Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi dan era industri 4.0 menuntut perusahaan memiliki sistem rantai pasok yang efektif dan efisien. PT ABC sebagai perusahaan distributor alat berat menghadapi permasalahan dalam proses pemilihan supplier seragam mekanik yang masih dilakukan secara subjektif dan bergantung pada pengalaman kerja sama sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan bobot kriteria dan memilih supplier terbaik menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS).  Pemilihan kombinasi metode AHP dan TOPSIS dipilih karena mampu mendukung proses penilaian yang lebih objektif, sistematis, dan terukur dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif melalui studi kasus di PT ABC. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi kualitas, harga, pengiriman, kemampuan teknik, sistem komunikasi, dan packaging ability. Hasil analisis AHP menunjukkan bahwa kriteria harga memiliki bobot tertinggi sebesar 0,37, diikuti kualitas 0,25, pengiriman 0,14, kemampuan teknik 0,10, sistem komunikasi 0,08, dan packaging ability 0,06. Selanjutnya, hasil perhitungan TOPSIS menunjukkan bahwa PT CSI memperoleh nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,53 sehingga terpilih sebagai supplier terbaik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan pemilihan supplier secara lebih objektif dan terukur.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan perencanaan desain rumah tinggal dengan menerapkan konsep arsitektur kontemporer tropis. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah masih terbatasnya pemahaman masyarakat dalam mengintegrasikan prinsip desain tropis yang adaptif terhadap iklim dengan estetika modern yang efisien dan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif kolaboratif berbasis kebutuhan mitra (needs based design assistance) melalui lima tahapan, yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan, edukasi konseptual, penerapan teknologi desain, evaluasi, dan penyusunan dokumen akhir. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mitra terhadap prinsip zonasi ruang, optimalisasi pencahayaan alami, ventilasi silang, serta integrasi taman dalam rumah sebagai pengendali iklim mikro. Rancangan akhir menghasilkan tata ruang yang lebih efisien, adaptif terhadap orientasi matahari, serta mendukung kenyamanan termal dan efisiensi energi secara pasif. Secara akademik, kegiatan ini juga memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran berbasis proyek nyata bagi mahasiswa sebagai implementasi program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan konsep arsitektur kontemporer tropis melalui pendampingan partisipatif mampu menghasilkan desain rumah tinggal yang fungsional, estetis, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Security and efficiency of parking management are crucial aspects in the operations of companies and educational institutions. At Pelita Bangsa University, the conventional parking system still uses manual methods and paper-based tickets, which is inefficient and potentially creates security issues. In addition, the lack of integration between the parking system and vehicle identification increases the risk of theft. This research aims to design an RFID-based parking system that can be accessed using a Student Identity Card. The system uses RFID at low frequencies to ensure the security and accuracy of vehicle identification. The results show that the RFID system is able to efficiently replace conventional methods, reduce paper usage, and increase parking access speed. The system is also integrated with the student database, enabling better access control and automatic recording of vehicles. The implementation of the system in Pelita Bangsa University's parking area not only improves security but also user experience, with a faster payment process and structured vehicle data management. Hopefully, this system can be an innovative solution that can be applied in various institutions to face the challenges of parking security and efficiency in the digital age.

Abstract

The stadium open space at JIS has the concept of sustainable landscape by considering ecological, aesthetic, and social aspects. This study’s goal is to identify several vegetative traits that meet the standard deviation of the area being studied. This study's methodology consists of qualitative analysis based on related literature research of the type, function, and layout of vegetation with case studies of stadium open spaces. The results show that the selection of ecologically functioning vegetation dominates in JIS. Vegetation for social functions close to seating and architectural functions lies in harmony with the shape of the composition of the building mass with the shape of the tree canopy that embodies building performance. The use of grass is ecologically intended for water catchment because JIS has a zero run off concept. Vegetation selection and replanting of relocation trees with adaptive planning to the location and conditions of JIS and low maintenance as well as to meet the green-based area in the green building concept

Abstract

Vocational High Schools (SMK) have an important role in preparing graduates who are ready to work and able to meet industry needs. However, there is still a competency gap between students' abilities and the demands of the world of work, especially in terms of product quality inspection. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to improve SMK students' understanding and skills regarding product quality concepts, quality standards, and manufacturing product inspection techniques through training and practice-based learning. Activities were carried out at one of the SMKs in the Cikarang area and were attended by 20 students. Training included lectures on basic product quality concepts, demonstrations on the use of measuring tools such as rulers and calipers, product inspection practices, as well as discussions and evaluations of inspection results. Results showed a significant improvement in students' understanding of quality concepts and product inspection procedures, with an average post-test score increase of 58%. A total of 85% of participants were able to perform simple product inspections in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP). In addition, this training also contributed to the strengthening of soft skills such as accuracy, discipline, responsibility, cooperation, and critical thinking skills. This program of community service has proven effective in reducing the skill gap between education and industry needs, as well as improving the readiness of vocational school students to face the challenges of modern manufacturing.

Abstract

Jln. H.juanda is a transit point for users of rail transportation services at Bekasi station with high mobility. Activities on Jalan H. Juanda are dominated by motorbikes, shop houses, and street vendors. The actors involved in this area are users of rail transportation services, entrepreneurs around the station environment, street vendors (street vendors), drivers (motor cars, public transport), pedestrians. In this area there is a meeting between pedestrians and motorized vehicles. This area is a traffic jam point in Bekasi because there is a rail gate that is close to the sharp bamboo monument roundabout. Under these conditions, it is necessary to organize along the H. Juanda road corridor to overcome the congestion that occurs and to design a road corridor that accommodates all existing activities and actors. The arrangement begins with a field survey to identify problems, collect data and measure existing in the field. These data are then analyzed using Hamid Sirvani's Urban Design theory, taking into account the applicable regulations and standards. The output of this arrangement is the corridor design for Jln. H. Juanda includes the design of pedestrian circulation paths, public and private vehicle drivers, paths and street vendor zones. Design output includes two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) layout drawings.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan hunian yang nyaman, sehat, fungsional, dan adaptif terhadap iklim tropis menjadi permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra. Pada kegiatan pengabdian sebelumnya telah dihasilkan desain konseptual rumah tinggal berbasis arsitektur kontemporer tropis, namun desain tersebut belum dilengkapi dokumen gambar kerja sebagai acuan teknis pembangunan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan menyusun dokumen gambar kerja arsitektural 2D yang lengkap dan sistematis, sekaligus meningkatkan pemahaman mitra dalam membaca dokumen teknis arsitektur. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif kolaboratif melalui tahapan pengumpulan kebutuhan, edukasi, penyusunan dan pengembangan gambar kerja, diskusi dan evaluasi bersama mitra, hingga finalisasi dokumen. Penerapan konsep kontemporer tropis diwujudkan melalui integrasi pencahayaan alami, ventilasi silang, bukaan sesuai orientasi bangunan, elemen peneduh, dan inner courtyard. Hasil kegiatan berupa tersusunnya dokumen gambar kerja arsitektural 2D yang terkoordinasi, meliputi denah, tampak, dan potongan, serta meningkatnya pemahaman mitra terhadap fungsi dan isi gambar kerja sebagai acuan pembangunan. Luaran kegiatan berupa satu paket dokumen gambar kerja arsitektural rumah tinggal berbasis konsep kontemporer tropis yang dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan konstruksi dan dasar penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB).
