Abstract

This study examines the influence of digital leadership, work-life balance, employee engagement, and organizational learning on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a moderating variable. Using SEM-PLS analysis on data from 250 employees in Indonesia's technology and service sectors, the findings reveal significant positive effects of digital leadership, employee engagement, organizational learning, work-life balance, and job satisfaction on performance. Job satisfaction positively moderates the relationship between digital leadership, work-life balance, and employee engagement with performance. However, a counterintuitive finding emerges in the interaction between job satisfaction and organizational learning, which weakens performance. This suggests that while job satisfaction amplifies the benefits of adaptive leadership and work-life harmony, it may reduce the efficacy of organizational learning initiatives, potentially due to misalignment with individual needs or contextual factors. The study underscores the necessity for organizations to cultivate technology-adaptive environments, prioritize employee engagement, and design balanced policies that integrate digital leadership with holistic well-being. Policymakers are advised to advocate for labor regulations that strengthen digital leadership capabilities and institutionalize work-life balance frameworks. For future research, longitudinal approaches and contextual variables—such as organizational culture or workload pressures—are recommended to deepen understanding of these dynamics. These insights contribute to human resource management strategies in the digital era, including nuanced approaches to sustaining performance while addressing employee satisfaction

Digital transformation has become the centre of attention in modern organizational strategies, especially in the context of digital transformational leadership. This research aims to map the intellectual structure and global research trends related to these themes through a bibliometric approach. Data were obtained from the ScienceDirect database using the keyword "digital transformational leadership" and coverage of the publication years 2020 to 2025. A total of 500 articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed using the VOSviewer software. The visualization results show five main clusters that are interconnected, namely digital leadership, digital competence, digital innovation, barrier to transformation, and sustainable performance. Digital leadership emerged as a central theme, while barriers and technostress became a new issue that developed in the latest literature trends. The visual overlay analysis also shows a shift in focus from the technological aspect to the strategic and human resources aspect. This research makes a theoretical contribution in identifying the direction and opportunities for advanced research in the field of digital leadership, as well as practical implications for organizations in sustainably managing digital transformation. This study also emphasizes the importance of digital competence, continuous innovation, and mitigation of technological barriers as the foundation for organizational success in the era of digital disruption.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, interpersonal communication of medical personnel, and facility availability on patient satisfaction at Pangkalpinang City General Hospital (RSUD Kota Pangkalpinang), as well as to examine the mediating role of patients' economic perception. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey method involving 218 outpatient and inpatient respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the SmartPLS 4 application. The results indicate that service quality, interpersonal communication, and facility availability have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Furthermore, patients’ economic perception significantly mediates the relationship between service quality and interpersonal communication with patient satisfaction, but does not significantly mediate the relationship between facility availability and patient satisfaction. These findings underscore the importance of improving service quality and interpersonal communication, as well as strengthening patients’ economic perception to optimize patient satisfaction in hospitals. This research provides practical implications for hospital management in designing more holistic and patient-oriented service quality improvement strategies.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of price, social media endorsement, and venue atmosphere on purchase decisions, with consumer satisfaction as a moderating variable, within the context of coffee shop consumers in Pangkal Pinang, Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative approach using survey data collected from 200 respondents who meet specific criteria related to digital behavior and purchasing experience. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that while price does not significantly affect purchase decisions directly, it strongly influences consumer satisfaction, which in turn has a significant effect on purchase decisions. Social media endorsement exerts a direct and significant influence on both satisfaction and purchase decisions, underlining its strategic importance in contemporary digital marketing. Meanwhile, venue atmosphere significantly enhances satisfaction but shows limited direct impact on purchase decisions, confirming its mediating role through emotional experience. This research emphasizes the importance of integrated marketing strategies that combine pricing, influencer marketing, and atmospheric design to optimize consumer satisfaction and drive purchasing behavior in service-based industries.

Abstract

This study seeks to investigate the impact of Product Quality on Consumer Purchase Choice, utilising Customer Reviews and Ratings as mediating variables. The methodology used in this study is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) facilitated by SmartPLS software. Data was collected from 228 participants who had experience in online shopping. The research findings revealed that Product Quality exerted a positive and significant influence on Customer Reviews and Ratings, as well as on Purchase Decision. In addition, Customer Reviews and Ratings were found to positively influence Purchase Decision, albeit to a lesser magnitude compared to Product Quality. These results underscore the idea that Product Quality is an important determinant of Purchase Decision, while Reviews and Customer Ratings serve as additional factors that can enhance the decision. The implications derived from this study suggest that organisations should prioritise improving product quality as a fundamental strategy, while also managing customer reviews and ratings to increase favourable perceptions of their products.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Financial Literacy on Financial Inclusion by considering the role of Infrastructural Facility and Policy and Regulation as mediation variables. The study was conducted on MSMEs in the city of Pangkalpinang with 224 respondents, Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online using Google Forms. The results of the analysis show that Financial Literacy has a significant effect on Financial Inclusion, both directly and through the Infrastructural Facility. On the other hand, mediation through Policy and Regulation is not significant, indicating that political regulation has not played an optimal role in increasing financial inclusion. These findings emphasize the importance of encouraging investment in strengthening infrastructure such as fintech networks and banking services in remote areas as an effective strategy in encouraging wider access to finance. In addition, regulations related to political and financial policies need to be evaluated to be more adaptive and effective in supporting people's financial literacy and access. More applicable financial education programs also need to be expanded through cooperation between the government, the private sector, and MSMEs to increase public understanding and participation in the formal financial system. Further research is suggested to explore additional factors and use a longitudinal approach to gain a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the role of confidence in financial management as a mediator between personal finance management, banking knowledge, attitude towards debt, and financial compliance among Indonesian adults. The research method used was a quantitative survey with a cross-sectional approach, involving 170 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analysed using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that confidence in financial management significantly mediated the relationship between personal financial management and financial compliance, but no significant mediating effect was found on the banking knowledge pathway. A positive attitude towards debt also showed a marginal mediating effect through self-confidence. These findings emphasise the importance of financial education interventions that focus not only on the knowledge aspect but also on strengthening confidence and positive attitudes in financial management.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of social media and financial education on investment interest among young people, with investment promotion as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach and path analysis, data were obtained from 180 respondents aged 17–30 years in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The results showed that financial education had a significant effect on investment promotion and investment interest. Social media had a significant effect on investment promotion, but not directly on investment interest. Investment promotion also did not significantly mediate the relationship between social media and investment interest. These findings emphasize the importance of financial education as a major factor in increasing investment interest among the younger generation in the digital era. The practical implication is the need for integration between digital marketing communication strategies and sustainable financial literacy programs. Further research is recommended to explore moderating variables such as trust in financial institutions and digital literacy for a deeper understanding of investment behavior among the younger generation.

Abstract

The community service program aims to provide education and guidance to the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) and relevant community representatives, in order to support the implementation of BUMDes management tasks. This initiative involves a series of training sessions, such as in the fields of financial accounting, human resource empowerment, and management in the village of Sempan, located in the Pemali Subdistrict, Bangka Regency. The establishment of BUMDes is undertaken with a strong intention to realize economic empowerment in the village of Sempan, which holds significant economic potential. BUMDes also carries the responsibility to transparently and accountably compile financial reports for its business units on a monthly basis. However, there are several challenges that need to be addressed, including the lack of collaboration among various relevant parties in the village and a limited understanding of BUMDes management. Through the implementation of this community service program, the outcomes achieved include enhancing the understanding of village officials and BUMDes managers regarding BUMDes governance in Sempan Village, Pemali Sub-district, Bangka Regency. Furthermore, the knowledge and skills of BUMDes managers in financial management and financial reporting are improved. Furthermore, it is anticipated that this community service program will result in an optimal BUMDes management approach, capable of empowering the community, increasing Village Original Income, reducing social disparities, and transforming the village into a more self-reliant entity.
