Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality management of frontier, outermost and disadvantaged schools in improving school achievement, the focus of research on planning, implementation, organization, and evaluation. This research was conducted at SMPN 7 Dusun Selatan and SMPN Satu Atap 1 Dusun Selatan, South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study revealed that (1) Planning for the Implementation of Quality Standards in Schools has been carried out with an understanding and method in accordance with quality management standards and planned; 2) Implementation of the implementation of quality standards in schools has been carried out with guidance, strategies, time and place, measured in accordance with quality management standards; 3) Organizing the implementation of quality standards in schools is carried out with management procedures and structured according to the field of education units; 4) Evaluation of the implementation of quality standards in schools is carried out consistently. This research has implications for improving the quality of education, especially in disadvantaged areas.

Abstract

: Guru bimbingan dan konseling memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan edukasi kepada seluruh warga sekolah mengenai dampak negatif kekerasan serta pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan kondusif bagi perkembangan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi untuk mengkaji peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menghadapi tantangan kekerasan di era generasi Z. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru bimbingan dan konseling berperan sebagai penyuluh, edukator, mediator konflik, penyedia dukungan emosional, serta kolaborator dengan orang tua dan komunitas. Strategi yang terbukti efektif dalam mengatasi kekerasan mencakup penyuluhan berkelanjutan, pengembangan keterampilan sosial dan emosional siswa, penyediaan layanan konseling, serta kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak. Implementasi strategi tersebut berkontribusi pada terciptanya lingkungan sekolah yang lebih aman dan mendukung kesejahteraan siswa. Selain itu, pelatihan pengelolaan emosi serta penggunaan teknik role-playing dalam pembelajaran perlu diintegrasikan dalam program sekolah. Tujuannya adalah untuk membekali siswa dengan kemampuan dalam menghadapi dan menyelesaikan konflik secara konstruktif. Dengan keterlibatan aktif guru bimbingan dan konseling serta dukungan seluruh elemen sekolah, diharapkan potensi kekerasan di lingkungan sekolah dapat diminimalkan, dan siswa dapat tumbuh dalam suasana yang sehat, aman, serta mendorong perkembangan pribadi dan sosial yang positif.

Abstract

Efforts to maximize the role of teachers by maximizing the internal and external factors of teachers are well conditioned in order to be able to realize the formation of the personality of students. Factors that are thought to influence the formation of students' Qur'anic personality are the Qur'anic leadership of the principal and Qur'anic value education. This study aims to describe: the relationship between the principal's Qur'anic leadership, Qur'anic values education, and the formation of Qur'anic personality in HSC plus tahfiz in South Kalimantan. The research conducted was descriptive correlation with quantitative approach. In this study the population was 46 HSC plus tahfiz teachers in 2023/2024. The sample was taken as a whole, namely 46 people. Researchers used a Likert scale for data collection techniques with a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study using descriptive statistical analysis and SPSS statistics. The results of the study explained that the principal's Qur'anic leadership, Qur'anic values education, and Qur'anic Memorization Activities were positively and significantly related to the formation of Qur'anic personality at HSC Plus Tahfiz School in South Kalimantan, with a level of relationship of 76.6%. The better the three factors, the more the formation of Qur'anic personality will increase.
