Abstract

Teachers' teaching creativity relates to designing and preparing teaching materials/subject materials, managing classes, using varied methods, utilizing media, to developing evaluation instruments. This study aims to determine the creativity of teaching teachers in the Office Administration Automation Department  at SMK Nurul Qalam Makassar. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a qualitative descriptive type of research. The informants in this study were 7 people using data collection techniques that were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, conclusions, and withdrawal/verification. The results showed that the creativity of teaching teachers in the Office Administration Automation Department at SMK Nurul Qalam Makassar was in the Effective category. Judging from the aspect of formulating learning objectives well, Having companion books for students, Choosing learning methods, Creating/using teaching aids media.

Abstract

This development research aims to (1) develop web-based learning media google sites, (2) to find out the validity, (3) and practicality of google sites web learning media in the message design course of the digital business study program of Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang University. This research is a development research (Research and Development) with reference to the ADDIE development model. The subject of this study is one material expert, one media expert, course lecturer, and thirty students. The methods used in data collection are interviews, questionnaires, and test. The results of research and development: (1) This development research process is carried out in several stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation. The analysis stage includes needs analysis studies, student characteristics analysis and Competency Analysis. The design stage includes the manufacture of learning tools, material expert instrument validators and media experts as well as lecturer and student questionnaires. The development stage includes the creation of multimedia learning products, validation of material experts and validation of media experts. The implementation stage is carried out in two cycles, namely individual trials and small group product trials, (2) the results of data analysis of learning media validation are in the very valid category, obtained from the assessment of material experts and media experts., (3) the results of the assessment of individual trial respondents, small group trials and lecturers' responses to web-based learning media google sites are declared very practical. Thus, learning media is valid, and practically used as a web-based learning media for google sites message design.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using of Prezi-based Media on Learning Outcomes Indonesian Language Class Student XI at Muhammadiyah Rappang Vocational High School.The  study  uses  a quantitative  methodology  with  a  true  experimental  design  with  a  posttest-only control group design. The population of this study was class XI students totaling 30 people with a sample taken from the entire class XI as many as 30 students of class XI Muhammadiyah Rappang and using saturated sampling technique. There are 2 variables in this study, namely the use of Prezi-based media (independent variable) and Indonesian language learning outcomes of grade XI students (dependent variable). This research was conducted in class XI of Muhammadiyah Rappang Vocational High School. Data collection techniques used observation, documentation, and test techniques. The test data that has been collected is then analyzed using the mean formula and t-test. Based on the results of data analysis, the mean value of the experimental group = 77,333 and the mean value of the control group = 52,444. And in the t-test obtained t-count 4,383> from t-table 5% (2,046) and 1% (2,763) with db 28.Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the hypothesis (H1) which states the Effect of Prezi-Based Media Use on Indonesian Language Learning Outcomes of Class XI Studentsof Muhammadiyah Rappang Vocational High School is "accepted".

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative method with the type of experimental research that aims to determine the effectiveness of using Flip Books on the results of Craft and Entrepreneurship learning for class XI SMA Muhammadiyah Pangsid, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.The population of this study were all 27 students of class XI SMA Muhammadiyah Pangsid, and the sample of this study was 27 people using the total sampling technique, namely by taking the overall sample. The data collection techniques used were documentation techniques, test techniques, and questionnaire techniques. The indicators of effectiveness in this study are based on Sinambela's theory (2006), the three indicators of effectiveness are: learning completeness, timeliness, and student responses. Learning outcomes are a measure of one's success. The results of this study indicate that the average posttest score is 88.0% higher, while the pretest result is 70.9%. The results showed that the use of Flip Books on the learning outcomes of crafts and entrepreneurship in class XI SMA Muhammadiyah Pangsid was declared effective.

Abstract

The My Like application is an application designed to manage human resources quickly, efficiently and effectively. In application development, government employees and agencies can access various important information through an application that simplifies the process of managing administrative services by providing alternative solutions that are sent or managed via accounts created quickly, using administrative service technology, this research uses qualitative methods to explain the implementation of the mylike application in Bone district. Qualitative methods are methods that focus on in-depth observations and produce more comprehensive studies. Data collection techniques in this research use library research. The data source for this research is the website, the My Like Bone application is able to improve employee performance and provide accurate information and knowledge that employees need. Based on the results of the analysis with the availability of the My Like Bone application, ASN employees will be increasingly advanced in using increasingly advanced technology, and will simplify all aspects of city and regional management and improve human resource development.

Abstract

Seiring kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini, perkembangan teknologi industri keamanan informasi juga semakin berkembang, dan perangkat serta aplikasi mengontrol keamanan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana inovasi pemerintah terkait tentang keamanan kota. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dalam hal keamanan kota inovasi pemerintah kabupaten sinjai melakukan pengadaan cctv. Penggunaan teknologi CCTV (closed circuit television) dapat mempermudah akses informasi, monitoring dan penggunaan di area tertentu. Keberadaan kamera cctv sudah banyak yang menggunakan, bahkan hampir setiap pembelanjaan umum atau tempat tertentu banyak memasang CCTV untuk membantu keamanan. Penggunaan CCTV bukan hanya untuk perusahaan besar atau toko toko saja, namun rumah pribadi juga banyak yang memasangnya untuk mengawasi anak anaknya ketika sedang keluar rumah ataupun barang yang mungkin berharga bagi sang pemilik rumah. Dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah kabupaten sinjai terkait kemanan kota dengan pengadaan CCTV banyak membantu warga maupun pihak kepolisian untuk melihat insiden seperti kecelakaan, kekerasan dan pencurian di titik-titik tertentu dengan memperoleh pengawasan video.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of the Student Exchange Program on students of the Government Science Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Sinjai in the context of implementing the Independent Campus Learning Policy (MBKM). Research methods involve observations of students' direct participation in the program, as well as interviews to gain an in-depth understanding of their experiences. Observation results show that this program has had a significant impact on the development of academic Government Studies, analysis of political and government issues, as well as students' ability to formulate solutions and analyze community resources. Interviews revealed that students also experienced improved social skills, such as adaptability, cross-cultural communication, and leadership, as well as gaining broader career opportunities and international collaboration in the future. In conclusion, this student exchange program not only provides great academic benefits, but also helps students in holistic self-development, thereby making a significant contribution in forming a generation of students who are ready to compete globally.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Postpartum adalah periode ditandai dengan perubahan peran, perubahan fisik, dan psikologis ibu. Adaptasi fisik dan psikologis memang tidak muda untuk ibu depresi postpartum merupakan perasaan sedih yang berupa gangguan psikologis yang ditandai dengan gejala depresi, sulit tidur, cemas, tidak berdaya, kehilangan Kontrol, ketakutan yang terjadi mengenai kondisi bayi, kurang memperhatikan bentuk tubuh kejadian tersebut dialami selama 2 minggu setelah melahirkan. Usia muda dianggap terlalu beresiko terhadap anak bayi, baik dari segi fisik maupun psikis. Dukungan suami merupakan salah satu bentuk interaksi sosial yang bersifat nyata, didalamnya terdapat hubungan timbal balik memberi dan menerima bantuan. Misalnya seseorang yang merasa disayangi, diperhatikan, dicintai oleh orang-orang terdekat seperti halnya keluarga besar yang merasa berharga memilikinya. Tujuan, Untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan dukungan Suami terhadap Depresi Post partum Ibu Nifas, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode cross sectional adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik yaitu jenis yang menekankan waktu pengukuran dan observasi data variabel independent dan dependen hanya satu kali pada satu saat.

Abstract

Sistem zonasi merupakan sebuah kriteria utama dalam sistem Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) yang melihat berdasarkan jarak antara tempat tinggal calon peserta didik dengan satuan pendidikan, bukan berdasarkan Nilai Ujian Nasional (NUN) sebagaimana ketentuan sebelumnya. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Dan Kebudayaan ( Permendikbud ) Nomor 14 Tahun 2018 kemudian mengalami perubahan mengacu pada Permendikbud Nomor 51 Tahun 2018 Tentang Kebijakan Sistem Zonasi Pada Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) yang diberlakukan pada tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Program sistem zonasi memiliki berbagai keunggulan diantaranya : merupakan strategi percepatan pemerataan pendidikan yang berkualitas, mendekatkan lingkungan sekolah dengan lingkungan keluarga, menghilangkan sekolah favorit. Selain banyak keunggulan nyatanya program sistem zonasi membuat  orang tua murid  merasa sistem zonasi ini malah mempersulit calon siswa untuk melanjutkan sekolah, orang tua dan siswa mengalami kebingungan atau kurangmya pemahaman tentang sistem zonasi, adanya pembatasan kuota, dan sekolah yang sesuai dengan zona terkadang tidak sesuai dengan keinginan anak jadi membuat kurangnya semangat anak dalam belajar. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kebijakan sistem zonasi pada SDN 21 Jati Utara, mengapa sistem zonasi sangat penting diterapkan pada SDN 21 Jati Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif  dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari observasi dan wawancara terhadap 5 informan serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dokumen dan laporan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Implementasi menurut Georgee C. Edwards III. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada implementasi kebijakan sistem zonasi pada SDN 21 Jati Utara yang telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun ajaran 2019/2020 dalam pelaksanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru, SDN 21 Jati Utara jadwal pelaksanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru dimulai pada tanggal 17 s/d 26 Juni 2019.
