Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, teknologi informasi semakin maju yang menuntut kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam mengelola data serta informasi yang dihasilkan. Penggunaan komputer akan sangat membantu meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengelolaan data yang akan menghasilkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Pada saat ini PT. Andita Mas berupa perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang developer dan engineering. Sistem yang ada pada PT. PT. Andita Mas ini masih menggunakan alat pengolahan data yang sederhana seperti Microsoft Excel, mulai dari pencatatan data, sampai penyimpanan data-data lainnya yang berhubungan dengan proses penerimaan kas hingga sampai pembuatan laporan, sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan, sehingga membutuhkan sekali adanya suatu sistem informasi yang dapat menunjang dan memberikan kemudahan dalam penyajian data dan pembuatan laporan yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan. Perancangan sistem informasi merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan ini, serta dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi diharapkan dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada perusahaan ini.

Abstract

Impaired thyroid function is often difficult to identify because the symptoms are not specific. The symptoms of thyroid disorder are very similar to various complaints due to modern lifestyles so it is often overlooked. As a result, patients often do not notice a problem and do not have to consult a doctor. Therefore, there is a study that implements methods to predict the disease which will facilitate the patient in diagnosing and early detection of thyroid levels. This research aims to predict against thyroid disease with the data used is the secondary data obtained from the UCI repository, this data is about the patient data affected by thyroid disease, while the method uses the J48 algorithm because in some studies, the J48 algorithm is proven to have good performance in detecting an illness, as well as producing high value of Accuasy and AUC. The stage of data analysis is based on the CRISP-DM method while algorithm testing is done with Weka tools. Results of the test obtained an accuracy value of 99.645%, and a AUC value of 0.992 thus the accuracy has Excellent Classification level.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mengalami kemajuan yang begitu pesat pada saat ini . Kemajuan TI ini menjadikan setiap penggunanya dapat mengakses berbagai data-data dan informasi-informasi yang dibutuhkan dengan mudah dan cepat. Peningkatan peran TI dalam perusahaan yang terjadi saat ini sebenarnya juga diikuti dengan perubahan proses bisnis perusahaan. Pengembangan strategi bisnis selalu dikaitkan dengan pengembangan strategi TI. Salah satu tata kelola IT yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam perusahaan yaitu dengan melakukan evaluasi teknologi informasi atau sistem informasi. Salah satu metode pengelolaan teknologi informasi yang digunakan secara luas adalah IT governance yang terdapat pada COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology). Oleh karena itu, penulis ingin melakukan audit terhadap tata kelola teknologi informasi yang sudah berjalan di PT. Maspion. Evaluasi (Audit) bertujuan untuk menilai, memonitor, dan memastikan bahwa sistem informasi perusahaan dapat mengelola integritas data dengan baik dan mampu beroperasi secara efektif sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan dan tujuan IT perusahaan

Abstract

The Indonesian people in registering as members of the BPJS for Health can now be done in several ways: 1) registration by coming directly to the nearest BPJS office, 2) being able to register online on a computer, internet connected laptop on the https: / page /daftar.bpjs-kesehatan.go.id/ or 3) register online on the JKN mobile application with a smartphone or mobile. Research to analyze the level of community satisfaction with BPJS Health online registration on the JKN mobile application by applying the servqual method. In registering BPJS Health members online, the application provider must be able to give full attention to service quality (SERVQUAL). In the context of measuring service quality variables, Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1998) identified five dimensions of service quality measures including: Reliability, responsiveness, Assurance, Direct evidence (Tangibles), and Empathy (Empathy). This study aims to examine the level of satisfaction of BPJS Health members towards online registration services at BPJS Health especially for the Jakarta area by applying the SERVQUAL method, and to find out what factors should be prioritized on online registration with the JKN mobile application in order to meet community expectations. From this scientific research, it is hoped that it can be published in one of the national journals and can be announced at the National scientific meeting.

Abstract

Many systems and applications are made to help and simplify an activity. Likewise with the ordering system and catering ordering facilities which also take advantage of current technological developments. The process of ordering and conveying information about catering for the Jakarta area is still simple, the promotion is only by word of mouth, from personal acquaintances, or marketing through brochures to prospective customers whose market will be narrower than the internet media. Currently, no e-marketplace site specializes in catering businesses. So that their products have not been known to many people, and their conventional means of product promotion are only through brochures, business cards, or mouths of mouths. That way, the existence of e-marketplace catering can open up opportunities for catering managers in marketing their products to the wider community through the website. The system development model used to design and develop this application is the waterfall model. And this e-marketplace catering system was designed and developed using the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS using the Mysql Database. With the e-marketplace system, it can make it easier for catering businesses to promote their products to the wider community and make it easier for customers to find catering information effectively and efficiently. Using the e-marketplace system makes it easier for catering managers to manage product data collection and manage transaction data in serving customers.
