Abstract

Recruitment and placement play a crucial role in establishing a proficient Human Resources workforce inside an organization. This entails the process of strategically assigning employees or potential employees to work placements in order to enhance their efficiency in executing their workload and to foster the development of their skills. The objective is to ensure the smooth execution of tasks and to allocate individuals to positions and roles that align with their interests and abilities. The primary objective of this study, conducted inside the K3PG Cooperative, is to examine the extent to which recruitment and job placement practices impact employee performance. The K3PG Cooperative has received a response from a total of 53 individuals participating in the survey. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, in conjunction with the Partial Least Square technique and the SmartPLS 3.0 software, was used. To facilitate the implementation of data collection techniques, we conducted an extensive literature review and sent questionnaires to the participants. Based on the study results, it can be inferred that the process of recruitment has an impact on the performance of employees, while the placement of individuals in certain job roles has a discernible effect on the performance of workers employed by K3PG Cooperative.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era digitalisasi ini menuntut untuk semua kalangan harus bisa berpikir lebih maju demi mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang semakin maju pula. Pada jurnal ini membahas tentang implementasi pelaksanaan Program KALIMASADA dalam meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan dan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai administrasi kependudukan di Kecamatan Tenggilis Mejoyo. Pelaksanaan program ini merupakan inovasi yang digunakan untuk mewujudkan kemudahan dalam pelayanan administrasi kependudukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan pelaksanaan program terhadap dua kriteria yang menjadi fokus utama penelitian. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah hasil pengamatan secara langsung dan wawancara secara lisan untuk mengetahui respon masyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan program. Hasil dari pelaksanaan program yang meliputi data administrasi kependudukan akan dilakukan update di website KALIMASADA untuk memasukkan data terbaru yang diperoleh dari lapangan. Dampak dari pelaksanaan Program KALIMASADA dapat meningkatkan pelayanan pemerintah kepada masyarakat dengan lebih efektif dan efisien serta memberikan motivasi kepada masyarakat bahwa melakukan pembaruan data administrasi kependudukan sangat penting untuk dilakukan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether workload and work discipline affect job satisfaction. The research method used is saturated sampling methodology consisting of 36 permanent employees of the marketing and service division using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that workload can contribute to increasing employee job satisfaction, and work discipline can contribute to increasing employee job satisfaction. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or known as MSMEs are an important sector of the domestic and global economy. The research was conducted in Talang Village, Rejoso District, the subject of this research was Bu Yanti's Opak Gapit MSMEs. Opak Gapit is one of the leading MSMEs in Talang Village. The problem faced by opak gapit is the lack of use of the brand and there are weaknesses in the packaging of opak gapit if it has to be sent out of town. So that it is necessary to rebrand the Opak Gapit MSMEs, the changes made include making a logo, updating the packaging design and taking product photos. The results of that research succeeded in developing packaging in terms of design and functional value. The new design looks more attractive to consumers and up to date when compared to the old design.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan yang baik dan pernanan sumber daya yang unggul dapat berdampak signifikan pada keberhasilan perusahaann. Penelitian ini dialakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja, kompetensi kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penilitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan PT. Sentral Global Energi sebagai objek penelitian. Dengan diperolehnya hipotesis stress kerj aberpengaruh negative terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompetensi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi perpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi ialan karyawan PT. Sentral Global Energi dengan jumlah sampel 80 karyawan. Metode peneilitiann yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung. Adapaun Teknik penilaian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert 1-5. Teknik data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program pernagkat lunak yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menuntukan bahwa stress kerja belum dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sentral Global Energi, kompetensi kerja dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sentral Global Energi dan motivasi kerja dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sentral Global Energi. Kata Kunci: Stress Kerja, Kompetensi, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Employee performance is the most important factor or key to determine the success of a company, in achieving planned goals. Issues related to performance are the main concern in this study. The purpose of the study was to identify the impact of workload, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Romi Violeta. The method used is a quantitative method with a sample involving 51 permanent employees in the general administration, production and marketing departments. Data were obtained through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale from 1 to 5 and processed using the SmartPLS program analysis. The results of this study indicate that workload has a negative effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work discipline and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee performance. Increasing workload can cause a decrease in employee performance. While increasing work discipline and organizational commitment, employee performance will increase. Keywords: workload, work discipline, organizational commitment, employee performance

Abstract

Didalam menjalankan suatu bidang bisnis atau usaha pasti butuh jenis sumber daya seperti, modal, material, dan manusia. Sumber Daya Manusia adalah salah satu aset penting dalam manajemen untuk menjadi pusat utama dalam menjalankan sebuah organisasi. Dalam hal tersebut perusahaan mengerti akan halnya bahwa karyawan merupakan modal yang paling bernilai. Salah satu cara perusahaaan mendapatkan produktivitas dari karyawan dengan cara menjaga kepuasan kerja yang dimiliki karyawan. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan organik PT. Pelindo Sub Regional III Jawa di Surabaya. Penelitian ini penentuan sampel berjumlah 50 responden dan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Pengembangan karir, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan organik.

Abstract

The implementation of employee onboarding at the PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk. (EMTEK) group was presented in an innovative way over time, until the method of onboarding was created under the name 'EMTRACKS'. This program aims to introduce the EMTEK group, starting from the incorporated companies, corporate values and culture, to group games as an implementation of corporate values and culture to new employees. However, the effectiveness of internalizing corporate culture and values through EMTRACKS needs to be analyzed to identify areas that need to be improved, in order for the onboarding program to optimally convey values and culture to new employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the effectiveness of the implementation of onboarding to new employees of EMTEK in internalizing the Company's culture and values. This is reviewed from several aspects, ranging from duration, material, to delivery methods. The research approach used is a qualitative method through participatory observation along with participant interview after onboarding is completed. This survey is designed to capture the impression of the 'EMTRACKS' onboarding program that they have participated in. The results of this study show that the EMTRACKS program proved effective in conveying EMTEK Group's values and work culture to new employees through interactive and creative approaches. However, development of activity design and communication needs to be improved to ensure maximum participation and optimum internalization of culture and values to new employees. Overall, EMTRACKS is an effective and innovative onboarding model in building new employees' engagement with the company culture
