Abstract

The economic condition of society in general, especially women, is a very important factor in empowering society in the economic sector. Economic empowerment is carried out to reduce poverty rates and increase welfare to develop women to be more productive so that they can increase the level and standard of living of women and improve family welfare. "SUMBER JAYA" Women's Cooperative, which is one of the women's cooperatives that has succeeded in doing this and is committed to providing business capital assistance so that it can help the economy of the people who are members of the organization. The purpose of writing this research is to describe and analyze the role of the "SUMBER JAYA" Women's Cooperative in improving the economy, especially women. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of the research show that the role of cooperatives in improving women is still not optimal, there is a lack of administrators which causes multiple positions and there are still many bad loans which hinder the circulation of money in cooperatives.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPangan merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia yang paling penting dan pemenuhannya merupakan bagian dari hak asasi manusia yang dijamin oleh UUD 1945 sebagai unsur dasar pembangunan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Ketahanan pangan dalam arti keterjangkauan pangan juga erat kaitannya dengan upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia Indonesia. Pada tingkat nasional, Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai permasalahan kesehatan. Salah satunya, gizi buruk dan gizi buruk terus terjadi di berbagai wilayah nusantara, terutama pada anak balita. Fokus program pemerintah saat ini adalah pencegahan dan penanganan stunting. Stunting merupakan suatu permasalahan dimana bayi dibawah usia lima tahun menderita kekurangan gizi sejak dalam kandungan hingga dilahirkan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis Strategi Program Ketahanan Pangan Dalam Menanggulangi Stunting di Desa Ketapang Kecamatan Tanggulangin Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling, atau teknik penentuan informan. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan pelaksanaan program ketahanan pangan dalam menanggulangi stunting dapat dikatakan berhasil dan terealisasikan dengan baik terbukti dengan perolehan zero stunting di tahun 2023.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Ketahanan Pangan, Stunting.ABSTRACTFood is the most essential human need, and its fulfillment is a part of human rights guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution as a fundamental element in the development of high-quality human resources. Food security, in terms of food accessibility, is closely related to efforts to improve the quality of Indonesia's human resources. At the national level, Indonesia still faces various health issues, one of which is malnutrition, especially among toddlers, occurring in various regions of the archipelago. The current focus of the government's programs is on the prevention and treatment of stunting. Stunting is a problem where children under the age of five suffer from malnutrition from conception to birth. The aim of this research is to analyze the Food Security Program Strategy in Combating Stunting in the Village of Ketapang, Tanggulangin Sub-District, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The informant selection technique employs purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the food security program in addressing stunting can be considered successful and well-realized, as evidenced by the achievement of zero stunting in the year 2023.Keywords: Strategy, Food Security, Stunting

Abstract

This research investigates the digital innovation of the Sidoarjo Public Service System (SIPRAJA) through a qualitative descriptive methodology, employing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and recordkeeping, utilizing both primary and secondary data. The findings reveal that the community has effectively embraced the SIPRAJA application and website, marking SIPRAJA as a noteworthy digital public service innovation. The study aligns with Rogers' innovation characteristics, highlighting SIPRAJA's relative advantage, compatibility with community needs, low user complexity, smooth trialability despite minor technical disruptions, and observable positive outcomes. Despite challenges, the 24-hour service provision and established performance measurement mechanisms for operators underscore the successful implementation of the SIPRAJA innovation, showcasing its potential impact on global public service advancements. Highlights: User Adoption: The study underscores the community's seamless adoption of the SIPRAJA application, showcasing its relative advantage and compatibility with user needs. Operational Performance: Despite minor technical challenges, the 24-hour service provision and established performance measurement mechanisms highlight the successful implementation and observability of SIPRAJA's impact on public service operations. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the Role of the Village Government as a Stabilizer in Village Asset Management in Temu Village, Prambon District, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques used through interviews, observation, and documentation. The technique of determining the informants in this study used purposive sampling, there were 3 informants in this study, namely the Head of the Temu Village as the Key Informant and the Secretary of the Temu Village as the informant. The data obtained were processed by qualitative data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Role of the Village Government as a Stabilizer in Village Asset Management in Temu Village, Prambon District, Sidoarjo Regency in its role as a stabilizer that was successfully carried out by providing guidance and community empowerment through coaching provided by cooperating with the Department of Agriculture in delivering material is an effort of the village government to welfare and develop village communities through the income generated in the management of village assets. In addition to the guidance provided by the government, the Temu Village Government conducts a village treasury land rental auction to minimize monopoly by certain parties and to give the village community the opportunity to take advantage of village assets. And as an approach to building good relations between the Temu Village Government and the village community.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the elderly family development program in Mulung Village, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative through interviews, observation and documentation. The determination of the informants was carried out using a purposive sampling method which involved the midwife in charge at the Puskesmas, implementing nurses, village officials, cadres, and the community. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study shows that the communication of the elderly family development program runs in accordance with the policies that have been determined by the PP and PA KB Office in collaboration with the Driyorejo Health Center to implement the program in each village. By using Edward III's theory which focuses on the communication dimension consisting of transmission, regular socialization needs to be improved so that the public can know the existence of the program, clarity of understanding can be accepted by policy implementers and consistency is proven by setting an examination schedule so that the health of the elderly can run well.

Abstract

Street vendors in the Gading Fajar housing area are increasingly crowded, making the atmosphere of Sidoarjo Regency increasingly narrow and hot. Taking into account these conditions, the Sidoarjo Government has taken action in the form of temporary transfers for street vendors which are expected to overcome these problems. This study aims to describe the implementation of street vendors' policies in Sidoarjo Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using purposive sampling technique in determining informants. The economic impact of the presence of street vendors in the Gading Fajar Residential Area in terms of income, the majority decreased by almost 50% if selling on weekdays for street vendors in the field. In terms of business development, because the location has not been designated as a relocation location by the government, the empowerment of the Gading Fajar street vendors is still not possible. Meanwhile, in terms of business capital, the government has also not been able to provide assistance or loan recommendations to street vendors who need additional capital for businesses or wholesalers because they are still considered as illegal street vendors.

Abstract

The Sidoarjo Regional General Election Commission has the task and function of organizing general elections in the Sidoarjo Regency area. However, in reality, community participation, especially those who have the right to vote, have not fully exercised their right to vote. The socialization carried out by the Sidoarjo Regional General Election Commission was not optimal due to the pandemic and the less optimal method of socialization carried out by the Sidoarjo General Election Commission in this case the mural art (graffiti) competition. The Sidoarjo Regional General Election Commission must have a strategy in increasing voter participation in the 2020 Sidoarjo Regional Head Election. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of the Sidoarjo Regional General Election Commission. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. With the informant of the commissioner of the community participation division as a key informant. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, field observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through Miles and Hubberman data analysis which consisted of data collection, data presentation, data reduction and conclusions. The results of the research on the strategy of the Sidoarjo General Election Commission in increasing participation in the 2020 Sidoarjo Regional Head election, namely the political socialization strategy with face-to-face socialization and socialization through the media, including socialization innovations through mural art media.

Abstract

The direct population administration service innovation (Pak Ladi) is an innovation from the Pasuruan Regency Dispendukcapil. This study aims to analyze communication in population administration service innovation. In addition, this study aims to determine the obstacles that occur in communication in direct population administration services (Pak Ladi) in Pasuruan Regency. This research uses structural innovation theory. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with the technique of determining the informants taken by the author in this study, namely the service implementers (Department of Population and Civil Registration) Pasuruan Regency and the community as recipients of population administration services. The results of this study indicate that Communication on Direct Population Administration Services (Pak Ladi) in Pasuruan Regency is still not optimal. This is due to obstacles such as the lack of socialization from the government to the community and the lack of coordination between agencies. Based on the results of data analysis techniques, namely data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions or verification (conclutions).

Abstract

Based on instructions from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPAN RB) it has implemented a policy that since 2014 is the year of public service innovation. With the increasing demands given by the community regarding excellent public services, innovation is needed to support these demands. Its tangible form, with the launch of the PAS MANTAP application as an application based on public complaint services. The purpose of this study is to determine, describe and analyze the relative advantages of complaint services through the MANTAP PAS application. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results in this study are relative advantages shown by the speed of response to each incoming report. Based on the authors' findings regarding the relative advantage that in terms of time, it can cut more time (time efficiency) and in one door that is passed on each report.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the family of hope program in Tales Village, Ngadiluwih District, Kediri Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Determination of informants is done by using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Tales Village, Ngadiluwih District, Kediri Regency was quite optimal. Program assistants carry out their duties by continuously coordinating with the village government and conducting regular outreach to beneficiaries. However, there are still obstacles in updating the data which result in delays in disbursement of funds and the appearance of repetitive data and duplicate data.
