Abstract

Stunting adalah kondisi di mana pertumbuhan anak terhambat, sering kali disebabkan oleh kekurangan gizi selama periode 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Stunting sering dijumpai pada anak usia 12-36 bulan, anak yang mengalami stunting pada masa ini cenderung akan sulit mencapai tinggi badan yang optimal pada periode selanjutnya Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat adalah kegiatan sosialisasi terkait pencegahan dan percepatan penurunan stunting serta pemberian pudding kelor. Kegiatan tersebut di laksanakan pada masyarakat yang memilki anak usia 12-36 bulan di Kelurahan Penana’e. Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh mahasiswa peserta KKN-T MBKM dan di bimbing oleh 2 (dua) dosen pembimbing lapangan  Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Bima pada tanggal 05 September sampai 07 September 2024 Sosialisasi terkait stunting merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya pencegahan stunting melalui edukasi yang diberikan anak-anak dan Masyarakat Kelurahan Penanae. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan adanya perubahan perilaku dan upaya dalam peningkatan kesehatan melalui pemenuhan gizi keluarga. Inisiatif para mahasiswa menawarkan pembuatan pudding daun kelor untuk dapat memberikan referensi baru bagi masyarakat tentang pengolahan bahan pangan local yang melimpah di lingkungan sekitar. Kegiatan sosialisasi pemanfaatan daun kelor untuk mengurangi angka stunting di Kelurahan Penanae, Kota Bima telah efektif dilakukan. Hal ini terlihat dari berbagai penanda yang diperoleh pasca sosialisasi. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan di tersebut, saran yang dapat diberikan untuk mengoptimalkan kegiatan tersebut yaitu menyelenggarakan program berkelanjutan yang melibatkan masyarakat secara terus menerus. Ini dapat melibatkan tindakan secara rutin atau kampanye edukasi secara berkala.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh Kinerja Pegawai Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan di Puskesmas Soromondi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian expost facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan masyarakat yang berkunjung dan mendapat pelayanan di Puskesmas Soromandi sebanyak 143 orang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan gambaran kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Soromondi telah dilaksanakan dengan kategori baik dengan nilai statistik deskripsi kinerja pegawai sebesar 49,31. Gambaran kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Soromondi telah dilaksanakan dengan kategori baik dengan nilai statistik deskripsi kinerja pegawai sebesar rata-rata 58,61 Terdapat pengaruh kinerja pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Puskesma Soromondi diperoleh hasil perhitungan statistik uji-t diperoleh nilai t = 5.825 dengan p (Sig.) = 0,000. Besar pengaruh kinerja pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Soromondi sebesar 37,3%

Abstract

The stunting prevalence in Simpasai Village, Dompu Regency, reaches 28.5%, driven by multidimensional factors such as limited understanding of nutrition, limited access to healthcare, and low income. This Student Creativity Program (Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa/PKM) aims to address these issues through an integrated approach that combines digital technology innovation and the empowerment of local food potential. The implementation method includes two main interventions. First, the introduction and implementation of the "Si-Cegah Stunting" Application, a digital platform for monitoring the nutritional status of toddlers in real-time by the cadres of the LILI Posyandu (Integrated Health Service Post), which accelerates early detection and intervention responses. Second, the empowerment of the "Mawar" Housewives Group through product innovation in the form of fortified moringa leaf cookies, rich in iron and protein, as a specific nutrition intervention strategy based on local wisdom. The implementation results show that the application successfully digitized anthropometric records, improved data accuracy, and facilitated cross-sectoral collaboration. Meanwhile, intensive training and mentoring for the housewives successfully enhanced production capacity and opened up business opportunities, contributing to increased income and access to nutritious food. This program concludes that the convergence between utilizing technology for health surveillance and optimizing local resources for nutritional intervention creates a comprehensive and sustainable stunting management model. This synergy not only addresses the root causes of nutritional problems but also empowers the community's economy, thus aligning with efforts to accelerate stunting reduction and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of communication and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Bima Regency Bappeda Office. The research instrument used in this research was a Likert scale questionnaire. The population in this study was all employees of the Bima Regency BAPPEDA Office totaling 113 people consisting of 64 ASN, 12 honorary workers and 37 volunteer workers. The sample in this study was 64 employees with ASN status at the Bima Regency BAPPEDA Office. The sampling technique was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The consideration is that there are 64 employees with ASN status at the Bima Regency BAPPEDA Office. The data in this research were collected by means of observation, questionnaires and literature study, then the data obtained were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficients, determination tests, t tests and f tests with SPSS version 26 assistance. The research results show that Communication and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Bima Regency BAPPEDA Office.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work ability and work motivation on job satisfaction at the Bima Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. The research instrument used in this research was a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used in this research were all employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Bima Regency, totaling 167 respondents, consisting of 122 employees with civil servant status and 45 honorary staff so that the sample for this study was 122 employees with civil servant status at the Public Works Department. and Bima Regency Spatial Planning. The sampling technique was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The data in this research were collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study, then the data obtained were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficients, determination tests, t tests and f tests with SPSS version 26 assistance. The research results show thatwork ability and work motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Bima Regency.

Abstract

The Ambalawi Fashion Street Carnival Festival was held through a collaboration between Nipa KKN students and the Ambalawi Sub-district Head as a strategic platform to promote local culture while driving the community's creative economy. The event, which took place on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM in Ambalawi, featured traditional clothing, typical Bima woven motifs, and a bazaar of processed products from Nipa KKN students. By utilizing the momentum of the 80th Indonesian Independence Day celebration, this festival presented a cultural parade in the first modern carnival concept in Ambalawi, which was enthusiastically welcomed by the Ambalawi sub-district government and its staff, students, and the community. In addition to strengthening cultural identity, this event empowered local MSMEs such as weavers, accessory craftsmen, and culinary actors. The collaboration between students, local government, and cultural communities reflects synergy towards sustainable development based on education, culture, and the creative economy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan Inovasi Hijau: Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Melalui Mediasi Komitmen Di Pulau Sumbawa. Instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Adapun populasi dan sampel yaitu seluruh pegawai Pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Bima, Kabupaten Bima dan Kabupaten Dompu sebanyak 250 pegawai yang berstatus ASN baik PNS maupun PPPK dengan menggunakan tekhnik total sampling (sampel Jenuh) dalam pengambilan sampel. Tekhnik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi,(2) Budaya organisasi hijau berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi,(3) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi hijau,(4) Kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi menunjukkan pengaruh negatif secara langsung terhadap inovasi hijau,(5) Komitmen organisasi terbukti sebagai variabel mediasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan budaya terhadap inovasi hijau di Pulau Sumbawa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work attitudes and competencies on service quality at the Woha District Office, Bima Regency. This type of research is referred to as associative research, which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. Namely, the influence of work attitudes and competencies on service quality at the Woha District Office, Bima Regency. The withdrawal technique is a saturated sample by taking all employees, totaling 32 respondents at the Woha Sub-district office, Bima Regency. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression with SPSS windows 20. The results of this study 1) There is a significant influence between attitudes towards the quality of public services at the Woha sub-district office, Bima district. 2) There is no significant effect between work competence on the quality of public services at the Woha District Office, Bima Regency. 3) There is a significant influence between attitudes and work competence on the quality of public services at the Woha District Office, Bima Regency.District

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the simultaneous positive and significant influence of Human Capital Performance Management (HCPM) and work engagement on the performance of Generation Z employees in Bima City. This research employs a quantitative approach. The type of research used is associative, with the population consisting of all private-sector Generation Z employees in Bima City. The sample includes 100 Generation Z employees selected through purposive sampling based on specific criteria. The research instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique applied in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results of the study show that: (1) Human Capital Performance Management (HCPM) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Generation Z employees in Bima City; (2) Work engagement has no positive and significant effect on the performance of Generation Z employees in Bima City; and (3) Human Capital Performance Management (HCPM) and work engagement jointly have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Generation Z employees in Bima City

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of variable financial compensation and nonfinancial compensation on employee job satisfaction simultaneously and partially. This study uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 36 employees and the research sample used was a saturated sample of 36 employees at PT. Kawi brilliant Bima. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study simultaneously show that financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Sig value. The F which is obtained is 0,000. The results of the study partially show that financial compensation has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a sig value. t of -283. The result of the research is partially known that non-financial compensation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a sig.t value of 5,563
