In the current era of advanced digitalization, product marketing and sales have gone through very rapid changes. The development of information and communication technology has opened new pathways for various new opportunities in the world of business processes. One of them is the emergence of digital marketing innovation, which has become a forum for business processes for promoting and selling products on various online platforms. In the industrial era 4.0, everyone is required to use technology in all fields. This changes the socio-economic lifestyle, and the type of work one wants to achieve also changes significantly. All types of transactions use non-cash and self-service facilities. This happens in all transactions, for example in online trading, transportation, insurance, and many more. This research aims to determine the use of Digital Marketing through E-Commerce. The method in this research is a qualitative descriptive method by looking for data sources from research results and news whose truth is acknowledged. The research results state that the most widely used e-commerce is Shopee. The existence of an e-commerce platform helps people carry out buying and selling transactions anywhere and anytime.

This study investigates the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at CV. Sengon Maju Lancar, a wood-processing company in Kediri, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 50 production employees through structured questionnaires. The results reveal that motivation has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, with achievement being the most influential motivational factor. In contrast, job satisfaction does not significantly affect performance, suggesting that satisfaction alone may not drive productivity in this context. These findings highlight the importance of motivational strategies in enhancing workforce effectiveness, particularly in labor-intensive industries. The study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence from a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in Indonesia and offers practical recommendations for human resource management.

The development of technology and the internet has changed the way consumers interact with brands. Live streaming, especially via Shopee, has become an effective strategy in the digital era. This research analyzes the application of live streaming at night as an effort to influence purchasing decisions for Avero products. The research method uses descriptive qualitative with a SWOT matrix. Avero live streaming is powerful in live interactions, product presentations, and reading live comments. Disadvantages include connection disruptions and competing evening activities. Opportunities include special evening promotions and free delivery vouchers. Threats involve monotonous content and the emergence of new competitors. SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies are recommended to optimize Avero's live-streaming marketing on Shopee. The conclusion emphasizes adapting to competitors' strategies for greater live-streaming effectiveness. This research is expected to guide Shopee Live users in formulating more efficient marketing strategies.

Advertising is one way to market products in the digital era by utilizing social media as a marketing tool to expand its market reach without limits. Implementing the right online promotional strategy is very necessary to attract consumer attraction through TikTok social media. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of TikTok social media advertising as an online promotion strategy for CV Avero Indonesia and analyze the content characteristics of TikTok @averoofficial advertising as an online promotion strategy for CV Avero Indonesia. This research is qualitative research using the library research method. The research results can conclude that advertising via TikTok social media is quite effective as an online promotion strategy for CV Avero Indonesia. The advertising promotion strategy delivered by the TikTok account @averoofficial is in line with the AIDA stages, which attract a lot of attention and increase the audience seen from the number of followers of the TikTok account.

Dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi dari perusahan, maka diperlukan peningkatan kinerja dari karyawan yang mana akan memberikan kualitas yang lebih baik. Kemajuan sebuah perusahaan tidak terlepas dari kemajuan karyawannya dalam bekerja yang terlihat dari kinerja karyawannya. Bagaimana karyawan bekerja dan berperilaku yang baik dalam perusahaan akan menentukan nasib sebuah perusahaan di masa yang akan datang. Para karyawan diharapkan menjalankan semua tugas-tugasnya dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh dari model kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia di Wonoayu Sidoarjo. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia di Wonoayu Sidoarjo pada bagian produksi dengan jumlah sampel 78 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan structural equation modelling dan partial least square (PLS) sebagai alat analisis. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif.

ABSTRACTInnovations of the learning module are needed to cover loopholes and weaknesses of the conventional learning. The goal of this research is to create a learning module of the nation‟s defence education based on local wisdoms through a citizen project learning as an effort to increase nation‟s defence awareness and civic competence. This is a mixed method research, using both qualitative and quantitative method with “the dominant-less dominant design” pattern. The analysis shows that citizen project learning module gives a positive impact towards the knowledge, attitude and student skill‟s improvement in internalizing nation‟s defence awareness values and civic competence. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of intrinsic motivation and compensation on the employees performance at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Logistics in Madiun City. The population of employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Logistics in Madiun City is 35 employees, and the sampling method used is a saturated sampling technique, making all employees participants in the research. The research method employed is quantitative with a measurement scale using the ordinal scale with the Likert scale weighting technique ranging from 1 to 5. To achieve the research objectives, the hypotheses are tested using the Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The entire testing process using PLS demonstrates results that surpass the required values for the reliability of the testing. Based on the research findings, it is established that both intrinsic motivation and compensation have a significant positive effect on the employees performance at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Logistics in Madiun City.

Turnover intention is defined as employees’ tendency to leave the organization, either through the desire to seek new employment or by planning to resign. This phenomenon has become an important issue in human resource management, particularly among Generation Z employees who are known to have relatively high job mobility. The research was conducted to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction, self efficacy, and turnover intention. Employing a quantitative framework, 120 Generation Z respondents from Sidoarjo were surveyed through questionnaires,and the results were analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS software. The study results indicate that job satisfaction significantly reduces turnover intention. Likewise, self efficacy was proven to have a significant negative impact on turnover intention. In other words, employees with higher job satisfaction and stronger self efficacy are less likely to develop the intention to leave their organization.

The success and sustainability of an organization can be determined by one of its factors, namely employee performance. Factors related to employee performance such as work discipline and organizational commitment are the problems in this study. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and commitment on employee performance at PT Tunggal Djaja Indah. This research method uses a quantitative approach with SmartPLS analysis techniques. The tests carried out include outer model tests, inner model tests, and hypothesis tests. The number of samples used was 56 employees in the production department of PT Tunggal Djaja Indah. The results of the study showed a significant positive effect of work discipline on employee performance, as well as a significant positive effect of organizational commitment on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan efektivitas strategi sponsorship dan open booth dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk Telkomsel di Surabaya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif komparatif dengan uji statistik Mann-Whitney dan perhitungan matematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) sponsorship menghasilkan penjualan lebih tinggi dibandingkan open booth, 2) analisis cost ratio mengungkapkan bahwa open booth lebih efisien secara biaya dengan rasio efisiensi 52% lebih baik 3) temuan dari uji statistik Mann-Whitney menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara kedua strategi, akan tetapi effect size termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan kecenderungan sponsorship lebih unggul dalam peringkat penjualan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sponsorship lebih unggul dalam hal volume penjualan, namun open booth lebih efisien dari segi biaya.
