Abstract

This research aims to identify all production costs incurred in production, to calculate the cost of goods manufactured correctly using the Process Costing Method and decision making for determining the selling price of shoes. The research was taken in one of small-sized enterprises shoe factory in East Karawang. The research method is descriptive comparative with a qualitative approach. The descriptive method is used to describe the production costs incurred in the production process including the raw materials costs, supporting materials costs, labor costs, and factory overhead costs. In this research, the data used are primary and secondary data. The COGM calculation results in show that there is variance calculation between company system and process costing method. It is due to calculations that companies do not identify production costs in detail, therefore the company’s COGM calculation is inaccurate. The COGM calculation appropriately can be the company’s strategy to determine the selling price. so that company profits can continue to increase.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between parasocial interaction and purchase intention (Interest in Shopping) and how consumer online purchase behavior acts as an intermediary variable. The quantitative method used in this research is the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. Hypotheses are tested via statistical t tests. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 211 respondents who were followers of Zara's social media accounts and had never purchased products from this brand. The research was conducted for 4 months, from February to May 2022. The results showed that parasocial interactions had a 54% influence on consumer online purchasing behavior, 39% on purchasing interest, and consumer online purchasing behavior had a 42% influence on purchasing interest. Apart from that, consumer online purchasing behavior also acts as an intermediary variable with an influence of 22%. This research provides insight into how parasocial interactions influence purchase intention and through what mechanisms consumers' online purchasing behavior plays a role in this relationship

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh komunikasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap penyelesaian konflik. Komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dalam organisasi umumnya memiliki pengaruh kuat didalam organisasi atau bahkan tidak memiliki pengaruh sama sekali tergantung bagaimana mereka berkomunikasi dan menggunakan kepemimpinannya dalam mengelola organisasi. Konflik organisasi adalah ketidaksepakatan antara individu atau kelompok dalam organisasi, yang dapat memusatkan pada faktor mulai dari alokasi sumber daya dan pembagian tanggung jawab ke arah keseluruhan organisasi karyawan (Hossain, 2017). Struktur komunikasi organisasi didefinisikan sebagai sistem jalur di mana pesan mengalir atau sebagai pola interaksi di antara orang-orang yang membentuk organisasi (Nica dalam Hener, 2010). Pemimpin mempengaruhi orang lain melalui kemampuan mereka untuk memotivasi, menginformasikan, menginspirasi, teknis kompetensi, berkomunikasi secara efektif, dan menyampaikan visi (Pierce & Newstrom dalam Kaimenyi, 2014). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode correlational research yang bertujuan untuk mendeteksi sejauh mana variabel-variabel pada suatu faktor berkaitan dengan variabel pada faktor lain berdasarkan koefisien korelasi. Abstract

This study aims to see how a generation sees leadership style. The focus of this study is to assess leadership styles in millennial generation perspectives. This research is a descriptive research. Data collection was used by survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. In this study the intended respondent is the millennial generation, that is, the generation born in the 80s, the generation born in the 90s and the generation born in the 2000s. All generations received the same quota, each with 50 respondents. Respondents were asked to choose one of eight leadership styles. There are eight leadership styles that respondents will choose according to the criteria they want the most. Dictatorial leadership style, militaristic leadership style, paternalistic leadership style, participative leadership style, laissez faire leadership style, leadership style free of control, charismatic leadership style and finally democratic leadership style. They are asked to choose a leader who has a leadership style that best suits their criteria.

Abstract

In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2013 concerning Hospital Management Information Systems, that every Hospital is required to organize SIMRS. SIMRS regulation aims to improve efficiency, effectiveness, professionalism, performance, and hospital access and services. RSIA Gizar will start implementing SIMRS in 2021, but the current system is still not optimal because patient registration is still done directly at the hospital, cannot be done online, which makes patient registration services slow. The method of data collection used in the preparation of this Final Project is the method of observation, interviews, literature study and the software development model using the waterfall method. So that the Design of an Outpatient Patient Registration Information System uses the waterfall method. At RSIA Gizar, it was made aiming to make it easier for patients to register online through a mobile-based application and also to make it easier for admin staff to register patients, manage medical record data and in making patient registration reports so that more effective and efficient..

Abstract

The official report and certificates of receipt of b3 waste are a single document that must be issued by the waste transporter and collector to be submitted to the waste generating party, when the transporter has transported and placed the waste at a temporary b3 waste collection site. PT. Omega Cipta Kencana, which acts as a transporting party as well as a temporary b3 waste collection site, is required to issue an official report and certificate and hand them over to the party producing the waste. The purpose of making an official report and certificate of B3 waste is to find out that the waste has been received and placed in a temporary B3 waste collection site according to the permits owned, and as a condition for completing company documents as really needed when the company comes for an audit. The method of collecting data in the preparation of the Final Project is the method of observation, interviews and literature study. With the creation of an information system for official reports and certification of acceptance of b3 waste, PT. Omega Cipta Kencana, which acts as the transporting party and as a temporary waste collection site, can issue these documents to the waste generator quickly, precisely and accurately and can save costs in the document delivery process. You can also store these documents safely and neatly in the system.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the quality of services provided by Rusunawa Flamboyan. Responding to residents' complaints, conducting evaluations, and developing service quality standards are the issues discussed in this research. This research is quantitative and uses the Servqual method with 50 respondents and 50 questionnaires which have gone through validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. In testing using the Servqual method on residents of Rusunawa Flamboyan, it was found that they had an average perception of 3.72 regarding the five dimensions of Servqual, while the expected value was 3.36. Thus, there is a difference of 0.36 which is positive, indicating that the service in the five Servqual dimensions has met the residents' expectations.

Abstract

The Hospital Complaints Website acts as a forum for the public to convey complaints, aspirations, and complaints regarding hospital performance, so the importance of the quality of service on this website cannot be ignored. Researchers are interested in conducting a more comprehensive study regarding the quality of hospital complaint websites. The research aims to measure the quality of service on the hospital complaints website by paying attention to several aspects of the user and looking for obstacles found on the Hospital Complaints website. The data collection method involves the acquisition of primary research data using the WebQual method as the main conceptual framework for analyzing the quality of services contained in the Hospital Complaints website which emphasizes assessing the quality of satisfaction with using the website which consists of four variables: usability quality, information quality, service interaction quality, and user satisfaction, while secondary data research carried out questionnaires and interviews with staff, patients and hospital leaders as many as 41 respondents to obtain quantitative data. To obtain quantitative data, the researcher compiled a series of valid research instruments that describe the relationship between several research dimensions in the WebQual method, including 4 variables and 26 questions. The data collected will be the basis for solving the problem that is the focus of the research and testing the hypothesis that has been formulated. Previously. Based on the results of validation testing, the r counting variable consists of Quality of Use = 0.936, Quality of Information = 0.859, Quality of Service Interaction = 0.874 against the r table of satisfaction with use 0.260, where (r count > r table) is declared valid, analysis of reliability test data value Information Value Criteria Cronbach's Alpha, Usability Quality 0.909 > 0.60, Information Quality 0.919 > 0.60, Service Interaction Quality 0.854 > 0.60, User Satisfaction 0.868 > 0.60. This means that each of these variables influences user satisfaction.

Abstract

Koperasi Pegawai was established to facilitate employees in managing employee funds that are stored and loaned for employees at PT. Envicon Ekatama. Guaranteed service for Koperasi participants needs to be made and designed systems that can support existing businesses.. The computer system at the Koperasi PT. Envicon Ekatama has not been used in its administration such as data input, savings,loan and installment data, as well as reporting requirements. In this study, the Employee Cooperative Information System (KOSIPA) with SQL programming language has been implemented, starting with analyzing the existing system, analyzing needs, creating and designing systems and software and hardware specifications, so that the system can run as expected.

Abstract

The tourism industry is a very dynamic and competitive sector, where the adoption of digital technology is the key to increasing competitiveness and operational efficiency. The Mandalika Special Economic Zone (KEK), as one of the leading tourism destinations in Indonesia, faces challenges and opportunities in adopting digital marketing to attract tourists and investment. This research aims to identify key factors that influence digital marketing adoption in the Mandalika SEZ using a technology–organization–environment (TOE) framework. Based on data collected from 310 respondents through an online survey, the research results show that compatibility, entrepreneurship, competitive pressure, changes in the digital environment, and shortage of human resources have a significant influence on digital marketing adoption. Compatibility was found to be the most significant factor influencing digital marketing adoption, while relative advantage and complexity had no significant influence. These results provide practical and theoretical insights for stakeholders in the tourism industry to implement effective and efficient digital marketing strategies. In this way, the Mandalika SEZ can maximize its potential as a world-class tourism destination and contribute to regional and national economic growth.
