Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi dalam meningkatkan customer repeat order produk di Klinik Kecantikan X area Bekasi. Dengan mempertimbangkan pentingnya loyalitas pelanggan dalam industri kecantikan, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Product Knowledge, dan Physical Evidence dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan serta dampaknya terhadap Repeat Order. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CRM, Product Knowledge, dan Physical Evidence memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, kepuasan pelanggan terbukti menjadi mediator dalam hubungan antara ketiga variabel tersebut dengan tingkat repeat order pelanggan.

Abstract

To improve the quality of pharmaceutical installation services in hospitals, there needs to be a service standard that can be used as a guideline in providing pharmaceutical services. By implementing service standards optimally, it will foster a positive hospital image. A positive hospital image will foster patient loyalty and interest in revisiting. This study aims to analyze the effect of pharmaceutical service quality and hospital image on patient satisfaction and its impact on the interest in revisiting outpatients at XYZ Hospital. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. This study is included as explanatory research. The total sample in this study was 250 respondents. The sample was determined based on simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive statistical analysis and the Partial Least Square (PLS) test which includes outer model analysis (measurement model) and inner model analysis (structural model). The data was processed using Smart PLS software version 3. SEM ( Structural Equation Modeling ) based on variance. The results show that the quality of pharmaceutical services has a significant effect on patient satisfaction, the image of the hospital has a significant effect on patient satisfaction, the quality of pharmaceutical services has a significant effect on the intention to revisit, the image of the hospital has a significant effect on the intention to revisit, patient satisfaction has a significant effect on the intention to revisit, the quality of pharmaceutical services has a significant effect on the intention to revisit and the image of the hospital has a significant effect on the intention to revisit through patient satisfaction. So it can be concluded that the quality of service and the image of the hospital affect patient satisfaction and the intention to revisit patients, the better the quality of service and the image of the hospital, the higher the level of satisfaction and the intention to revisit the patient.

Abstract

Purpose: This study analyzes the impact of exchange rates on the financial health of Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia, focusing on the financing dimension.Methodology: The study employs the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method to assess the interaction between exchange rates (independent variable), NPF and FDR (moderator variables), and ROA (dependent variable). It uses secondary data from the financial statements of eight Islamic Commercial Banks from 2020 to 2022, comprising 36 observations.Finding: The results indicate that exchange rates significantly impact ROA, both directly and through interactions with NPF and FDR. The model has an adjusted R² of 34.89% and an RMSE of 1.1573, demonstrating good quality. The F-test value is 5.69 with a probability of 0.0015 (<0.05). The regression assumptions confirm normality and homoscedasticity; however, the Durbin-Watson test (1.48 < 1.80) indicates autocorrelation.Implication: This study recommends strengthening risk management in Islamic banks through Sharia-based financing principles. It uniquely contributes to Islamic banking research by exploring exchange rate effects using a three-way interaction approach.Originality: This study provides a unique contribution in analyzing the effect of exchange rates on the health of Islamic banks through a three-way interaction approach, which has not been widely discussed in the context of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses permodalan, rendahnya kapasitas sumber daya manusia, kendala pemasaran, infrastruktur yang tidak memadai, kurangnya inovasi produk, serta lemahnya pengelolaan keuangan di sektor UMKM dan BUMDes. Dengan pendekatan multimetode meliputi ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan workshop berbasis studi kasus, kegiatan ini memberikan pelatihan tata kelola usaha digital, strategi pemasaran digital, dan penggunaan teknologi modern. Hasil kegiatan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan daya saing dan kemandirian UMKM serta BUMDes melalui implementasi strategi berbasis digital marketing. Luaran kegiatan ini mencakup publikasi ilmiah untuk mendokumentasikan proses dan capaian, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan serta praktik pemberdayaan masyarakat. Program ini diharapkan menciptakan dampak berkelanjutan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal di Kecamatan Surade dan sekitarnya.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the supporting factors in implementing Digital Marketing(DM) and Customer Relationship Management(CRM) and to examine their role in developing the Champion MSME model in West Java. Amidst tight digital competition, many MSMEs have not fully leveraged the use of digital technology, particularly in building strong customer relationships and expanding their market share. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review(SLR) using the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, which involves articles published between 2015 and 2025 and indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, Copernicus, Sinta, and Garuda. The results of the study show that the success of digital marketing (DM) and CRM depends on the level of digital literacy, technological infrastructure support, personal interaction, and efficient customer data management. Both strategies play a role in increasing Customer Satisfaction(CS), Customer Engagement(CE), and Customer Loyalty(CL), which then contribute positively to MSME performance. In addition, the Soft System Methodology (SSM) approach is used to design a contextual Champion MSME development model that involves the participation of stakeholders. These findings are expected to be the basis for an effective strategy for developing sustainable MSME digitalization.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Teknologi Digital, HR Competence, Strategic Intelligence, Kepemimpinan Adaptif dan Transformasi Digital terhadap Kinerja Organisasi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pada Pemerintah Kota Depok. Sampel penelitian 345 responden Pegawai Pemkot Depok , untuk fokus grup diskusi (FGD) dihadiri oleh Kabag di Lingkungan Pemkot Depok. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan fokus grup diskusi (FGD). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang diolah dengan software Smart PLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Teknologi Digital berpengaruh terhadap Transformasi Digital, variabel HR Competence berpengaruh terhadap Transformasi Digital, variabel Strategic Intelligence berpengaruh terhadap Transformasi Digital, variabel Kepemimpinan Adaptif berpengaruh terhadap Transformasi Digital, variabel Teknologi Digital berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, variabel HR Competence berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, variabel Strategic Intelligence berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, variabel Kepemimpinan Adaptif berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Organisasi dan variabel Transformasi Digital berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Organisasi. Adapun hasil penelitian analisa strategi melalui tahapan strategi input stage dengan IFE & EFE matching stage dengan TOWS dan decision stage dengan QSPM maka strategi yang digunakan dari hasil QSPM Strategi Meningkatkan Pengembangan HR Competence dan Strategi Peningkatan Transformasi Digital.

Abstract

In a business era full of uncertainty and high competitive dynamics, the company's ability to develop and execute mature strategic management is the main determinant in maintaining business sustainability. The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the application of strategic management at PT X through a comprehensive approach, starting from the analysis of mission statement components, SWOT analysis, IFE and EFE Matrix, Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM), to Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE) Matrix, as well as the design of corporate strategy using The Three Horizons model. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection technique includes a study of documents on the financial and annual statements of PT X and its subsidiaries from 2012–2019, then financial and annual report data of three companies for benchmarking. The results showed that PT X had significant internal strength (IFE score 3.04) but was less than optimal in responding to external dynamics (EFE score 2.61). The proposed corporate strategy includes strengthening core business (H1), transforming business unit portfolio (H2), and long-term innovative development (H3). This research is expected to be an initial reference for follow-up studies that can enrich the analysis of business strategies through additional approaches such as PESTLE and Balanced Scorecard to establish more holistic sustainable performance indicators.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit kronis yang membutuhkan pengobatan jangka panjang dengan biaya yang cukup tinggi. Pemilihan terapi yang kurang tepat dapat menyebabkan hasil pengobatan tidak optimal dan meningkatkan beban ekonomi bagi pasien maupun penyedia layanan kesehatan. Untuk menentukan terapi antihipertensi yang paling efektif dan efisien, diperlukan analisis farmakoekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan efektivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan kombinasi antihipertensi A (Candesartan+Bisoprolol) dengan kombinasi B (Candesartan+Amlodipin). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan data sekunder dari rekam medis pasien rawat jalan peserta BPJS di RSUD Kabupaten Rejang Lebong, Bengkulu, pada periode April–Juli 2024. Jumlah sampel terdiri dari 80 pasien, dengan masing-masing 40 pasien pada kelompok kombinasi A dan kombinasi B. Analisis dilakukan dengan uji Chi-Square untuk efektivitas serta analisis Cost-Effectiveness untuk efisiensi biaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi A lebih efektif dengan 33 pasien memiliki tekanan darah terkendali, sementara pada kombinasi B hanya 29 pasien. Dari segi efisiensi, kombinasi A juga lebih hemat dengan total biaya Rp 29.659.769,93, lebih rendah daripada kombinasi B. Berdasarkan perhitungan unit cost, ACER, dan ICER, kombinasi A lebih unggul secara keseluruhan. Kesimpulannya, kombinasi A lebih efektif dan efisien dibandingkan kombinasi B, meskipun berbeda dengan hasil penelitian RS Bhayangkara 2019 yang menyebut kombinasi A lebih efektif namun kombinasi B lebih efisien.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to analyze the influence of product innovation and service level agreements (SLA) on B2B customer satisfaction in shaping loyalty toward telecommunications products. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through surveys of customers of PT SME, with a total of 240 respondents representing companies from various industries. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the relationships between variables. The findings indicate that product innovation has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, ultimately enhancing customer loyalty. Furthermore, service level agreements also positively affect both customer satisfaction and loyalty, demonstrating that the clarity and consistency of SLA contribute to maintaining customer trust. The implications of this study highlight the importance of continuous product innovation strategies and the improvement of service standards in the telecommunications industry to enhance customer retention and business competitiveness.
