Abstract

Minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, antara lain motivasi belajar dan lingkungan teman sebaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan pengaruh 1) Motivasi belajar terhadap minat melanjutkan studi di perguruan tinggi, 2) Lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap minat melanjutkan studi di perguruan tinggi, 3) Motivasi belajar dan lingkungan teman sebaya dalam menentukan minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas XII BDP SMK Negeri di Surabaya. Deskriptif kuantitatif merupakan jenis penelitian ini. Siswa kelas XII BDP SMK Negeri di Surabaya menjadi populasi. Jumlah sampel adalah 175. Sampel acak sederhana (Simple random sampling) dipilih sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner. Regresi linier berganda dipilih sebagai teknik analisis data dengan program SPSS untuk windows. Sebagai hasil, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa 1) Motivasi belajar secara parsial mempengaruhi minat melanjutkan studi di perguruan tinggi, 2) Lingkungan teman sebaya secara parsial mempengaruhi minat melanjutkan studi terhadap perguruan tinggi, 3) Secara simultan motivasi belajar dan lingkungan teman sebaya mempengaruhi minat studi lanjut di suatu perguruan tinggi bagi siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri Surabaya.

Abstract

This study is an action research aimed at determining the influence of the implementation of Merdeka Flow on students' collaborative abilities and learning outcomes. This research was conducted in class XI Digital Business 3 of SMKN 4 Surabaya in the even semester of the Academic Year 2023/2024 with a total of 32 students. This study was conducted in 2 cycles, each comprising planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection methods included observation, documentation, and tests. Observations were conducted to assess students' collaborative skills, documentation was used to gather data such as learning materials, student names, instructional documentation, and observation results, and tests were administered to evaluate students' learning progress. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively for students' collaborative skills and quantitatively for their learning outcomes. Qualitative analysis involved examining indicators of collaborative skills, while quantitative analysis involved calculating achievement percentages and categorizing them. The results showed that students' collaborative skills improved from Cycle I to Cycle II, with an overall rating of Good. Additionally, test results indicated an improvement in learning outcomes from Cycle I, where the pre-test average score increased from 63.59 to 82.03 in the post-test, and in Cycle II, where the pre-test average score increased from 69.69 to 86.56 in the post-test. Consequently, it was concluded that the implementation of Alur Merdeka could enhance both students' collaborative skills and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pencapaian pendidikan dapat diraih dengan memaksimalkan efektivitas kegiatan belajar melalui penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran yang sesuai dan tepat, tetapi kenyataannya kegiatan pembelajaran cenderung masih didominasi guru, sehingga menyebabkan kurangnya keterlibatan aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar yang kurang maksimal namun hal ini bisa diatasi dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Customer Relationship Management (CRM), dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Jurusan Bisnis Digital di SMK N 4 Surabaya dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan di SMK N 4 Surabaya dalam dua siklus, dengan 34 siswa kelas XI BD 2 sebagai subjeknya, siklus-siklus tersebut terdiri dari proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi yang dilaksanakan. Tes dan observasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terjadinya peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL. Persentase aktivitas belajar siswa   60,9% pada siklus I dan 80,3% pada siklus II. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa 65,7% pada siklus I dan 88,6% pada siklus II.

Abstract

One of the main obstacles to online learning is learning infrastructure and the availability of internet facilities, i.e., internet quotas. Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) students regularly receive internet quota assistance from the Minister of Education and Culture and Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Therefore, it is expected that the online learning process will run well. The study aimed to determine 1) the impact of the online learning service quality on student satisfaction and 2) the moderation effect of Infrastructure to strengthen the effect of service quality on student satisfaction in online learning. The subjects of this study were students of the UNESA, Indonesia, with 250 students as research samples. Data collection was done by distributing online questionnaires using google forms. The data analysis technique used moderated regression analysis. The results proven that 1) the online learning service quality affects student satisfaction, 2) infrastructure as the moderator variable not proven as a moderator model, but infrastructure has a direct influence on student satisfaction in online learning. Abstract

Increasing the competence of graduates is a significant problem in the evaluation of study programs related to the absorption of graduates in the world of work. This problem can be answered by implementing an innovative internship program and collaborating with various partners. The stipulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2020 concerning National Higher Education Standards, which regulates apprenticeship as a form of learning outside the classroom, aims to provide practical experience to students and reduce the low absorption of graduates in the world of business and industry. This research examines the evaluation of the certified apprenticeship program in the 2019 Public Administration Undergraduate Study Program, which is analyzed using evaluation theory (Dunn), which includes six indicators: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness, and accuracy. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that things need to be improved, especially in terms of efficiency. This research contributes to the importance of commitment and attention to study programs in collaborating with stakeholders to improve the quality of graduates through internship programs. Suggestions for this research are the need to increase collaboration with external parties related to apprenticeship activities to expand the apprentice network. In addition, it is necessary to increase street vendor guidance activities between supervisors and street vendor students, which are carried out intensively.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the communication strategies and creativity of content creators in promoting products on social media, with a focus on the Shopee Affiliate program. Identify strategies and creative elements used by content creators to increase the effectiveness of product promotions on social media. This research uses observation and interview methods with four informants who are active as content creators on various social media platforms. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that content creators develop promotional media through the use of attractive visuals, educational content, language that is easy to understand, and the use of viral elements such as hashtags and popular sounds. These strategies help create interesting content and can increase engagement with the audience. The use of effective communication strategies and creativity in creating content has been proven to increase the success of Shopee Affiliate product promotions on social media. Content creators need to continue to innovate and follow trends to maintain the appeal of the content they create.

Abstract

Sebuah tantangan bagi Guru dalam menghasilkan inovasi bahan ajar yang memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi yaitu berupa electronic material salah satunya berbentuk E-Modul. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah memberikan penguatan inovasi bahan ajar kepada kepada Guru melalui pelatihan merancang E-Modul aplikasi Sigil software. Khalayak sasaran pelaksanan PkM ini adalah Guru SMK Labschool Unesa1 Surabaya. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini 92,86% dari target peserta yang direncanakan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan dalam tiga hari, yaitu hari pertama penyampaian materi, hari kedua dan ketiga melakukan pendampingan penyusunan bahan ajar E-Modul dengan menggunakan aplikasi sigil software. Pelatihan ini dilakukan secara interaktif dengan kombinasi melalui ceramah, sharing, tanya jawab, melakukan diskusi, tutorial dan peserta mempraktikan secara langsung untuk menyusun E-Modul. Pelaksanaan pelatihan ini efektif karena terdapat peningkatan nilai yang signifikan sebesar 25% terkait pemahaman peserta pelatihan terhadap isi materi dan praktik saat pendampingan. Luaran atau output dari pelaksanaan PkM peserta pelatihan mampu membuat rancangan bahan ajar E-Modul, yang ditunjukkan dari 85% peserta pelatihan telah mengumpulkan output

Abstract

The development of.learning media using Articulate Storyline is becoming increasingly important in the context of modern student-centered education. When problems arise regarding the lack of teacher creativity and teacher skills in utilizing learning media, it causess students too easily get bored in the learning process. This activity is divided into 3 parts, namely: (1) Initial coordination stage of activities, (2) Implementation of activities, and (3) Evaluation of activities. In general, the ability of participants to understand learning media using the articulate storyline application is good with a classical completion value indicator (KKM) of 70. Based on the pre-test value of training participants who have a completion value of 67.5% and a post-test value of 81.7%. From the results of the training on making learning media, it can be identified that participants are very enthusiastic in participating in the training from the high level of attendance of training participants and the results of making good learning media after training.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial intention is the beginning of the creation of entrepreneurial activities, and in the process of creating entrepreneurial activities, external assistance is needed to support the creation of a business. This assistance can be in the form of entrepreneurial learning. This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial learning on the entrepreneurial intention of grade 11 digital business students of SMKN 1 Sooko. This study uses a quantitative method. The location of the study was at SMKN 1 Sooko, with grade 11 digital business students as the research population. Samples were taken from grade 11 students majoring in digital business 1 and 2. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using SPSS version 25. The results showed that entrepreneurial learning influenced the entrepreneurial intention of grade 11 digital business students.
