Abstract

Work readiness can be defined as the ability of students to enter the workforce immediately after graduating from school, equipped with the mental preparedness, knowledge, experience, and maturity they have acquired. Therefore, readiness is essential for employment. Work readiness is a crucial aspect that must be possessed by students of Vocational High Schools (SMK) in order to compete in the job market after graduation. Factors that may influence work readiness include internship experience and career guidance obtained by students during their education. This study aims to analyze the influence of internship experience and career guidance on the work readiness of XII grade students at SMKS NU Gresik in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research uses a quantitative method. The research was conducted at SMKS NU Gresik with XII grade students as the research population. The sampling technique used a census method, resulting in 129 students from all majors being selected as research samples, with the criteria that they had participated in internship programs and received career guidance at school. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results showed that internship experience and career guidance had an influence on the work readiness of XII grade students at SMKS NU Gresik in the 2024/2025 academic year. Abstract

Stronger entrepreneurship education is needed as an alternative job creation strategy given the high unemployment rate in Indonesia, especially among vocational high school (SMK) graduates. The purpose of this research is to examine how entrepreneurship education influences the entrepreneurial interest of eleventh-grade students at SMKN 1 Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach, and questionnaires are used to obtain data. The sample was selected using simple random sampling, totaling 187 students. Simple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The findings of this research indicate that entrepreneurial interest is significantly influenced by entrepreneurship education. This research highlights the importance of entrepreneurship education in shaping students' perspectives and preparing them for entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine the impact of green perceived quality on green purchase intention. Additionally, it seeks to explore whether green trust enhances the relationship between green perceived quality and green purchase intention. Method: The research employs a quantitative approach, focusing on consumers in Surabaya who have experience purchasing eco-print products from MSMEs. A total of 300 respondents were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, and the analysis was conducted using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Results: The findings reveal that green perceived quality significantly influences green purchase intention. However, green trust does not moderate or strengthen the relationship between green perceived quality and green purchase intention.  Novelty: While prior studies have investigated issues related to trust, this research uniquely examines the role of environmental beliefs from the perspective of perceived quality in shaping green purchase behaviour, particularly in the context of MSME products. By proposing a research framework, this study provides insights that can assist MSMEs in enhancing green purchasing intensity through strategies centered on green perceived quality and moderated by green beliefs.

Abstract

Kualitas layanan adalah prioritas dalam menjaga hubungan bisnis dengan penyedia layanan dan konsumen. Dengan meningkatkan kualitas layanan dapat menumbuhkan kepuasan pelanggan, sehingga konsumen akan membeli produk yang sama di perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, tujuannya adalah untuk mencari pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap niat pembelian kembali, pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap minat pembelian kembali pada pengguna transportasi e-Bike Migo di Surabaya. Kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan sebagai metode penelitian. Populasi yang diambil adalah 378. Sampel berjumlah 182. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memiliki pengaruh meminta konsumen terhadap kualitas barang dan memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen yang membeli produk dan ada pengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang pemilik Migo di Surabaya. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan kebiasaan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Niaga. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Niaga 2016 hingga 2018, sampel sebanyak 208 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan nonprobability sampling yang menggunakan sampel jenuh (sensus). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa, tetapi variabel kebiasaan belajar memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar. Sedangkan motivasi belajar dan kebiasaan belajar secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar; Kebiasaan Belajar; Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the developing countries which has many industry players of MSMEs. One of the MSMEs is MSME of Metal in Ngingas Sidoarjo Village which is able to market products from local market, national to international market. The objectives of the research are to analyze the role of industrial environment, entrepreneurial behavior, and managerial capability applied to measure company performance. This type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques used observation, unstructured interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Research subjects are micro scale micro entrepreneurs, Village Heads, and metal organizations Ngingas Sidoarjo. The result of the research proves that the industry environment in the obstacle of new competitors, supplier strength, buyer strength, and the availability of substitute goods have a role to the company's performance, while competitive competitor indicator does not contribute to company performance. Abstract

Getuk pisang is one of traditional snack in Kediri. Sentra Getuk Pisang Dusun Jatisari, which is the main supplier of getuk pisang in Kediri, had decline sales caused by pandemic. The purpose of this study is 1) Analyze the internal and external conditions of Sentra Getuk Pisang Dusun Jatisari, 2) Analyze the position of Sentra Getuk Pisang Dusun Jatisari using the Internal-External (IE) matrix and 3) Provide recommendations strategies that can be applied to the Sentra Getuk Pisang Dusun Jatisari. This study used non-probability sampling with interactive analytical techniques from Miles and Huberman consist with data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion: drawing/verifying. The results showed that the IFE matrix was 2.43, EFE 2.8 and the IE matrix was in quadrant V or hold and maintain. Recommended strategy that can be used at Sentra Getuk Pisang Dusun Jatisari is market penetration by utilizing online media and product development.

Abstract

The research was aims to determine 1) how the impact of prices on purchasing decisions, 2) whether lifestyle strengthens the effect of prices on purchasing decisions virtual goods in online games app. The type of research that is used is quantitative research which uses a sampling technique that is purposive sampling with 115 respondents. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires via a google form. This study uses the data analysis techniques MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). The results of this study prove that 1) prices have a positive impact on the purchase decision of virtual goods in online games app, 2) lifestyle strengthens the effect of prices on purchase decision virtual goods in online games app.

Abstract

Job readiness is crucial for students' success in entering the workforce. Therefore, factors that can support student job readiness are needed. This study aims to analyze the influence of internship (PRAKERIN) on the job readiness of 12th-grade students majoring in business and management at SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. The study used a descriptive quantitative method. The population was 199 12th-grade students majoring in business and management at SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. A sample of 133 students was selected using probability sampling through a proportional stratified random sampling approach. A questionnaire was used via Google Forms as the instrument. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25. The results showed that internship variables influence the job readiness of 12th-grade students majoring in business and management at SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto.

Abstract

Educated unemployment remains a pressing issue in Indonesia, particularly among university graduates. The Faculty of Economics and Business at Surabaya State University (FEB UNESA) has sought to foster entrepreneurial intention through courses, training, and entrepreneurship programs. Nevertheless, students’ intention to pursue entrepreneurship has not yet reached an optimal level. This study aims to analyze the influence of self-confidence and interpersonal communication skills on entrepreneurial intention among FEB UNESA students. The research applied a quantitative survey method with 373 active students from the 2021–2023 cohorts selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The findings reveal that self-confidence does not significantly affect entrepreneurial intention, while interpersonal communication skills have a positive and significant effect. These results emphasize the crucial role of soft skills, particularly interpersonal communication, in preparing students to become competitive young entrepreneurs.
