Abstract

This research take a title the Influences of service quality and Consumer Value TowardMember Satisfaction of Langgeng Makmur Cooperation which moved in lend and borrowfinancial service. This research purpose to recognize how variable role of service quality andconsumer value in order to increase member satisfaction of Langgeng Makmur CooperationSurabaya. From both independent variables that are service quality and consumer value whichone is dominantly role increasing satisfaction of cooperation member.Data collected through questionnaire method toward 74 respondents or service user ofLanggeng Makmur cooperation Surabaya that gained by using Simple Random Samplingtechnique. Analysis that used is multiple linear regression analysis with computer softwareaided SPPS 20.00.From the analysis yield can be concluded that service quality variable and consumervalue simultaneously have influence toward satisfaction level of member Langgeng Makmurcooperation Surabaya. It is compatible with hypothesis posed, get proved with calculationresult by using multiple linear regression method where gained value R2 as high 0,715 or71,50% member satisfaction influenced by service quality and consumer value variables whilethe rest is 28,5% influenced with other factor that uncalculated in this research. Then from bothindependent variables researched that are service quality and consumer value, based onvariable t-test or partial test can be concluded that most dominant which influence membersatisfaction level in Langgeng Makmur cooperation Surabaya is service quality variabel, whereit can be proved with regression value between service quality variable and membersatisfaction as many 0,642 or 64,20% member satisfaction influenced by service quality inassumption value consumer is nil and correlation value as 0,801 or 80,10% with significant level0,000 or far under alpha value as 0,05 or 5%.

Abstract

Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing dan strategi promosi terhadap peningkatan penjualan, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan, pada CV. Sinar Terang Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah digital marketing (X1), strategi promosi (X2) dan peningkatan penjualan (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan CV. Sinar Terang yang berjumlah 126 orang, dengan Jumlah sampel 56 orang pelanggan, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan kriteria uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil t-hitung pada variabel digital marketing sebesar 5,036 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Strategi promosi juga berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil t-hitung pada variabel strategi promosi sebesar 3,362 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,001. Kemudian secara simultan digital marketing dan strategi promosi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada CV. Sinar Terang Gresik. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil penelitian yang dapat dilihat dari hasil F-hitung sebesar 4,023 dengan tingkat signifikansi kurang dari 5% yaitu 0,000.++

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effec of location, promotion and services quality on customer satisfaction on the Cooperation Of Shariah Mawar Lamongan on Jl. Raya Simo Sungelebak, Karanggeneng, Lamongan Regency. This research is a survey with quantitave research. The population in this study were consumers Cooperation Of Shariah Mawar Lamongan. Sampling uses a purposive sampling technique and obtains a sample of 100 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, test coefficient of determination R2 and hypotesis testing through t test which is used to obtain location, promotion, and services quality partially on the Cooperation Of Shariah Mawar Lamongan.From the analysis results obtained t test results of the location variable t arithmetic = 2,769 > t table = 1.660 which determines the location agreed on the customer satisfaction. Variable promotion quality tcount = 1,991 > ttable = 1,660 which states the quality of the promotion against the customer satisfaction, and the services quality variable tcount = 3,970 > ttable = 1.660 that supports the services quality of the customer satisfaction. While R square of 0,727 shows that 72,7% of Customer Satisfaction variables are influenced by location, promotion and service quality. While the remaining 27,3% is influenced by other variables not examined.Keywords: Location, Promotion, Service quality, and Customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze financial performance with the Economic Value Added and Market Value Added methods in the Cement Sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and the sampling technique in this study is a purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used used secondary data through library studies and documentation studies obtained through the website https://www.idx.co.id in the form of a Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Report for the Year 2017-2021. The results of this study are that the three cement companies have a positive EVA value which means they have succeeded in creating economic value, and one company has a negative EVA value at PT Semen Baturaja Tbk which means the company is not able to provide added value in 2021. means providing added value through market capitalization value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil judul “Pengaruh Pengawasan Mutu Terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Konsumen menggunakan Layanan Jasa Servis Komputer Pada CV. Eltech Gresik” Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pengawasan mutu dan juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan mutu terhadap pengambilan keputusan konsumen atas layanan jasa pada CV. Eltech Gresik. Tahapan pengujian melalui persiapan, pengawasan selama proses dan tahap pemeriksaan akhir. Pengujian juga dilakukan melalui metode kuesioner terhadap 75 orang responden atau pengguna jasa servis komputer CV. Eltech Gresik, yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat komputer program SPSS. Dari hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa, pertama, CV. Eltech telah melakukan tahapan demi tahapan servis sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen, kedua, hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,725. Hal ini menunjukan bahwavariabel pengawasan mutu yang terdiri dari produk (X1), Harga (X2), Tempat (X3), dan Promosi (X4) memiliki hubungan kuat terhadap variabel keputusan konsumen (Y). Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,525 menunjukan bahwasecara simultan variabel Produk (X1), Harga(X2), Tempat(X3), dan Promosi(X4) memberi konstribusi  terhadap keputusan konsumen. Kata Kunci : Pengawasan Mutu, Keputusan konsumen, pelayanan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine : (1) The influence of motivation on job satisfaction. (2) To determine the effect of career development on job satisfaction. (3) To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction. (4) To determine the effect of career development on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Mitra Alami Gresik. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample used was 74 respondents. By using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that : (1) Motivation has a direct effect on job satisfaction. (2) Career development has an effect on job satisfaction. (3) Motivation affects employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the role of operational audit in supporting the effectiveness of sales in the company pt. pacific indo packing. because it is quite important to know how the role of operational audit and sales effectiveness in the company is whether the sales that have been carried out by the company have been effective or vice versa. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative descriptive method. The research method is intended to collect data according to the actual situation and provide an overview and analysis of the existing problems so that it can provide a fairly clear picture of the object under study. The sample in this study is the finance / sales department and the financial statements of the budget and sales realization in 2018 - 2020. The technique of analyzing the percentage results using the provisions, Less than or equal to 70% (≤ 70%) means that the sales function audit does not play a role in supporting sales effective. More than 70% (>70%) means that the sales function audit plays a role in supporting effective sales. Based on the analysis and the results of the questionnaire, the percentage of operational audit participation is 94.48%, this can be seen from the calculation of the answers to the questionnaire using existing benchmarks. So from the results of the percentage can be concluded that the role of operational audit at PT. PACIFIC INDO PACKING Lamongan can be said to play a role because the results of the operational audit presentation are 94.48% while the benchmark can be said to play a role if it is more than 70%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the company’s financial performance at PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk with analizing financial statements before and during the covid-19 pandemic. This study used secondary data and documentation method, for sampling used purposive sampling method and used quantitative descriptive for data analysis method. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in financial performance at PT Industri Jamu and Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Calculations used financial ratios show that covid-19 does not have a negative impact on financial performance at PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk, this is because when COVID-19 occurs, the calculation results show an increase percentage almost all in financial ratios except for the liquidity ratio, but the level of efficiency of the company's financial performance can still be said to be good, this is because even though there is a decrease in the liquidity ratio, the calculation results can still meet existing industry standards.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of depreciation methods at PT. Putra Mekar Jaya is in accordance with the assumptions of Financial Accounting Standards and the impact of various methods of depreciating fixed assets on company profits. The research method is qualitative and historical research. The results of this study are the application of a straight line method to the office and building inventory. Butfor vehicles it is not appropriate and should be changed by the declining balance method. Then the depreciation method used has an impact on company profits. So that we can know the profit reported at PT. Putra Mekar Jaya by using the straight-line method higher than the declining balance method and the methodfor the number ofyears.
