Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work attitudes and competencies on service quality at the Woha District Office, Bima Regency. This type of research is referred to as associative research, which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. Namely, the influence of work attitudes and competencies on service quality at the Woha District Office, Bima Regency. The withdrawal technique is a saturated sample by taking all employees, totaling 32 respondents at the Woha Sub-district office, Bima Regency. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression with SPSS windows 20. The results of this study 1) There is a significant influence between attitudes towards the quality of public services at the Woha sub-district office, Bima district. 2) There is no significant effect between work competence on the quality of public services at the Woha District Office, Bima Regency. 3) There is a significant influence between attitudes and work competence on the quality of public services at the Woha District Office, Bima Regency.District

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the simultaneous positive and significant influence of Human Capital Performance Management (HCPM) and work engagement on the performance of Generation Z employees in Bima City. This research employs a quantitative approach. The type of research used is associative, with the population consisting of all private-sector Generation Z employees in Bima City. The sample includes 100 Generation Z employees selected through purposive sampling based on specific criteria. The research instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique applied in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results of the study show that: (1) Human Capital Performance Management (HCPM) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Generation Z employees in Bima City; (2) Work engagement has no positive and significant effect on the performance of Generation Z employees in Bima City; and (3) Human Capital Performance Management (HCPM) and work engagement jointly have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Generation Z employees in Bima City

Abstract

Nipa Village in Ambalawi District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province possesses substantial natural resource potential in the fisheries and agricultural sectors; however, this potential has not been fully directed toward the development of value-added processed products. This community service program aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of community business groups in processing, packaging, marketing, and business management based on local commodities, particularly fishery and agricultural products. The program was implemented through a series of training sessions and mentoring activities covering food product processing, packaging innovation, branding, and offline and online marketing strategies, involving community business actors, village officials, and students participating in a Community Service Program (KKN) accompanied by supervising lecturers. The results indicate an increase in entrepreneurs’ understanding of basic entrepreneurial concepts, more structured business management, and the ability to develop processed products based on local commodities with more attractive and competitive packaging. In addition, the use of digital technology in marketing has begun to be adopted by business actors, opening opportunities for market expansion and income improvement. Overall, this program contributes to strengthening the local economy of Nipa Village through optimizing the management of natural resource potential and developing community-based business units.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of variable financial compensation and nonfinancial compensation on employee job satisfaction simultaneously and partially. This study uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 36 employees and the research sample used was a saturated sample of 36 employees at PT. Kawi brilliant Bima. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study simultaneously show that financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Sig value. The F which is obtained is 0,000. The results of the study partially show that financial compensation has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a sig value. t of -283. The result of the research is partially known that non-financial compensation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a sig.t value of 5,563

Abstract

 Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh GayaKepemimpinan Manajer dan Disiplin Kerja Yang Signifikan Terhadap KualitasProduksi Pada Bolly Bakery Bima. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu asosiatif,dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalahsampel jenuh Penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan pengukuran Skala Likert.Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik,analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji f, dan ujit. Hasil penelitian yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Manajertidak mempunyai pengaruh tetapi signifikan terhadap Kualitas Produksi dan DisiplinKerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh tetapi signifikan terhadap Kualitas Produksi PadaBolly Bakery Bima, dimana nilai t hitung variabel gaya kepemimpinan sebesar0.402 lebih kecil dari nilai t tabel sebesar 2.055 (0.402<2.055) dengan nilaisignifikansi sebesar 0.691>0.05 dan variabel didiplin Kerja sebesar 0.329 lebih kecildari 2.055 (0.329<2.055) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.745>0.05

Abstract

 Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis PengaruhLingkungan Kerja Fsik dan Beban Kerja Yang Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja PegawaiPada Kantor Satuan Pelayanan TTA Dara Kota Bima. Jenis penelitian yangdigunakan yaitu asosiatif, dengan jumlah sampel 31 responden. Teknik samplingyang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh.. Pengumpulan data dilakukan penyebarankuesioner dengan menggunakan pengukuran Skala Likert. Metode analisis datamenggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linierberganda, analisis korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji signifikansi, dan uji simultan.Hasil penelitian yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja Fisik mempunyaipengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dan Beban Kerja tidak mempunyaipengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Satuan Pelayanan TTADara Kota Bima, dimana nilai t hitung variabel Lingkungan Kerja Fisik sebesar2.188 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sebesar 2.051 (2.188>2.051) dengan nilaisignifikansi sebesar 0.043>0.05 dan variabel Beban Kerja sebesar -1.126 lebih kecildari 2.051 (-1.126<2.051) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.270>0.05. Lingkungankerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantorsatuan pelayanan TTA Dara Kota Bima
