Abstract

In realizing an optimal level of performance, Wai Tiddo Nature Tourism has tried to do various things, such as improving employee discipline and simplifying every employee's work plan to facilitate task work and improve performance. This writing aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance in Wai Tiddo nature tourism, Luwu Regency. The research was conducted by disseminating the questionnaire, while the research method used simple random sampling. The study's results stated that compensation and motivation partially or simultaneously affected employee performance in Wai Tiddo Nature Tourism, Luwu Regency.

Abstract

In a company, employees or human resources in the company must contribute and perform well for the company they work for. To improve an employee's performance and increase the company's success rate, the company's manager or leader must pay attention to supporting factors, one of which is Work-life Balance and Employee Engagement. The purpose of this study is to find out whether Work-life Balance and Employee Engagement have an impact on employee performance at Sinar Bangunan stores in Palopo City. This study took a sample from all Sinar Bangunan Palopo store staff, which amounted to 66 employees. The type of research is quantitative research. The Likert scale method is a data collection technique used. IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 is a data analysis technique used to process and test this study. This study shows that there is no influence of Work-life Balance on Employee Performance, there is a significant positive influence of Employee Engagement on Employee Performance, while Work-life Balance and Employee Engagement simultaneously have a positive impact on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRAK Kinerja atau performa karyawan yang bagus akan berbanding lurus dengan hasil baik dalam perkembangan perusahaan. Sebaliknya, kinerja yang buruk akan berdampak buruk pula pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Shift kerja dan Stres kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Alfamidi Se-Kecamatan Wara Timur Kota Palopo. Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji regresi liner berganda. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 33 karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel shift kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Shift, Stres, Kinerja ABSTRACT Good employee performance or performance will be directly proportional to good results in the development of the company. Conversely, poor performance will also have a bad impact on the company. This study aims to determine the effect of work shifts and work stress on the performance of Alfamidi employees in the East Wara sub-district of Palopo City. The research method is quantitative using multiple linear regression tests. The sample in this study were 33 employees. The results of this study indicate that the work shift and work stress variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: shift, stress, performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan antara hubungan interpersonal dan lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan di mandiri utama finance cabang palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan 70 responden sebagai sampel. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan aplikasi SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubngan interpersonal dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di mandiri utama finance cabang palopo. Kata kunci: hubungan interpersonal, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how employee performance in the Department of Palopo City Land is influenced by personality and organizational citizenship behavior. In order to address research questions and test the hypotheses that have been developed, this study employs a quantitative methodology that focuses on data collection and statistical analysis. The 40 individuals that participated in this study were all Palopo City Land Service personnel. The saturated sample approach was the sampling strategy employed, resulting in 40 current employees serving as research participants. Primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents was used in the data collection process. Every question on the survey is assigned a Likert scale score, which ranges from 1 to 5. Use of the SPSS program was used to analyze the data. The findings demonstrated that employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by organizational citizenship behavior and personality

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive era of globalization, companies need to increase competitiveness that cannot be separated from employee contributions, the balance between personal life and work is the most important aspect in increasing job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of work balance and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at PT Honda Sanggar Laut Palopo. This study uses a quantitative method that focuses on data collection and statistical analysis that aims to answer the researcher's questions and test the hypothesis. The population in this study were 60 employees of PT Honda Sanggar Laut Palopo. The sample in this study used a saturated sample with a total of 52 employees of PT Honda Sanggar Laut Palopo. Data collection was carried out using a google form by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were measured, each item was scored on a Likert scale where each score was from (1) to (5). The data analysis technique for this study was tested using Smartpls4. The results showed that work balance had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Honda Sanggar Laut Palopo, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Honda Sanggar Laut Palopo.

Abstract

An imbalance in work-life balance can lead to decreased health and quality of work. A healthy work environment also plays an important role in increasing productivity and job satisfaction. This study aims to test the influence of work-life balance and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Honda Sanggar Laut Palopo. In this study,This study uses a quantitative method that focuses on data collection and statistical analysis that aims to answer the researcher's questions and test the hypothesis. The population in this study was 60 employees of PT. Honda Sanggar Laut Palopo. The sample in this study was 50 employees of PT. Honda Sanggar Laut Palopo. Data collection was carried out using a google form through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who were measured, each item was scored on a Likert scale where each question was scored from (1) to (5). The technical analysis of this research data was tested using Smartpls4.The results of this study indicate that work-life balance has a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Honda Sanggar Laut Palopo and the work environment has a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Honda Sanggar Laut Palopo.

Abstract

Every company, including MSMEs, must have accurate financial statements that comply with financial accounting standards, as this is important to maintain the financial health of the business. In addition, tax compliance and the implementation of good risk management are also challenges that must be faced by MSMEs to ensure business continuity in the midst of various operational risks. This service program aims to increase the capacity of financial management, tax understanding, and risk management in partners, The activities carried out include the creation and implementation of a simple financial system, tax training, and the implementation of risk management strategies that are tailored to the characteristics of the partner's business. The process of implementing the activity was carried out in several stages of activities, including Focus Group Discussion (FGD), the creation and implementation of financial system applications, taxation training, and risk management training, followed by socialization through training. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out to ensure that partners are able to use the system properly, as well as benefit from the technical training provided. The results of this service activity show that partners have experienced significant improvements in financial management, including more orderly recording and reporting of finances and in accordance with accounting standards. In addition, partners' understanding of tax obligations has also improved, shown by better compliance in complying with tax regulations. Not only that, partners' awareness of business risks is also increasing, where they are now better equipped to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that may arise in daily operations. This program is expected to be a model of service that can be applied to other MSMEs in similar sectors..

Abstract

Fenomena prestasi akademik mahasiswa adalah adanya pengaruh lingkungan, Tingkat stres yang tinggi dapat mengganggu konsentrasi dan kinerja akademik, Pengaruh Sosial dan Ekonomi, yang mengakibatkan penurunan prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang dapat dilihat dari nilai akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh motivasi terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa, (3) untuk mengetahui penerapan motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini (1) Variabel Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap ptrestasi akademik mahasiswa, (2) Variabel Kompetensi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikansi terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa, (3) Variabel Motivasi dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa.
