Abstract

This article analyzes the implementation of humanism theory in early childhood education (ECE) policies in the digital era, highlighting the opportunities and challenges arising amid modernization. The main focus is to understand how a humanistic approach, which places children at the center of the learning process, can be effectively applied in the context of technological advancement. The aim of this article is to elucidate the relevance of humanism theory in education policies in the digital age and identify strategies to optimize learning based on humanistic values. This study employs a conceptual approach and literature analysis to explore the interconnection between humanism theory, education policies, and technological developments. Data is analyzed through a critical review of relevant literature, including case studies of education policies from various countries. The findings reveal that applying humanism theory in ECE policies during the digital era can enhance children’s learning experiences through the integration of technology that supports holistic development. However, challenges such as the digital divide and the lack of teacher training in humanism-based approaches pose significant obstacles. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of designing child-centered policies, providing continuous teacher training, and developing digital tools aligned with humanistic values. This article offers insights for policymakers, educators, and researchers to foster inclusive and future-oriented early childhood education.

Abstract

A professional teacher is one of the key components in determining quality education, where an individual must meet the educator qualification standards with four essential competencies. These competencies include the teacher's ability to manage learning or pedagogical competence, which requires teachers to have the skills to make learning more engaging. Next, there is the professional competence, which also requires teachers to develop the material they master creatively, especially in terms of using technology. The aim of this activity is to enhance teachers' digital literacy to address the paradigm shift in education triggered by the advancement of information and communication technology. The method used involves providing training to teachers and hands-on practice using virtual presentation applications. As a result, teachers acquire the skills and knowledge needed to become more effective and productive users of technology in their teaching practices, leading to improved learning quality and responding to the increasingly complex demands of the future. Moreover, virtual presentations not only make it easier for teachers to explain lessons but also stimulate discussions among students to explore their knowledge more deeply. This greatly facilitates both teacher-student interaction, extending beyond the classroom, while also allowing teachers to directly apply these skills in their teaching, thus enhancing student engagement and understanding.

Abstract

Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) merupakan bagian penting dari sistem informasi kesehatan yang berfungsi dalam mendukung pelayanan klinis, administrasi, serta akreditasi rumah sakit. Namun, penerapan RME di beberapa fasilitas kesehatan, termasuk Rumah Sakit X Banyuwangi, masih menghadapi berbagai kendala terutama terkait kelengkapan dan ketepatan waktu pengisian data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelengkapan pengisian RME pada unit poliklinik, Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD), rawat inap, dan ahli gizi di Rumah Sakit X Banyuwangi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 1.435 pasien rawat inap bulan Mei 2025, dan sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kelengkapan pengisian RME bervariasi pada tiap unit pelayanan. Di poliklinik, kelengkapan terendah ditemukan pada pengisian awal medis rawat jalan (0%), sedangkan tertinggi pada transfer pasien antar ruang (88%). Pada IGD, meski sebagian besar elemen mencapai kelengkapan di atas 95%, namun skrining nutrisi (38%) dan transfer pasien antar ruang (54%) masih rendah. Unit rawat inap menunjukkan kelengkapan tertinggi pada catatan observasi (97%), namun penilaian ulang nyeri (29%) serta diagnosa (39%) masih kurang optimal. Sementara itu, pada ahli gizi, skrining gizi lanjut cukup tinggi (85%), tetapi catatan ADIME gizi hanya 53%. Ketidaklengkapan ini terutama dipengaruhi oleh belum adanya SOP yang baku serta beban kerja tenaga kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penyusunan SOP pengisian RME dan peningkatan pelatihan tenaga kesehatan guna mendukung mutu dokumentasi medis dan pengambilan keputusan klinis yang lebih akurat.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMasyarakat Desa Muara Damai, Kecamatan Sembawa, Banyuasin, masih menghadapi kesulitan dalam memulai usaha kecil. Karena kurangnya pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan, keahlian manajemen, dan sumber daya pemasaran yang tersedia, Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKN-T) dirancang untuk meningkatkan semangat wirausaha, meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan usaha, dan memanfaatkan potensi lokal desa. Metode deskriptif partisipatif digunakan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan melalui penyuluhan, diskusi, simulasi, dan pendampingan usaha. Lebih dari empat puluh orang tergabung dalam masyarakat desa yang terdiri dari pelaku UMKM, kelompok tani, karang taruna, dan perangkat desa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta lebih memahami konsep kewirausahaan, lebih memahami cara membuat rencana bisnis sederhana, lebih memahami pengelolaan keuangan, lebih memahami strategi pemasaran, dan lebih tertarik untuk memulai bisnis sendiri. Selain itu, sebagai langkah awal menuju kemandirian ekonomi desa yang berkelanjutan, terbentuk jaringan kolaborasi antara masyarakat, usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dan pemerintah desa.Kata kunci: Kewirausahaan, pemberdayaan masyarakat, KKN-T, Desa Muara Damai ABSTRACTThe community of Muara Damai Village, Sembawa District, Banyuasin, still faces difficulties in starting small businesses. Due to a lack of entrepreneurial knowledge, management skills, and available marketing resources, the Thematic Community Service Program (KKN-T) was designed to foster entrepreneurial spirit, improve business management skills, and utilize the village's local potential. Participatory descriptive methods were used to implement the activities through outreach, discussions, simulations, and business mentoring. More than forty people joined the village community, consisting of MSMEs, farmer groups, youth organizations, and village officials. The results of the activity showed that participants gained a better understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship, a better understanding of how to create a simple business plan, a better understanding of financial management, a better understanding of marketing strategies, and a greater interest in starting their own businesses. Furthermore, as a first step toward sustainable village economic independence, a collaborative network was formed between the community, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and the village government. Keywords: Entrepreneurship, community empowerment, KKN-T, Muara Damai Village

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the local government accounting system, accounting literacyand internal control over performance accountability at the Community and Village Empowerment Office of Trenggalek Regency. The research method used by distributing questionnaires to 42 respondents at the Community and Village Empowerment Office of Trenggalek Regency, to test the results of this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26. The results of this study show that the Local Government Accounting System affects Performance Accountability, Accounting Literacy affects Performance Accountability, and Internal Control affects Performance Accountability. This research contributes to all employees in the Community and Village Empowerment Office that it is important to understand the local government accounting system, accounting literacy and internal control when doing work so that they are able to increase performance accountability at the Community and Village Empowerment Office.The limitation of this research is that the number of respondents is less than 50 respondents and can be further refined by adding variables in testing performance accountability.

Abstract

Worm infection is still a public health problem, especially in young children who are vulnerable due to lack of awareness and understanding of clean and healthy lifestyles. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge of children at Nurhidayah Binjai Serbangan Kindergarten about the causes, symptoms, and prevention of worm disease. The methods used are counseling with visual media, interactive stories, and evaluation in the form of pre-tests and post-tests. This activity was carried out in March 2025 and was attended by 40 children. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in children's understanding after being given counseling. Before the counseling, only 40% of children knew about worms, while after the counseling it increased to 90%. This activity shows that the interactive counseling method is very effective in improving early childhood knowledge about health. It is hoped that this kind of activity can continue to be carried out periodically to prevent worm disease from an early age. In addition, the role of teachers and parents is also very important in strengthening healthy living habits in the school and home environment.

Abstract

Masyarakat Desa Mojorembun yang berprofesi sebagai penimbun bibit bawang merah kerap kali membanding-bandingkan perolehan laba atas penjualan bibit bawang merah. Tetapi sebagian masyarakat sangsi atas dasar perhitungan laba yang digunakan. Setelah mendapatkan pelatihan tentang perhitungan harga pokok penjualan yang sesuai dengan kaidah akuntansi, kami tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat kembali memberikan pelatihan lanjutan pada komunitas 3M mengenai penyusunan laporan laba rugi agar dasar perhitungan yang digunakan adalah tepat dan sesuai dengan kaidah akuntansi. Hasil dari pelatihan yang kami berikan adalah peserta pelatihan telah memahami format dan item-item apa saja yang dierhitungkan dalam menghitung laba dan rugi sesuai dengan SAK EMKM. Peserta pelatihan melakukan simulasi perhitungan laba dan rugi mereka masing-masing, sehingga pemahaman dan ketrampilan peserta meningkat setelah mengikuti pelatihan.

Abstract

Dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi perlu memperhitungkan biaya produksi yang berkaitan langsung dengan proses produksi, yakni biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung dan biaya overhead pabrik. Perhitungan tersebut akan berpengaruh terhadap penetapan harga jual dan pendapatan laba perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menghitung besarnya biaya pokok produksi mebel berdasarkan metode full costing pada UD. Sinar Jaya Jombang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat selisih harga pada perhitungan harga pokok produksi menggunakan metode full costing dan variabel costing.Metode variable costing memiliki nilai harga pokok produksi yang lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan nilai harga pokok produksi menggunakan metode full costing.Metode full costing lebih baik digunakan daripada metode variabel costing karena metode full costingakan membebankan semua biaya overhead pabrik baik yang bersifat tetap maupun yang bersifat variabel. Sehingga, metode full costing lebih menguntungkan bagi pihak perusahaan karena akan membebankan semua biaya-biaya yang mempengaruhi proses produksi, hal ini akan menghasilkan harga pokok produksi yang lebih akurat

Abstract

The integration of technology in early childhood education represents a strategic response to the challenges of 21st-century learning, particularly within the Merdeka Belajar (Independent Learning) era that emphasizes institutional innovation and autonomy. This study aims to describe the implementation of interactive web-based tools in thematic learning for early childhood in Ponorogo, Indonesia. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, involving teachers and students as participants. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that (1) the use of interactive web tools with visual and audio features significantly enhanced children’s engagement in the learning process; (2) thematic activities became more meaningful by connecting content with children’s daily experiences; (3) teachers benefited from the tools by designing more varied and developmentally appropriate learning activities; and (4) challenges arose from limited digital infrastructure and varying levels of teacher readiness in utilizing technology. These results highlight that integrating interactive web tools is a relevant and promising digital innovation to improve the quality of thematic learning in early childhood education, provided that continuous teacher training and adequate infrastructure are ensured
