Abstract

In doing business, business actors must be able to keep up with the times so that they are not left behind and remain in demand by the public, as well as marketing strategies in business that must continue to be able to expand market reach and innovate in the products they offer. One of the businesses that implements a marketing strategy by participating in the export program on the Shopee platform to optimize sales and introduce their products to the international scene is Erigo Store. The study aims to determine the strategy and marketing mix carried out by local fashion brand Erigo Store so that they could enter the international market. The main theory used is the theory of segmenting, targeting, positioning and the 4P marketing mix. The research used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection is done by library research or literature study. The results of this research show that the analysis shows that Erigo Store uses a promotional strategy to follow the bazaar, create an official erigo website, endorse influencers, sell through various e-commerce, advertising through billboards, promotion through TikTok, and overseas expansion.

Abstract

Studi awal mengidentifikasi keterbatasan akses dan kontrol keuangan di kalangan guru perempuan, serta rendahnya partisipasi dalam keputusan ekonomi keluarga. Metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) digunakan untuk melibatkan guru aktif dalam pelatihan yang mencakup penyusunan anggaran, cerdas meminjam-menabung, dan penerapan prinsip GEDSI. Pelatihan dilakukan di SMPN 1 Bojonggambir dengan 28 orang peserta. Pelatihan menekankan kesetaraan, inklusi sosial, serta pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pencatatan keuangan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan kemampuan guru mengelola keuangan rumah tangga secara efektif dan inklusif. Pendekatan GEDSI memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi keluarga sekaligus mendorong lingkungan pendidikan yang adil dan berkelanjutan. Program ini menghasilkan bahan edukasi berkelanjutan yang dapat memperluas dampak sosial bagi komunitas sekolah dan masyarakat luas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer care soft skills and digital business literacy on students' job readiness. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and an explanatory research design to examine the causal relationship between variables. The population in this study were all 139 students of grade XI in Online Business and Marketing Expertise at SMK Negeri 1 Tasikmalaya in the 2025/2026 academic year. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program, and supported by analysis prerequisite tests including normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results show that customer care soft skills have a positive and significant effect on students' job readiness. Digital business literacy also has a positive and significant effect on job readiness. Simultaneously, customer care soft skills and digital business literacy have a significant effect on students' job readiness. These findings confirm that strengthening soft skills and digital literacy are important factors in improving the job readiness of vocational high school students.

Abstract

The problems highlighted regarding student learning achievements varied each semester, before, during, and after the pandemic. This study, therefore, aims to determine the role of task technology fit of Google Classroom media using Goodhue and Thompson’s theory. The correspondence between assignments, students' abilities, and the functionality of educational technology evolves in tandem with technological advancements. The alignment between the outcomes, reflected in academic achievements at the end of the semester as a grade point average, needs to be supported by adequate facilities during the learning process. The quantitative method with an explanatory survey was used in this research. The population involved was students of the 2019 economics group at Siliwangi University, with a total sample of 264 students using a proportionate random sampling technique. Data collected through a closed questionnaire were then analyzed with regression techniques. The analysis results demonstrated a constant value (α) of 39.544. It implies that task technology fit (X) was constant or did not change, so learning achievement had a value of 39.544. Meanwhile, the regression coefficient for task technology fit (X) was 0.299, meaning that for every item, the value of task technology fit increased, and learning achievement increased by 0.299 units. The regression coefficient was positive since it illustrated a unidirectional influence between task technology fit and learning achievement. In conclusion, based on the implementation of task technology fit by Goodhue and Thompson’s theory, the task technology fit of Google Classroom media significantly affected learning achievement.

Abstract

This research focuses on academic cheating committed by students, intending to know the influence of misuse of information technology and integrity on students' academic cheating behavior. It is necessary to be known because academic cheating can influence the quality of human resources or graduates produced by an institution. The researchers in this study used the survey method with an explanatory design. This study involved Siliwangi University students with proportional random sampling techniques; as many as 354 students were involved as research samples and questionnaires for data collection techniques. The analysis method employed multiple linear regression, and the study's results stated that the misuse of information technology positively influenced 33.3% of academic cheating behavior, with sig. score of 0.000, and student integrity negatively influenced 4.6% of academic cheating behavior, with sig. score of 0.000. Besides, jointly, misuse of information technology and student integrity significantly influenced, with a sig. value of 0.000 and a percentage of influence of 37.9% on academic cheating behavior.
