Abstract

Menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014, pemerintahan desa wajib menyelenggarakan sistem politik tersendiri. Seiring berjalannya waktu, UU Desa telah memberikan dampak besar terhadap pembangunan desa. Meski demikian, tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa sejumlah kepala dan aparat desa mendapat kritik karena gagal menegakkan hukum setempat. Penyebabnya adalah buruknya kualitas sumber daya manusia yang bertugas mengawasi keuangan desa dan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap peraturan. Tujuan dari acara ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan edukasi yang diperlukan kepada pengurus desa dalam mengelola keuangan desa. Penelitian Tindakan Partisipatif (PAR) adalah teknik atau metode yang digunakan, dimulai dengan survei lokasi dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis masalah, perumusan solusi, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan penilaian. Diketahui bahwa dengan terlibat dalam acara-acara ini, para peserta memperluas pemahaman mereka tentang pengelolaan keuangan desa dan memberikan jawaban atas permasalahan yang mereka hadapi. Pejabat desa mungkin akan lebih mudah melaporkan keuangan desa dengan bantuan Sistem Keuangan Desa (SISKEUDES), sehingga memastikan dana yang dilaporkan transparan dan akuntabel.

Abstract

Akuntansi berbasis akrual menyediakan informasi yang tepat untuk menggambarkan biaya operasi yang sebenarnya. Akuntansi berbasis akrual dapat menghasilkan informasi yang dapat diandalkan dalam informasi asset dan kewajiban. Kualitas Laporan keuangan merupakan laporan yang terstruktur mengenai posisi keuangan dan transaksi-transaksi yang dilakukan oleh suatu entitas pelaporan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang berdasarkan pada kuesioner kualitas laporan keuangan Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan di Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Gresik. Subjek penelitian dan lokasi penelitian adalah pegawai PNS, SKPD, PAKD selaku pengelola laporan keuangan dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan kuesioner.

Abstract

The aim of this investigation is to assess the discernible variance between students who receive instruction prior to utilizing the Cake application as an innovative educational tool and those who are instructed subsequent to employing the Cake application in an educational context. The study adopts a quantitative research approach through an experimental design, specifically employing a pre-experimental design involving a single group of students subjected to both pre-test and post-test evaluations. This design entails assessing a solitary group without the inclusion of a control or comparative group. The data analysis entails the utilization of paired sample t-test, comparing students' pre-test and post-test scores. The results of the paired sample t-test indicate that the calculated t-value exceeds the critical t-value (19.151 > 1.684) at a significance level of α 0.05 in a one-tailed test, with degrees of freedom (df) calculated as (n-2) (33-2), resulting in 31. Consequently, the Null Hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This implies that the innovative use of the Cake application demonstrates a statistically significant enhancement in students' speaking skills, particularly in the context of daily conversations.

Abstract

This study is targeted at observing whether visitor satisfaction at Gunung Gajah Lingga Tiga Baths, South Labuhan Batu Regency is influenced by the quality of services provided and tourist attraction. Using a random sampling method, 99 visitors to Mount Gajah Lingga Tiga Baths in May 2024 were used as the study sample. This means that anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be included in the sample if it is determined that the individual is a suitable data source. Data processing was carried out using SPSS, while data analysis used multiple linear regression testing. The results of the study show that tourist attractions have a partial impact on visitor satisfaction with a t value above the t table (3.001 > 1.984) and a sign of 0.003 < 0.05. Service quality also has a significant positive impact on visitor satisfaction with a t count above the t table (8.299 > 1.984) and a sign of 0.000 < 0.05, but simultaneously tourist attraction and service quality have a significant positive impact on visitor satisfaction with a F count above the F table (164.318 > 3.09) and sign 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study evaluates the role of teacher performance and school environmental support in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia. Teachers’ performance, including pedagogical skills, innovation in teaching, and project-based learning management, as well as school environmental support in the form of technological facilities, a conducive work climate, and a collaborative culture, are two main factors in the success of this curriculum. Through a systematic literature review, the findings of this study indicate that adequate facilities and managerial support contribute significantly to teacher motivation and performance effectiveness, which have a positive impact on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. However, obstacles such as high administrative burdens, unequal access to training, and lack of managerial support still hinder the optimization of teachers’ performance. This study found that the synergy between adequate teacher competence and optimal environmental support can create a more interactive and independent learning experience for students. Thus, the conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for policies that support reducing administrative burdens, increasing access to ongoing training, and providing adequate facilities. These findings are expected to be the basis for developing education policies that are more responsive to the needs of teachers and schools in order to strengthen the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service stems from the anxiety of the English Education Study Program lecturers on the importance of the usefulness of the knowledge possessed by lecturers for better community education outside of educational activities on campus. Raudhatul Thullab's educational and social foundation lacks teaching staff, especially English teachers, while students who are high enough to speak English. The object/target of this service is Raudhatul Thullab Middle School and Vocational High School students, in carrying out this service that is with a learning assistance model that is conducted for 1 month. The material includes grammar, reading, speaking, pronunciation and writing. The results of community service activities received a positive response from the school, especially because this training was suitable for their needs. The motivation of the trainees was quite enthusiastic. This indicates a desire to improve their abilities in mastering English.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to provide assistance in learning English about pronunciation of vocabulary using Audio Visual and providing knowledge about the use of Audio Visual media for teachers and learning for students. The chosen partners in this service are children an teachers of Raudhatul Atfal (RA) Dharma Wanita eersatuan Simpang, Buay Pemaca, OKU Selatan, with the consideration that they rarely learn English because there is no English teacher in the RA in using learning methods. In addition, based on observations in the RA, it shows that children's lack of interest in learning English and even English for them is too ordinary / foreign. The target in this service is to help the children of RA Dharma Wanita Persatuan Simpang to learn English so that they do not feel unfamiliar / unfamiliar and increase student motivation in learning English and minimize errors in speaking vocabulary in English. From the results of this service activity, it can be concluded that learning English by utilizing audio-visual media in students of RA Dharma Wanita Persatuan Simpang is proven to contribute significantly to the mastery of the English vocabulary of students.

Abstract

This program aimed to know English learning with AKSI (Active, Creative, Relaxed and Innovative) in TK / PAUD SS Melati Jaya, BP. Raja OKU Timur. Based on the results of the teaching process in this program, it can be seen that the English learning of children with AKSI (Active, Creative, Relaxed and Innovative), through 5 method: Teaching Methods with Bilingual / bilingual concepts (English & Indonesian), 2) Student Oriented Teaching Methods, 3) Learning by Playing Teaching Methods, 4) Life Skills Teaching Methods, and 5) Fun & Easy Teaching Methods. The results of this program show that (1) The use of AKSI (Active, creative, Relaxed and Innovative) through 5 methods used in English learning can increase student motivation according to their character at an early age, (2) The application of methods found new ideas that learning that implemented with the use of learning media or teaching aids that support the achievement of learning goals and is carried out continuously and makes students not bored and very pleasant.

Abstract

The objective of this program to give knowledge of English, to motivate children in Tebing Sari village to be more enthusiastic in learning English and give confidence to children to speak in English. Based on the teaching process in this program, it can be seen that the children gave a positive response by joining the regular learning schedule, their speaking skills improved and they could confidence to speak in English in public.

Abstract

Peningkatan literasi pada anak anak merupakan salah satu tantangan penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi evektifitas program literasi dan minggu ceria dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi anak anak di Gampong Pulo Mesjid. Program ini melibatkan berbagai kegiatan seperti membaca bersama, diskusi buku, dan aktivitas kreatif yang dirancang untuk menumbuhkan minat baca dan keterampilan literasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif , dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes literasi sebelum dan sesudah program dilaksanakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi dalam program ini secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis anak anak, serta memperkuat minat mereka dalam literasi. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya implementasi program literasi yang menarik dan interaktif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan literasi anak anak di Gampong Pulo Mesjid.
