Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih banyak yang menghadapi tantangan dalam membangun identitas merek yang kuat. Artikel ini membahas program pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM nasabah Bank BTPN Syariah di wilayah Mobile Marketing Syariah (MMS) Rungkut terkait branding melalui merek dan logo. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan langsung, dan evaluasi terhadap hasil implementasi branding oleh nasabah. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM yang mengikuti program ini berhasil meningkatkan daya saing produk mereka di pasar melalui penerapan merek dan logo yang lebih menarik, relevan, dan konsisten. Selain itu, program ini juga mendorong pelaku UMKM untuk lebih memahami pentingnya identitas visual sebagai alat komunikasi dengan konsumen. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah bahwa branding melalui merek dan logo dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan UMKM.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah elemen kunci dalam meningkatkan perekonomian daerah dan nasional. Artikel ini membahas implementasi program Bestee oleh BTPN Syariah di Kecamatan Sawahan, Surabaya, yang bertujuan untuk mendukung pemberdayaan UMKM, khususnya perempuan pelaku usaha. Program ini menawarkan pendekatan inovatif melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, dan pemanfaatan aplikasi Kita Bestee. Metode yang digunakan yakni kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, serta survey. Hasil analisis menunjukkan program ini sukses meningkatkan kemampuan pemasaran dan produksi UMKM nasabah, 90% nasabah menjawab survey dengan hasil yang positif. Mereka mengatakan bahwa sangat terbantu dengan adanya program pendampingan ini karena bisa mendapatkan pengetahuan baru dan juga mendapatkan output sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Rata-rata nasabah menghasilkan output berupa media promosi secara offline (banner, brosur, daftar harga). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan yang berkelanjutan dan penggunaan media promosi dalam pemberdayaan UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of viral trends on TikTok as a promotional tool for Viva Cosmetics. The background of this research is based on the rapid growth of TikTok as an effective social media platform for marketing products through creative and viral content. TikTok serves as a medium that enables brands to interact directly with audiences through engaging and informative short videos. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation and in-depth interviews with Viva Cosmetics' internal parties and active TikTok consumers. The results show that leveraging viral trends, producing engaging content, and collaborating with relevant creators play significant roles in increasing brand awareness and product sales. The use of popular hashtags and trending challenges has also proven effective in capturing audience attention and driving purchase decisions. Additionally, consumer trust is further enhanced through authentic product reviews from TikTok creators. These findings demonstrate that marketing strategies based on viral trends on TikTok can strengthen brand image, increase consumer loyalty, and positively impact Viva Cosmetics' sales performance.

Abstract

Digital transformation in internship management demands a system that is not only administratively efficient but also relevant to the practical needs of students and companies. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of Skul.id as a supporting instrument for student internships at PT Telkomsel Surabaya Branch using a descriptive qualitative approach. Effectiveness is measured through three indicators: program understanding, satisfaction, and goal achievement. The results show that Skul.id is effective in supporting daily attendance and document-based assignment collection, but still faces constraints such as limited assignment formats and unstable notifications. This finding confirms that the effectiveness of digital apprenticeship systems is influenced by the integration of technical quality and alignment with students' work needs. Practically speaking, the development of similar applications needs to consider the integration of more diverse assignment formats and improved notification reliability so that the digital system can serve as a sustainable model for the digitalisation of internships at other institutions.

Abstract

In the current era of advanced digitalization, product marketing and sales have gone through very rapid changes. The development of information and communication technology has opened new pathways for various new opportunities in the world of business processes. One of them is the emergence of digital marketing innovation, which has become a forum for business processes for promoting and selling products on various online platforms. In the industrial era 4.0, everyone is required to use technology in all fields. This changes the socio-economic lifestyle, and the type of work one wants to achieve also changes significantly. All types of transactions use non-cash and self-service facilities. This happens in all transactions, for example in online trading, transportation, insurance, and many more. This research aims to determine the use of Digital Marketing through E-Commerce. The method in this research is a qualitative descriptive method by looking for data sources from research results and news whose truth is acknowledged. The research results state that the most widely used e-commerce is Shopee. The existence of an e-commerce platform helps people carry out buying and selling transactions anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at CV. Sengon Maju Lancar, a wood-processing company in Kediri, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 50 production employees through structured questionnaires. The results reveal that motivation has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, with achievement being the most influential motivational factor. In contrast, job satisfaction does not significantly affect performance, suggesting that satisfaction alone may not drive productivity in this context. These findings highlight the importance of motivational strategies in enhancing workforce effectiveness, particularly in labor-intensive industries. The study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence from a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in Indonesia and offers practical recommendations for human resource management.

Abstract

The development of technology and the internet has changed the way consumers interact with brands. Live streaming, especially via Shopee, has become an effective strategy in the digital era. This research analyzes the application of live streaming at night as an effort to influence purchasing decisions for Avero products. The research method uses descriptive qualitative with a SWOT matrix. Avero live streaming is powerful in live interactions, product presentations, and reading live comments. Disadvantages include connection disruptions and competing evening activities. Opportunities include special evening promotions and free delivery vouchers. Threats involve monotonous content and the emergence of new competitors. SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies are recommended to optimize Avero's live-streaming marketing on Shopee. The conclusion emphasizes adapting to competitors' strategies for greater live-streaming effectiveness. This research is expected to guide Shopee Live users in formulating more efficient marketing strategies.

Abstract

Advertising is one way to market products in the digital era by utilizing social media as a marketing tool to expand its market reach without limits. Implementing the right online promotional strategy is very necessary to attract consumer attraction through TikTok social media. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of TikTok social media advertising as an online promotion strategy for CV Avero Indonesia and analyze the content characteristics of TikTok @averoofficial advertising as an online promotion strategy for CV Avero Indonesia. This research is qualitative research using the library research method. The research results can conclude that advertising via TikTok social media is quite effective as an online promotion strategy for CV Avero Indonesia. The advertising promotion strategy delivered by the TikTok account @averoofficial is in line with the AIDA stages, which attract a lot of attention and increase the audience seen from the number of followers of the TikTok account.

Abstract

Dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi dari perusahan, maka diperlukan peningkatan kinerja dari karyawan yang mana akan memberikan kualitas yang lebih baik. Kemajuan sebuah perusahaan tidak terlepas dari kemajuan karyawannya dalam bekerja yang terlihat dari kinerja karyawannya. Bagaimana karyawan bekerja dan berperilaku yang baik dalam perusahaan akan menentukan nasib sebuah perusahaan di masa yang akan datang. Para karyawan diharapkan menjalankan semua tugas-tugasnya dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh dari model kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia di Wonoayu Sidoarjo. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia di Wonoayu Sidoarjo pada bagian produksi dengan jumlah sampel 78 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan structural equation modelling dan partial least square (PLS) sebagai alat analisis. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif.

Abstract

ABSTRACTInnovations of the learning module are needed to cover loopholes and weaknesses of the conventional learning. The goal of this research is to create a learning module of the nation‟s defence education based on local wisdoms through a citizen project learning as an effort to increase nation‟s defence awareness and civic competence. This is a mixed method research, using both qualitative and quantitative method with “the dominant-less dominant design” pattern. The analysis shows that citizen project learning module gives a positive impact towards the knowledge, attitude and student skill‟s improvement in internalizing nation‟s defence awareness values and civic competence.
