Abstract

In today's era of globalization, companies or organizations must compete and adapt to address threats and competitors in order to remain contemporary. Human resources (HR) become a key factor that plays a role in achieving the company's goals in its commercial endeavors. HR issues are often related to turnover intention faced by companies/organizations. This study aims to identify the impact of job satisfaction and workload on turnover intention among nurses at Arafah Anwar Medika Hospital Sukodono, Sidoarjo. The research sample consists of 48 nurses at Arafah Anwar Medika Hospital Sukodono. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to the nurses and analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, involving reliability tests, validity tests, and hypothesis testing. The findings of the study show that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, while workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menilai sejauh mana work-life balance dan stres kerja memengaruhi kinerja karyawan di tempat kerja di PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras. Penelitian ini menerapkan metodologi kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah  karyawan yang bekerja di kantor PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras. Teknik non-probability sampling digunakan untuk penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini, khususnya strategi saturation sampling dan secara keseluruhan jumlah sampel adalah 70 responden. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis Partial Least Squares (PLS). Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan secara positif dan signifikan dipengaruhi oleh work-life balance, sebaliknya stres kerja secara negatif memengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras.

Abstract

The implementation of employee onboarding at the PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk. (EMTEK) group was presented in an innovative way over time, until the method of onboarding was created under the name 'EMTRACKS'. This program aims to introduce the EMTEK group, starting from the incorporated companies, corporate values and culture, to group games as an implementation of corporate values and culture to new employees. However, the effectiveness of internalizing corporate culture and values through EMTRACKS needs to be analyzed to identify areas that need to be improved, in order for the onboarding program to optimally convey values and culture to new employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the effectiveness of the implementation of onboarding to new employees of EMTEK in internalizing the Company's culture and values. This is reviewed from several aspects, ranging from duration, material, to delivery methods. The research approach used is a qualitative method through participatory observation along with participant interview after onboarding is completed. This survey is designed to capture the impression of the 'EMTRACKS' onboarding program that they have participated in. The results of this study show that the EMTRACKS program proved effective in conveying EMTEK Group's values and work culture to new employees through interactive and creative approaches. However, development of activity design and communication needs to be improved to ensure maximum participation and optimum internalization of culture and values to new employees. Overall, EMTRACKS is an effective and innovative onboarding model in building new employees' engagement with the company culture

Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine how employee loyalty is affected by work environment and discipline in the operations division of the Surabaya Main Branch Post Office 60000. Primary data from questionnaires given to respondents served as the basis for this study. Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) is a statistical analysis tool used in research data processing that use partial least squares analysis methodologies. According to the study’s findings, employee loyalty is positively impacted by work environment and discipline.

Nutrifood Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada industri makanan dan minuman sehat. Hal ini terbukti selama 45 tahun, Nutrifood telah berkomitmen untuk menginspirasi dan membina kehidupan yang sehat dan menyenangkan, baik secara fisik maupun mental melalui beberapa produknya. Dalam proses bisnisnya PT. Nutrifood Indonesia menerapkan beberapa strategi pemasaran salah satunya pada brand NutriSari dengan melalui sampling produk NutriSari Isotonik ke komunitas olahraga. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kegiatan sampling produk dalam membangun brand awareness produk NutriSari.Isotonik pada PT. Nutrifood Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sampling produk sebagai salah satu strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam membangun brand awareness NutriSari. Abstract

Brand identity is an element that shapes the way a brand looks, feels and communicates with its audience. This research further studies the role of BTPN Syariah facilitator in developing brand identity and its impact on product sales at MMS Bakung. This research aims to (1) Know the role of the facilitator companion (2) Know the impact of using brand identity on sales growth at MMS Bakung. The research method used is qualitative method, through direct interviews with BTPN Syariah customers. The results of this study show (1) The role of BTPN Syariah facilitators in developing brand identity is to plan and guide the creation of business identity and implement it in daily business activities, and (2) The impact of using brand identity on sales at MMS Bakung is experiencing an increase in sales/customers although not significant. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between PT. Indonesian Classification Bureau Tanjung Perak Surabaya staff' performance and their job experience and discipline. The research methodology employed in this study is associative analysis in quantitative research. Saturated sampling procedures were used in this study, which included 46 employees of the PT. Indonesian Classification Bureau Tanjung Perak Surabaya as the population and sample. The analysis procedure makes use of the Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis technique. Work experience and work discipline have an impact on employee performance at the main branch of PT. Indonesian Classification Bureau Tanjung Perak Surabaya. So that the company can grow, it is intended that this involvement would have a favorable effect on employee performance in the future.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of employee discipline and perceived organizational support (POS) on organizational commitment among civil registry employees in Surabaya. Data were gathered from 50 public servants through structured questionnaires, utilizing the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The findings reveal that both employee discipline and POS positively and significantly impact organizational commitment. These results emphasize the vital roles of organizational support and workplace discipline in nurturing employee loyalty and responsibility.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peranan penting dalam perekonomian daerah, termasuk di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Namun, banyak UMKM yang menghadapi tantangan dalam aspek pemasaran yang mengakibatkan rendahnya daya saing produk mereka. Program pendampingan bisnis yang diinisiasi oleh BTPN Syariah dalam memberdayakan kapabilitas pemasaran UMKM di Sidoarjo. Pendampingan bisnis dengan pemaparan materi terkait pengembangan usaha dalam aspek pemasaran dan konsultasi individual selama satu bulan membangun kemandirian UMKM dalam mengelola usaha mereka. Dengan adanya pendampingan ini, UMKM di Sidoarjo diharapkan dapat lebih kompetitif dan berkontribusi lebih signifikan terhadap perekonomian lokal maupun nasional.
