Abstract

Teacher creativity determines the success of teaching Indonesian through innovative activities, especially in the multi-media era, which has become part of teaching for all subject areas. For this reason, we have conducted a literature search on several data found by experts in teaching Indonesian language education, both sourced from national and international journal publications and other sources that support Indonesian language teaching programs through creativity and innovation by involving multi-media. So that we can use the data in answering the questions and objectives of this study, we first examined the data by involving a phenomenology-based approach, an approach that seeks to explore as much data as possible to obtain comprehensive, high-quality answers to the study problem. Based on the exposure and discussion of our findings after understanding that teachers' creativity in teaching Indonesian will determine learning outcomes combined with innovative learning methods and strategies in line with the demands of the current multi-media era. Thus, the results of this study will become an essential input in supporting the study and development of teaching Indonesian as the national language in Indonesia in the technological era.

Abstract

Purpose of this study was to produce learning media and test the feasibility of learning media based on android applications at Vocational High Schools. The type of research used in this research is implementation research. The subjects in the study were 31 students of class XI TBSM Vocational High Schools. The data collection instrument used quantitative descriptive analysis to determine the feasibility of learning media. The results of this study indicate: (1) Development research produces learning media for motorcycle electrical maintenance materials for students of class XI TBSM with the development process through the following stages: (2) Android-based learning media is categorized as feasible to use in learning to get validation results from Experimental class of 87.5%, Control class 78.5%, So it can be concluded that learning with Android is more effective for students.

Abstract

Learning in digital era demands innovation of learning materials where video is one of the attractive materials. Unfortunately, many teachers don't have skills to make learning videos, including some teachers at the Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Godean. Therefore, this program aims to improve the skills of partners in making learning videos. The main equipment used is a cell phone which is owned by all teachers so there is no need to procure additional equipment. The steps carried out are preparation, implementation and evaluation. Preparations have been made by discussing with partners about the training to be held. The training was completed on April 9, 2022 at the UMY Information Technology Laboratory, attended by 37 teachers from three Muhammadiyah elementary schools in Godean District. Participants received theory and immediately practiced making videos using their respective cell phones. Training evaluation was carried out using pre and post tests as well as observation. This program has succeeded in increasing teachers' knowledge and skills in making learning videos with a significant increase in pre-test and post-test results of 54.7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan media articulate storyline untuk mata pelajaran Teknik Permesinan Konvensional Kelas XI SMKN 1 Seyegan yang memenuhi kriteria layak, praktis, dan efektif. Instrumen yang dipakai di penelitian ini adalah angket penilaian ahli materi dan ahli media untuk mengukur kelayakan, lembar angket respon siswa untuk mengukur kepraktisan, dan game untuk mengukur keefektifan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Reserch and Development) yang menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan tahapan Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Subjek uji coba Media Pembelajaran Articulate Storyline yang dikembangkan adalah peserta didik kelas XI TFLM 1 SMKN 1 Seyegan sebanyak 36 siswa. Instrumen yang digpakai adalah lembar penilaian ahli materi dan ahli media untuk mengukur kelayakan, lembar angket respon siswa untuk mengukur kepraktisan, dan lembar tes untuk mengukur keefektifan.Penelitian ini menghasilkan media pembelajaran Articulate Storyline yang di ubah menjadi apikasi android pada materi menghitung kecepatan putaran mesin bubut untuk peserta didik kelas XI TFLM 1 SMKN 1 Seyegan yang memenuhi kriteria layak, praktis, dan juga efektif. Penilaian kelayakan diperoleh hasil rata-rata skor dari validator ahli materi sesesar 3,26 dengan kriteria baik untuk rata-rata skor dari validator ahli media sebesar 3,74 dengan kriteria sangat baik. Penilian kepraktisan didapat dari hasil angket respon siswa dengan skor rata-rata yang didapat yaitu 3,38 dengan kriteria baik atau praktis. Penilaian keefektifan didapat dari posttest kemampuan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi menghitung kecepatan mesin bubut, didapat ketuntasan siswa secara klasikal dengan KKM ≥ 70 yaitu 71% dengan kriteria baik

Abstract

Computers often experience damage to the CPU, especially the mainboard and processor, due to several factors, including human error or excessive use and environmental conditions. Component placement is frequently utilized to improve the CPU room conditions to keep it cool. This research numerically investigates desktop PC processors and heatsink configurations for mechanical engineering vocational learning. The kind of metal material, number of fans, and fan arrangement were all tested at three levels. The computer components in this research are the CPU, heatsink, fan, and processor—a 65-watt Thermal Design Power (TDP) CPU with a constant air intake speed of 5 m/s. The criteria investigated include metal type (steel, aluminum, and copper), cooling design (horizontal, vertical, and mixed), and fan count (2-4-8). The methods used in this research are the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method and the Taguchi method to examine fluid flow characteristics and temperature. Numerical results show the maximum temperature is 123 °C in the vertical, eight-fan, and steel configurations. Minimum temperature 39.22 °C in mixed configuration, eight fans, and copper. These findings reveal that the kind of metal material, number of fans, and fan arrangement all impact the CPU cooler and heatsink configuration. However, the Taguchi method can provide a more detailed understanding of configuration.

Abstract

Work development in the 21st century requires new multiple intelligence qualifications for vocational education (VE) to face it. This research reveals a new multiple intelligence qualification along with its application procedures and assessment aspects for VE. Industry practitioners and higher vocational education were involved in exploring data related to the topic in this research. Data collection on practitioners was carried out in two stages, starting with interviews and continuing with Focus Group Discussions. The transcribed data was then explained and interpreted using NVivo 12 plus. Four multiple intelligences are essential to industry practitioners and higher vocational education, namely interpersonal, intrapersonal, logistical, and naturalistic intelligence. Building these four multiple intelligences requires infrastructure support that is dominated by digital infrastructure, emphasis on the role of responsibility for the subjects involved in learning, increasing the readiness of teachers and students before learning, and determining learning strategies to encourage independence in students to explore in depth about what should be done achieved. These new intelligences are assessed based on three main aspects: self-assessment methods, peer assessment and meaningful project assessment. These findings are essential recommendations for education and learning administrators in VE to implement the four new multiple intelligences optimally and according to current work needs

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran dan mengetahui kelayakan e-modul kerja bangku untuk praktikum siswa SMK.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI A dan B  Teknik Pemesinan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Prosedur yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas 4 tahapan yaitu (1) tahap pembuatan konsep yang meliputi analisa awal, analisa akhir, pengumpulan materi dan pendukung materi, (2) tahap pembuatan produk yang meliputi design dan assembly, (3) tahap uji coba (testing) validasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, kemudian dilanjutkan evaluasi atau penilaian orang guru bidang studi, evaluasi atau penilaian  teman sejawat, dan uji coba terhadap siswa (4) distribution yaitu dengan mengunggah (uploud) di youtub. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penilaian kelayakan media pembelajaran video tutorial adalah: (1) penilaian ahli materi sebesar 89,58%. (2) penilaian ahli media sebesar 94,04%. (3)  penilaian guru sebesar 94,04%. (4) penilaian tanggapan reviewer teman sejawat sebesar 95,4%. (5) tanggapan siswa  sebesar 81,06%. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian dan tanggapan yang diperoleh tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis e-modul kerja bangku sangat layak digunakan dan dikembangkan.

Abstract

In the digital era, the creative economy is increasingly developing through creative products that have become leading products in every country. one of them is the water hyacinth tray which is one of the superior products of the Kulon Progo community, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The purpose of the study is to apply mechanical engineering science, the frame of this tray will be tested for its feasibility and durability and students can participate in implementing creative product applications that are beneficial to the general public. The research method uses action research with sample data including materials, material density values and material volume lifted by the tray. Testing of the tray frame using Finite Element Analysis (FEA/FEM) to determine the maximum load that can be carried by the tray. The tray frame is loaded to obtain stress propagation, deformation, tensile safety factor and cycle life. The working loads given include 2.9 kg, 3.4 kg and 4 kg while the maximum load in the experiment is 5 kg and 10 kg. The results of the research on the concept of creativity become a basic concept in the development of science and skills. In tray design, steel is the best material for making trays when tested with software.
