Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the moderating role of kaizen culture and the mediating role of work motivation on the performance of employees under the control of the IT Directorate of PT XYZ. This research uses a quantitative method with a saturated population and a sample of 98 employees. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire in the form of a combination of closed answers on an interval scale of 1-10 with the help of an online questionnaire and then analyzed using the SmartPLS 4.0.9.1 program. The research results based on validity and reliability tests show that the data is valid and reliable. Based on direct and indirect hypothesis testing, it was found that (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation with a sample value of 0.669 and a p-value of 0.000. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sample value of 0.323 and a p-value of 0.010. (3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sample value of 0.342 and a p-value of 0.004. (4) Kaizen culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sample value of 0.519 and a p-value of 0.000. (5) Kaizen culture moderation in organizational culture does not positively and significantly influence employee performance with a sample value of 0.092 and a p-value of 0.069. (6) positive and significant work motivation mediates organizational culture on employee performance with a sample value of 0.216 and a p value of 0.012.

Abstract

The problem often faced by XYZ Hospital is the poor performance of employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze a model that is expected to improve employee performance by involving work culture with employee loyalty as an intervening variable in nurses at XYZ Hospital Serang. The research method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire tool with an interval scale of 1-10 with a sample of 126 nurses from a population of 350 employees to test the five (5) hypotheses that have been set. The Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) model is used to test the statistical significance of the path coefficient. The results of this study indicate that work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty, Employee Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on Employee performance, and Employee Loyalty mediates the effect of Work Culture on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence  of Servant Leadership on Employee Performance, with Job Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as the mediating variables in PT. AHS, Serang City. This study examined fluctuations in employee performance influenced by leadership style, work engagement, and organizational civic behavior with 124 respondents. The method used is quantitative with data analysis using SmartPLS 4. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, Servant Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, Job Engagement, and OCB. In addition, Job Engagement and OCB have been proven to mediate the influence of Servant Leadership on Employee Performance. The results of the bootstrapping test showed that the statistical T-value for the direct relationship  of Servant Leadership to Employee Performance was 0.023 (smaller than the T of table 1.960) and the P-value was 0.981 (greater than 0.05), indicating no significant effect. The test also shows that both Job Engagement and OCB have an important role as mediators that strengthen the relationship between Servant Leadership and Employee Performance
