hari (Sabtu, Minggu, dan Selasa). Berdasarkan data lalulintas harian rata-rata (LHR) pada ruas Jl.Akses Tol Karawang Timur untuk kendaraan golongan I (sedan, oplet, dan pick up) dengan jumlah kendaraan sebanyak 10.579 unit, untuk golongan II (truk 2 gandar) berjumlah 1.285 unit, untuk golongan III (truk 3 gandar) berjumlah 649 unit, untuk golongan IV (truk 4 gandar) berjumlah 478 unit, dan untuk golongan V (truk 5 gandar) berjumlah 420 unit. Total LHR dari hasil analisa kendaraan 13.411 kendaraan/hari. Berdasarkan perhitungan faktor lalu-lintas kendaraan didapat nilai ESAL total sebesar 6.868,98 dan hasil perhitungan Truck Factor 2,4254 > 1, dimana nilai itu menunjukan bahwa kondisi kerusakan jalan yang ada dikarenakan beban kendaraan yang melintas pada ruas Jl.Akses Tol Karawang Timur ini mengalami beban berlebih (Over load). Faktor beban berlebih yang terjadi pada ruas Jl.Akses Tol Karawang Timur menyebabkan 3 Jenis kerusakan yaitu kerusakan lubang, kerusakan alur, dan kerusakan retak buaya.

Abstract

Importers and distributors of swimming pool chemicals face significant inventory challenges due to highly volatile and unpredictable demand. This study develops a responsive inventory management strategy by integrating multiple regression analysis with Monte Carlo simulation. Monthly sales data (January-December 2024) for three main products (TCCA Powder, Granular, and Tablet) were analyzed. Descriptive statistics revealed extreme demand volatility, with standard deviations exceeding means for all products. While regression models identified significant influences of previous demand, seasonality, and promotions (R² = 0.58-0.78), their forecasting accuracy was poor, as indicated by high Mean Absolute Percentage Error values (59.40%-147.86%). This limitation justified the shift to a probabilistic approach. Monte Carlo simulation using empirical distributions generated wide demand ranges (e.g., 250-22,000 kg for TCCA Granular), enabling the development of scenario-based inventory policies. The study concludes that the integrated regression-simulation framework provides a more realistic foundation for inventory decision-making than deterministic methods alone, particularly under high uncertainty. The primary contribution lies in positioning Monte Carlo simulation primarily as a decision-support tool rather than a forecasting technique, offering companies a practical method to establish dynamic safety stock levels and improve market responsiveness
