Abstract

The conventional purchase of credit by sending sms to the agent server is often has problem. The error was caused by different format of SMS for each server. This error has an impact on the high cost of using SMS. Another problem when the customer wants to check the electricity bill, the website provided by PLN is less attractive or have to come directly to the PLN payment counter. With these problems, an Android-based application was developed to provide convenience in purchasing credit without worrying about writing format errors and checking until payment of various types of bills becomes more efficient. Bill payments become more practical in one unit, so there is no need to go to different payment counters each month and not get stuck in a long queue that wash time. Development model of this PPOB application is RAD which consists of business modeling, data modeling, process modeling, application development and testing.

Abstract

Untuk mencapai kesuksesan bersama, SPBU selalu berupaya dalam meningkatkan mutu internal secara berkelanjutan agar dapat bersaing dengan perusahan yang bergerak dibidang yang sama. Salah satu upaya yang sudah dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja karyawan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan atau ketidakberhasilan dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Proses penilaian tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual, dengan manual relatif terjadi ketidak akuratan data, dan juga diimplementasikan menggunakan aplikasi Microsof Excel, sehingga memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama, untuk pengolahan data. Selain itu penilaian bersifat subyektif dan belum relevan dengan keadaan yang sebenarnya, sehingga tidak dapat digunakan sebagai sumber dasar pengambilan keputusan. Hasil analisis dari perhitungan hasil Analytical Hierarchy Process menyatakan bahwa alternatif yang terpilih dan paling sesuai dengan kriteria adalah Karyawan A. Dengan hasil AHP yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dari 5 responden yang memberikan jawabannya dihitung dan didapat hasil akhir bahwa Karyawan A unggul dengan persentase nilai sebesar 23% berbanding dengan Karyawan E sebesar 22%, Karyawan C sebesar 20%, Karyawan B sebesar 18%, dan Karyawan D sebesar 17%. Secara global faktor utama yang paling di prioritaskan dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan adalah Tanggung Jawab dengan nilai bobot 0,349 atau 35% dan Karyawan yang paling diprioritaskan adalah Karyawan A dengan nilai 23%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan alternatif keputusan yang dapat pemecahan masalah yang ada, sehingga keputusan yang dibuat menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

PT. Telkom sebagai salah satu perusahaan telekomunikasi terbesar di Indonesia, haruslah meningkatkan kualitas layanan terhadap pelanggan yang setia terhadapnya. Kualitas memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Kasus atau masalah yang sering terjadi sehingga pelanggan komplain kepada customer service atau customer care diantaranya seperti pelayanan kurang cepat, kurang ramah serta kurang memberikan kepuasan pada pelanggan, dan terlalu terburu-buru melayani pelanggan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Fuzzy Servqual (Service quality), untuk melihat seberapa jauh perbedaan antara harapan atau ekspektasi dan kinerja atau persepsi pelanggan atas pelayanan yang mereka rasakan di PT. Telkom. Tujuan penelitian ini meningkatkan pelayanan, sehingga memberikan kepuasan layanan kepada pelanggan dan memberikan pelayanan yang prima sehingga pelanggan tidak merasa dilayani seperti raja.

Abstract

Inventory data processing still using the book out and book incoming goods which have been provided by the company. Reporting is done by copying the data inventory of books into Microsoft Office Excel Search files that have been saved and retyping existing report requires a long time in the delivery of information. Each monthly reports in Excel format should be sent via email. The system can not know the make inventory data updates per day. existing inventory must be balanced with the need because the inventory is too much will result in the company bears the risk of damage and high storage costs in addition to the cost of investments. The purpose of the research conducted: Solve problems that arise in the inventory system, giving the proposed computerized system to inventory system, and the administration gets applications that can be used in the recording, processing, and storage, and reporting of IT goods in and out relatively accurately.

Abstract

Each ministry always has a budget for official travel, especially for the daily money given to personnel who travel in exchange for daily expenses. With the current pendemi need to be held an application system that can reduce contact when handling official travel files. The design of this application will use the implementation of Deterministic Finite Automata (DFA) as an abstract machine to determine the state or stages to determine the transition between these stages to determine the daily money calculation of official travel. From the calculation of daily money will be made recapitulation to be verified and if it is considered appropriate and correct will be transferred to the account that travels to the office. This is the role in making abstract machines for the calculation of daily money using Deterministic Finite Automata (DFA) because each stage is right to one stage next until the last stage that prints proof of transfer.

Abstract

The problem of waste is one of the things that need to be considered by society, especially food waste. Household waste management has begun to be carried out using the Reduce, Reuse and Recycle (3R) method but has not yet used technology. By using Finite State Automata (FSA) which is the basic concept of the Vending Machine (VM), waste management can be more economically by converting waste into balances for Rubbish Bank customers which of course becomes income for the society. In the payment method, QRIS applies where the customer does not get cash but immediately gets the balance which will go into the customer's own account. This implementation certainly reduces the amount of waste because it applies paper less and cashless. In this Reserve Vending Machine Food Waste process using Non-Deterministic Finite Automata (NFA).

Abstract

Abstract—Today many standing distributions by selling clothes for young people, relatively many existing distributions developed rapidly, and has some constraints faced by the transaction process these distributions. Model of sales in this distribution system with direct or how the customer. When customers buy the way the message, which happens sometimes obstacles still exist which are not in accordance with what is in the message by the customer so that the recording reservation is not well documented and is not appropriate. Recording sales and duplicate data storage and repeated or multiple. Another problem occurred, the end of the month, is still going on sale that did not report on time. The purpose of this study is to help the cashier, and the store manager in processing the data collection process of ordering goods, the sale of goods and customer data, enabling users to search for data of goods, enabling customers in the process of printing a report, simplify the process of recording sales process in order to be neat and valid . Rapid Application Model used for the sale of information systems development approach used in this study.  Intisari— Sekarang ini banyak berdiri distro dengan menjual baju-baju untuk kaula muda, relatif banyak distro yang   a saat ini berkembang cukup pesat, dan memiliki beberapa kendala proses transaksi yang dihadapi oleh distro tersebut. Model sistem penjualan di distro ini dengan secara langsung atau cara pemesan. Bila pelanggan membeli dengan cara pesan, kendala yang terjadi terkadang masih ada yang tidak sesuai dengan apa yang di pesan oleh pelanggan sehingga dalam pencatatan pemesanan tidak tercatat dengan baik dan tidak sesuai. Pencatatan penjualan dan penyimpanan data yang rangkap dan berulang-ulang atau berganda. Kendala lain yang terjadi, diakhir bulan, masih terjadi laporan penjualan yang tidak tepat waktu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membantu kasir, dan pengelola toko dalam mengolah proses pendataan pemesanan barang, transaksi penjualan barang dan data pelanggan, mempermudah pengguna dalam mencari data barang, mempermudah pelanggan dalam proses mencetak laporan, mempermudah dalam mengolah proses pencatatan penjualan agar menjadi rapi dan valid. Rapid Application Model digunakan untuk Pendekatan pengembangan sistem informasi penjualan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini,.  Kata Kunci— Distro, Penjualan, Rapid Application Model, Sistem Informasi.

Abstract

DMI Kota Bekasi dalam melaksanakan visi dan misinya yaitu “Optimalisasi peran dan fungsi masjid dalam pemberdayaan umat di era industri 4.0”, memberikan fasilitas berupa penyediaan layanan penggunaan aplikasi digital menara masjid. Pengelolaan pengajuan akun apabila dilakukan secara manual akan menghabiskan waktu yang cukup lama serta kemungkinan terjadi resiko  kehilangan data pengajuan. Maksud Penelitian ini dilaksanakan  dengan tujuan untuk  menghemat  waktu,  serta memperkecil resiko kehilangan data dan meminimalkan kesalahan pada proses pencatatan permohonan pengajuan akun yang diterima, Pada perancangan sistem ini akan melakukan pengecekan berdasarkan hasil inputan pemohon dan sistem akan secara otomatis melakukan proses validasi, sebelum data tersebut akan disimpan ke dalam basis data menerapkan konsep FSA sehingga data yang akan disimpan sesuai dengan format yang telah ditentukan. Dengan menerapkan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat membantu DMI Kota Bekasi mengurangi waktu dan memperkecil terjadinya kehilangan data pengajuan, serta meminimalkan terjadinya kesalahan pada proses pencatatan  permohonan pengajuan akun  karena data pengajuan akan disimpan berdasarkan format yang telah ditentukan.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is one of the important components of the company in the decision-making process of increasing employee salaries, salaries are wages paid to employees who work for the company, and all employees who work for the company are entitled to receive salaries in accordance with company regulations. The issue of salary acquisition is important because it has a significant impact on work ethic. This research is based on the decision-making process of employee salary increases based on length of service, position, latest education, absenteeism, and work assessment including KK, HK, SK, TJ, KS IK, KD, KP, KJ, KT, DK. The FSA concept can be applied to assist in checking or evaluating performance to determine the percentage increase in employee salary each year. The results of filling out the PA form will result in an increase in employee salary outputs of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%. Automata are used to recognize and capture patterns when designing and manufacturing using FSA models.

Abstract

Non-Deterministic Finite Automata (NFA), a form of Finite State Automata (FSA), is one method for validating research proposal documents in R&D and community service activities at national universities. To carry out these activities, it is necessary to monitor the research proposal documents submitted by lecturers/researchers, one of which is to validate the research proposal document, ensuring that it follows the guidelines and avoids plagiarism, as well as the theme's suitability with the research proposal document's contents. Members of the research team can only participate in one type of study: stimulation or competitive research. Reviewers can provide research members with notes and plagiarism information, as well as refuse to submit research proposals. If the research proposal document is approved by the reviewer, the research member will receive a research certificate and will be able to continue their research with full support from the national government.
