Abstract

This study aimz to analyze taken using the accidental sampling method with a total of 115 respondents. Data were analyzed using a quantitative appoarch through Multiple Regression Analysis using the SPSS Aplication. Based on this research, the results of determining recruitment have no effect on employee performance. Work Placement effects Employee Performance. Recruitment and Work Placement have a positive and simultaneous effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology is very influential on community service in the village area. Therefor Lebani Village, Belopa Utara sub district, Luwu Regency has made various improvements, including one of them is an increase in the information system. The current condition of the population administration service system in the village is still conventional or manual, such as: (a) Village population recording data in register book; (b) Archival data collection, especially correspondence, has not implemented an application-based information system. This has an impact on both village officials and villagers, where human error often occurs, queues for sevice, and a waste of time and money. Therefore we need a system to solve the existing problems. Based on this problem, community service inplementers develop a Village Service Management Information System (SIMPEDA)to facilitate population data service and administration. It is hoped that by using empowement, and support village operational costs. The service implementation program is divided into thee stages, namely the socialization stage, the village management infomation system training stage, and the monitoring and evaluation stage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of soft skills and hard skills in a company. The method applied in this research is the quantitative method, by taking sample data from 100 respondents using the stratified random sampling method, which means that people are not grouped into groups that are not homogeneous and are stratified proportionally. Sig value (2-tailed) which can be concluded from the table. 1 that each item in the Hard Skill variable (X.1), Soft Skill variable (X.2), and Employee Performance variable (Y) can be drawn a real conclusion, it can be concluded that all variables are real because the sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05. The results of the hard skill test show a relevance level of 0.001 based on the hypothesis test. Hard skills have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Because Ho is not accepted and Ha is accepted based on the reference in this study, with a significance level of less than 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and leadership on turnover intention in plywood company employees in South Sulawesi (South Sulawesi). In collecting data, the authors used the accidental sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents (employees). This research has been tested using an instrument test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and multiple linear regression test using SPSS 22.0 program. The results of the first test are that compensation has a negative effect on the turnover intention by calculating tcount (-0.768) < ttable (-1.985). The Company needs to pay more attention to the implementation of this compensation program seriously so that employees stay last longer at the plywood company. In the second test, the current pattern of leadership does not significantly affect turnover intention by calculating tcount (1.299) < ttable (1.985). Therefore leaders in the plywood company should change the leadership patterns to adjust the character of employees owned so that good synergies are built to foster comfort Work.

Abstract

Employee performance determines a company's success. Employee performance is influenced by two factors: self-esteem and self-efficacy. The purpose of this study was to see if self-esteem and self-efficacy, either separately or together, had any effect on employee performance. This study employs a quantitative research design. With a sample size of 150, the population in this study was employees of PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera (SGS). The data analysis method uses multiple linear regressions. Data was collected through primary data sources, especially direct questionnaire distribution to respondents. Results and findings Self-esteem and self-efficacy were found to have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The role of self-efficacy and self-esteem in improving employee performance: research implications Improve self-efficacy so that employees are confident in their ability to complete tasks. Employee confidence is increased by providing development efforts for individual employees, such as improving formal employee education, providing training, providing supervision in the execution of employee duties, and (ii) increasing self-esteem so that employee confidence increases. Efforts that can be made by delegating full responsibility and authority to employees based on their position, as well as providing opportunities for employees to gain self-development for their work, such as by promoting employees to different levels of positions, assigning assignments based on their competencies, and so on.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian  ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Keadilan Prosedural, Keadilan Distributif terhadap kinerja karyawan dinas penanaman modal satu pintu kota palopo. Pengambilan sampel  menggunakan metode random sampling, jumlah responden sebanyak 110. Data dianalisis secara  kuantitatif dengan Analisis Regresi Berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, keadilan prosedural tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Keadilan distributif mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Keadilan prosedural dan keadilan distributif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yakni mencari pengaruh budaya keizen dan komitmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja personil polres kota palopo. Penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan sebagai metode penelitian dengan 105 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah budaya keizen memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja personil, komitmen memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja personil dan budaya keizen dan komitmen memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja personil polres kota palopo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work-life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jumlah total populasi dalam penelitian ini belum diketahui, sehingga pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sample dan diperoleh 160 responden dari karyawan yang bekerja di badan pengelolaan keuangan dan asset daerah kota palopo. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan model persamaan struktural. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji apakah QWL dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survei, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan metode pengambilan sampel simple random sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QWL dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang baik dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of WLB, leadership style, organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SGS Luwu, South Sulawesi Province. The approach in this study used a survey method, with a total of 200 employees as respondents. Sampling in this study was carried out randomly. The hypothesis was tested using the structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis method with the help of software, namely Analysis Moment of Structure (AMOS) 26. The results of this study explain that: 1). Work life balance has significant influence on organizational culture. This means that WLB will increase along with the organizational culture that is implemented in employee behavior. 2). Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. This means that the higher the level of leadership style, the organizational culture will also increase. 3). Work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better WLB, the happier employees will be and will make employees more productive in providing better performance to the company. 4) Leadership style has an influence and is significant on employee performance. This means that leadership style has an effect on improving employee performance. 5). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the level of organizational culture, the higher the employee performance.
